Do you know how long I’ve been looking for good NY style pizza?! I went to so many popular well reviewed pizza restaurants all over Orange County and I was disappointed pretty much every time. A pizza is a pizza so we would still eat it but every time I would miss our beloved NYC pizza until I found the California Pizza Place - it’s this little hole in the wall with locals coming in and out constantly. They always know the best places…. Their pizza is perfection. It’s absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy. The sauce is addictive. The cheese is stringy, real, and so yummy. The first day at the convention we got one slice and then got another…the next day we ordered an x-large. We are only 2 people. We had it for breakfast the next day also. It was still superb and now It’s all finished. 😬 I don’t know how we didn’t find this pizza place sooner. It’s a few minutes from Disney and from the Convention center on the corner of a strip mall with a Nashville fried chicken place next door (also delicious) and a cafe, along with a couple of other highly rated eateries. I forgot to mention, everyone working there for the 2 days in a row we went were so wonderful and sweet… Definitely try California Pizza Place’s Pizza and post a review when you do. They deserve the love. 💜

Bought Pizza 🍕 here the first day we were in Anaheim. The Pizza 🍕was good it was a hair on the expensive side but I figured it was real reasonable for the quality you got and it was by Disneyland so no complaints there. We also try I also tried the other eateries in the along with this pizza place the Korean barbecue place had wonderful hamburgers the cheeseburger bacon cheeseburger they made my son at the Korean restaurant was wonderful. And I also tried the Mexican restaurant in the same Plaza the name of it the name of it is Sabrosaba. Hopefully I can give separate reviews on Google for the Mexican restaurant and the Korean barbecue burger place that was also in the shopping plaza all three were excellent restaurants I would return to any of the three! By the way I edited the photos I added photos of the actual California Pizza Kitchen Stuff.

This place was close to the entrance of Disneyland and a lot of hotels. It was excellent pizza. Crust was amazing. Well worth the price. Hole in the wall type location. I'd say takeout is best if you have a large family

Ordered a pepperoni pizza to go. When I ate it in the room, Taste was spot on Cheese was stretchy, like in commercials. Crust could be more crispy Will reccomend people to get there food here. I enjoyed it very much

Friendly staff, delicious pizza, clean dining room. We stopped by for an afternoon slice and ended up ordering a whole pie for dinner that same night. The employees were kind and the service was fast. Loved the single slice options!!

If y’all didn’t know, now you do. BEST pizza spot out. My family and I go to Disney very often and we make sure to get a box of pizza from here every night on our way back to the hotel. We never get tired of it. Sometimes we would leave the park early just to make it in time to get pizza from here, but now they stay open later which I love! Never disappoints.

Tastes fine, server was pleasant. Order was incorrect. Ordered 2 slices of Pepperoni and 1 slice of cheese. Saw them go in the box correctly. Asked if they could be warmed in the oven. They were happy to do so. Got home and in the box was 2 cheese and 1 Pepperoni. Mix up coming out of the oven.

I ate pep pizza but there's meatless options. Great taste and very stomach satisfying. Safe area from my experience. Indoor and outdoor seating. Other food options if you don't want pizza. Good service no attitude. I recommend

Small place but pleasant and the service is good and quick. The pizza is pretty good. Our slices were fresh, didn’t seem to be sitting there. They seem to make the pizzas fresh most of the time even though they keep a few slices on display. The best is that they are conveniently open up to late hours of the night. Definitely recommend trying this place.

Great yummy pizza! Very satisfied how much bacon they put! Wow! So much bacon! This was beyond delicious! Definitely way better then Disneyland pizza and more affordable! I Definitely highly recommend you come here to eat. Especially if your hotel room is closer you will not be disappointed. Amazing service they have also.

My family and I went in to eat after a long day at Disneyland, and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered an extra large pizza, wings and pasta and everything we ordered was delicious. 😋 The buffalo wings we ordered were nice and crisp, and packed a punch of spice. The pasta was creamy and delicious, you can get either penne or spaghetti. As for the pizza, I love that it's a little on the thin side and flavor and texture are everything a pizza should be. 👌 I wish I had more pictures of the food but we didn't have time to take pictures. Lol

This place is GREAT! Its my official go to for great pizza! I just moved to Anaheim from Upland and I LOVE pizza! So when I got here I looked around(via Google maps)for a few pizza places and this place happened to be first on my list. I tried this place first and I haven't even went back to the other 5 places I had listed. I have only had the cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza and they are always excellent!! My girlfriend had the cheeseburger and she loved it as well! Great place!

What’s better than having pizza, wings and some breadsticks with a cold Diet Coke after a long, exhausting day at Disneyland? I say only a nice warm bed, which come after the pizza. California Pizza Place is our favorite. Great NY style pizza and a cool vibe, just like being in Brooklyn.

We ate here two different nights and we thought the pizza was really good and the price wasn’t terrible. I guess all of California is expensive, and this sure beat eating at Disneyland, but the price could be better. The extra large filled up our family of five and we would gladly visit again.

We just recently visited disneyland and state near this pizza restaurant. The pizza is so by the slice or in the whole pies made order. So so good. I ate there pro probably 3 times in less than a week! Love it

Pizza was delicious. Easily pushed kids out of Disney park to here and was able to enjoy a beer and pizza in a chill, clean, and relaxed environment. Their lunch and breakfast specials are great options. Pizza was way better than Disney pizza.

After a long day at Disney, this was clutch to have next to our hotel. Sometimes it’s hit and miss for trying out new pizza places, but this was place is a total win. Totally recommend and they are open till midnight.

Can't even rate the food because we never got it. Ordered food for delivery online (don't ever do that). Over an hour later and 20 minutes after I was informed my food would be delivered (our hotel was right around the corner but we were exhausted), called to see how much longer. The guy said our pizzas weren't there so they must have been out for delivery. A half hour later, I called again. The girl who answered told me that online orders are through a 3rd party, picked up via door dash and our order was shown as picked up long time ago. I told her we didn't have our order and none of that was disclosed online or else I would have just come to pick it up. I told her to refund the order. She then told me she couldn't do that. I'll be processing a fraud claim through my credit card company

We were on vacation at Disney land and we took 2of my grandson's with us we were looking for something close, convenient,and good we came across California pizza! Gotta say hey this is the spot! Got a sampler player and a pizza for the boys! Man it was fresh ,fast and really yummy!! Highly recommend taking your family here. The prices are good too!

My family and I had enjoyed this wonderful establishment’s delectable pizza 6+ years ago one night after a long day after a convention and we have never forgotten it since. Today we drove out 4 hours just to get another taste and it did not disappoint! It was just as wonderful as the first time we had it. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be making this a staple to visit whenever we’re in Anaheim. Definitely recommend to grab a bite to eat here if you’re in Anaheim or if you just want great pizza. 😊

Good pizza. Didn't have the chicken but it looked good too. I'd get that if I came back again.

The staff is super friendly and they are open late if you are trying to grab food after Disney closes. The pizza is good and the food is hot. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken strips and I think the server was trying to steer me away from them by recommending two other chicken dishes, so I appreciate his effort.

Good food, fast prep, friendly staff. Pizza was tasty and they have a limited selection of beer to wash it down. Would go back for a quick slice in the future.

Terrible quality pizza. Antipasto salad had gross cold cuts. $16 for a hamburger. Overpricrd. Owner would not give water which must be provided at restaurants when ordering. Only would sell. Place put me in a bad mood.

In town to go to Disney and wanted dinner at our hotel one night. We always like pizza. This place was close and had good reviews so we thought we'd try it. It was quick service 15-30 minutes from ordering online to pickup. Delicious pizza! Kind of pricey but very good! We actually ended up getting pizza there again the next night!

Every time I would come here after work a year ago, I’d get a pizza by the slice and it was always exceptionally delicious. But the last two times I have eaten here, I got whole pizzas delivered to me and the taste was so bad unfortunately. It tasted like Chuck E Cheese pizza with barely any sauce. My whole family barely touched it, and we all said we would rather eat Little Caesar’s instead. I’m not sure why there’s such a difference between when I would get it a year ago by the slice and when I get it now by the whole. New management maybe? I’m disappointed but I might try it again before I call it quits here.

Stop in and grab a slice and a beer for around $10. California Pizza Place is a classic pizza shop. Pizza is good!
