Odd way to find this out but apparently this isn’t a Ruby’s anymore. Someone mentioned it was called the Streamliner Diner now. I had been coming here for years and it always had that Ruby’s vibe. It had the waitresses and servers in the classic attire. However recently 9/2022 when I was last there I had notice the limited menu. It’s not the old menu with various items and Ruby-esque names. Don’t get me wrong the burger I got was delicious but I have the habit of getting a cup of their Ruby’s chili. The chili I was used to didn’t have beans and had a shredded meat. This time around I ordered their “Hobo” chili and it reminded me of the stuff from the can. I was fairly disappointed by this. Again, the rest of our order was delicious and the service at the bar was great. I only gave it 3 stars based on the food availability. There was a limited selection of burgers and food. I’ll still come by for their burgers with hopes more items will be added. As for the chili, it’ll be a while before I order it again. I was pretty saddened by that change. It always manages to hit the spot. I’ll update my review next month when I come visit again.

THIS PLACE IS NOT RUBYS ANYMORE. This place is now called Streamliner Diner. The menu isn’t extensive but it’s just like Rubys- standard American food like burgers and salads. I got the ceasar salad and it was fine. Not bad, not amazing, just fine. I probably won’t come back though.

We had a very nice early dinner .it was delicious nice clean patio seat .we had a great server he was on point If your in area stop by have a bite Enjoy outside sitting Also the have a bar and bathroom Very kid friendly. Clean clean social distances lets fellow them rules .we did wear mark but no one was around us .so that was a plus we put are mask when server came around Stop by .

Your basic diner experience. Nothing really stood out that would make me want to come back. It's fast, convient and the staff was friendly. Food was decent coffee was not... Easy parking... lots of options on the menu.

I was told that this specific Ruby's is always full but when I came it didn't have too many customers. I'm guessing I came at a great time. I ordered the Sriracha burger with ruby rings. The spice was just enough so that I could fully enjoy my burger. I would have liked it to be more spicy, but that's just me. My girlfriend got the guacamole burger and I'm glad they wrapped it because it gets messy. Overall great food. Linda our server was so nice and constantly checking on us. Definitely on my list of recommendations.

I love this place, especially on Saturdays when they have live music. The bartender is great and so are the servers. If you get a chance, go by and check it out.

There was only one waitress for an entire room of 8 tables. This slowed the service but the waitress was stellar and fast and had a great smile under the challenge of caring for so many. This is the reason I have the highest rating stars. I like the vegan options but feel there should be more than two options. The atmosphere was good and the live band Cliffhangers music was top notch classic rock.

My review still stands. Went here for breakfast yesterday and had a great experience. Loved the train station vibe & the cinnamon French toast was great!

We are surprised there aren't more people in here but then again it is Tuesday morning. We came for breakfast and it was great. We had the rib-eye, the Nutella Banana Crepes, and Chicken, biscuits, gravy, and eggs (it has a name). The menu covers most anything you could want for breakfast. The food and the service were great.

Love this hidden gem. It is tucked away from the business of the circle and always has ample parking. Food is great. I have never experienced a bad or unfriendly server. Great spot for a milkshake and burger. The breakfast is pretty good too. Plus they have beignets!

2nd time here and they have great food!

Had a great experience today. We ordered a hamburger with fries, a strawberry shake, and a hot chocolate. The hamburger was big, juicy, and very tasty. The fries are a thicker cut and my husband raved about the strawberry shake. My hot chocolate warmed me right up. Everyone was so happy and friendly, from the hostess, the waitress, the male server and a gentleman that we assumed was the manager. He asked how we liked the new menu and informed us that the burgers were now all Angus beef. We could definitely tell the difference. The portions were huge and perfectly cooked. It sure makes a difference to go to a place where everyone is happy. We refuse to go to the other OC locations because they act like they are just there to put in their time. Good Job Ruby's of Orange. We look forward to coming back.

Hi Everybody, this Ruby's at Trainstation is going through a name change to Streamliner Lounge. They will have same foods but more added per management. The management and staff are truly great! The food very good! I hope after they change everyone will still eat here.

A former job associate was retiring and I was asked to prepare a photo slide show. Since the party was scheduled at Ruby's diner, I needed to know what capabilities were available at the facility to display the slide show video. I sent an email to the address on the web site and within an hour I received a phone call describing their capability and resources. On the day of the party, the equipment was just as they described and it worked perfectly. The facility handled the large group very well and the food and festivities were excellent. I would highly recommend Ruby's for any event and especially one requiring multi media equipment. Thank you very much to management and staff of Ruby's for all your work and a great job. Had a kraut dog with fries and water. Food was mediocre. ... less than mediocre... water tasted really tappy. Like really hard. Brought my 2 year old nephew- really enjoyed the cardboard car you get to build. Also loved that it was right next to the train station. This was the only reason my experience was enjoyable.

We were out for the day on Metro and stopped at Orange station to shop the Circle. Stores closed early so we ate at the train station waiting. But the name is no longer Ruby. The new place is relaxing and very metro. Food was good and drinks were great. Nice and relaxing atmosphere while waiting for train to

Had breakfast today here, as part of a car club get together with the Great Autos of Yesteryear. Was a small turnout, but had several nice cars on display and about 25 folks getting together for breakfast after some socializing among the cars. Was a nice gathering of old and new friends, and a great return to normal as it had been pre covid since this kind of small event. RUBY'S was great with the group, they gave us privacy in the side room, with our own set up and waiters etc. The waiter was a little less than impressed by so many individual checks, but I'm sure the tips made it worthwhile. The food came out fresh, hot and delicious and the wait staff made sure beverages were constantly topped up. Great morning, great experience and lots of fun. #greatautos #rubysdinerorange
