I didn't have high expectations for my first time trying Rally's and I was still utterly disappointed. Everything was disgusting and old. They served me rotten brown lettuce, the fries were soggy and tasted of unclean fryer oil, and the chicken was soft, spongy, and off-tasting. Even the buffalo sauce, which is pre-packaged, tasted pretty bad. I normally don't write negative reviews based on a single visit, but this was bad enough to warrant it.

After seeing at least 7 employees, I have no clue why I waited 20 min for my food, after ordering. Probably a total of 30 min in drive thru. I hope it's for the reason of hiring several new employees. My burger was made incorrectly. Fortunately, everything was hot. The girl at my window had a kind voice and seemed to know what she was doing. It was nice to see the employees working. Just not sure why it took so ooooh long at 12am.

I came to this location 2weeks ago. Yes I'm posting late but here you go. Ordered their baconzilla sandwich, their 2 for 6 double chicken with mayo and cheese only and double burger with pickles and onion and the sauces. What we got was so disappointing considering we sat at the window for 20 min while they made the order so we were like well hey hey hey it should all be fresh. Couldn't have been further from the truth! It was so bad I just gave the food back got my money and will never be back. Here are the photos. After reading and seeing a lot of similar complaints, wouldn't it be smart to take head and fire the employees you have and start over? Maybe train your employees? If you need help and I'll come clean it up

is the double rally burger suppose to be the size of a whopper Jr? the chicken sandwich feels like they over cooked the chicken. it was very chewy. usually never had issues here.

Staff is always very rude. They ignore you and take for ever to pick up the speaker. If you walk up to the window it's even worse. They all act like you are not there and we can't see each other. The way they handle the food is nasty. They pull or poke at things to make sure they are cooked. Don't know if their fryers just don't work or is it that they don't pay attention to when they put things in n the fryer. This is the same story every time I do an order pick up.

Really tasty burger, for sure the Big buffrord #1 with the seasoned fries. Just do the super size and downgrade the drink so i don't feel as guilty. The staff has always been nice and gets order out too quick this last time which got me thinking 🤔🤔 why it was so quick. I don't come here cause they seem to be in farther places to where I live which is probably a good thing.

I've only been here twice, and both times, the worker got my order wrong, and I didn't notice till I got home then I went back where I got no apologies from the very older Hispanic lady. Fries were cold, and chicken strips were Buffalo instead of plain. I then asked for a ranch and the very rude Hispanic lady still had the audacity to charge me for it 😤 never will ever go back. Oh yeah and your ice cream machine is almost always down just like McDonald's and the "owner" comments are ridiculous and bot like lol DO NOT EAT HERE!

amazed. i have came here twice at two different times one close to midnight and once at abt 8pm both times service was excellent, food was nice and fresh, and went in and out the drive through in abt 5 minutes both times despite being moderately busy. prices are awesome and truly great food.

The staffs on Saturday night need to work on customer service and accuracy. He took order very slow. We waited very long till he said hello back to us thru microphone.

There were several strands of hair on my chicken Sandwich, and within my fries. The fries were stale and the popcorn chicken was cold and hard. I had to request my receipt and change from the cashier. The staff was rude.

The team tonight 5-8-23, did an awesome job the woman who looked to be running the show at about 7pm was killing it! They looked short staffed I could tell they were stressed, but they were super friendly even still.

1am with no Burgers or Chicken... they ran out of food apparently 😂 "Can I get a #3 double...?" "Ahhh... sorry man we got no burgers. We have everything else." "Alright let me get chicken bites 1/2 pound..." *Another person starts talking on the headset* "WE only got CHICKEN!" "Aren't chicken bites chicken?" "WE only have chicken strips!" 😑

Their Drinks are incredible. If you can dream up a nonalcoholic drink or a fancy dessert drink they have it. Yum !!!

Yay yum rally burgers!!! I hadn't had one in a long time and it didn't dissapoint. My buns were soft and warm, my meat was juicy and my sauces were dripping!! The veggies were also firm and made the burger hold well. I really enjoyed putting this burger in my mouth, letting all my sensors take in all the excitment!!! The fries were hot!!! Burning my mouth with pleasure the way French fries should be!!! I also had me some funnel fries. Paws for a Homer Simpson moment...... OmG were thy fkn good!!!! Wish I had me a rally burger near where I live I tell whew what!!!

The cashiers are entertaining late at night. One of the only places we can both eat for under 20$

If you are ordering your food walking up to the booth or using the mobile order drive thru they will straight up ignore your existence for 20+ minutes. It felt like a "maybe if we ignore them long enough, they will go away" type attitude by the late night employees. They got their wish because I don't want to go back to this location. Bad for business.

Horrible service and the food was super greasy and cold. Not to mention, my order was also wrong, so had to go back. Definitely never eating there again!

Best fries in OC! Period. Service with a smile and great prices. If you ever are a fry lover, get the XL bucket size fries, they are the bomb!

This review is for the new location in Anaheim 10642 W Katella Av. The motto here is 'crazy bad food'. I ordered the 'all American cheeseburger' combo. What a total and utter disappointment. The burger looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. The patty was small, thin, dry and tasteless and was certainly not visible from the edges of the bun which was smashed. Worst $10+ ever spent. As they say live and learn Would I had known I would have gone to my usual burger joint The Habit Burger Grill which is never a disappointment.

I had ordered a strawberry come in a cup then 15 minutes later I ordered a large fries and that was brought up first so I had to remind them about the cone in a cup. Which gladly they obliged. The reason for four stars and some Mexican lady told us to get away from the window like we were some of the random weirdos that occupy the area... I was still waiting on my strawberry cone in a cup before even ordering fries.

Funnel cake fries are the BEST, I didn't know that they had them. The cheese berger was pretty darn good. Good flavor. And they have Mr Pibb. A BONUS. Not to mention the deserts.... too full, will have to try that next time.
