I walked in ordered food to go, it took 30 minutes! Honestly not worth the time or money. Wet undercooked chicken ..

Honestly, I come here for free wing Tuesdays almost every Tuesday along with their happy hour. The staff at the bar is amazing. They remember your name, they remember your order, they are friendly and attentive. Honestly it's a pretty great place to be for happy hour and the prices are pretty good too. These nachos in the picture are only $6 and the beer is a blue moon large for only 5.

Deadass b these wings straight belong in the trash. First of all my group and i waited an hour to get our table. The waitress took 20 mins to get us a round of drinks. We waited 30 more minutes to just get our food ordered. I waited even more to get my actual food and my whole group didn't get our food all together so we couldn't even eat together smh. I was so hungry and couldn't wait to eat my food and then boom my wings were crazy dry. Tried to finish my wings but i couldn't cause them joints was like the Sahara Desert. After that night of that horrible experience i got home and tried to relax and the food gave me the runs man. I will never come back here. I will forever hold my peace to the OGs at Wing Stop frfr.

I got home with my food and part of my order was missing. I was missing my side chips and salsa, carrots and celery(they said it was not on my order), and the chocolate milk for my son. I called back and they couldn't resolve it because I paid with a gift card and they were having a hard time with the refund. I ended up talking to the manager. Either we got disconnected or I got hung up on. I wasn't sure, so I called back, and they picked up but hung up right away without saying anything. (yes I worked in customer service I have seen people do this) Then I called again, and they put me on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes. I'm now at home, I can't go back for the rest of my food, and I won't get my money back for the food I never got. I will not be coming back ever.

Bacon Hatch smash burger was phenomenal! Medium-rare, and juicy, the condiments did not fade out the taste of the burger. It was amazing. The fries were fresh, a little too salty for my taste. They were not over salted, I just don't put salt on my fries. It was just before the lunch rush. Our food was out within minutes of ordering. After that, service faded out. We waited 28 minutes for our server to come near us to ask for our check. That is the only complaint I have.

First time and last time going to this BWW. No one to greet us at the door, extremely rude waitress from the start, food was garbage, and an overall terrible experience. Not to mention they gave us our side order of carrots and celery in a plastic bag! This was dine-in btw. They were all dried out and crusty so we asked for new ones, but those ended up being the same.. and all the waitress had to say is “that’s all we have”. I could go on and on about this visit, but I 100% do not recommend going to this specific BWW. And just like our waitress walked away and ignored us every time we asked a question, we are going to do the same to this BWW. Disclaimer: I am a huge fan of BWW in general and have been to multiple other locations with no issues, but this might have ruined it for me.

Stopped by on a Tuesday and the bartender who also was our waitress took 15 min to even look up and come over. I notified her of a spill on the floor and told her the waitress that did it didn't even clean it up. The amount of water was significant. By the time we had left it still was a potential hazard. I don't think the girls working liked each other, It felt very tense when we walked in and no one even said hi or gave us a table. I wish the Hooters by the Stadium didn't leave, I loved that place.

We got there 3 workers just standing at front door ignoring us. Would nt clean a table that was empty we wanted to sit at. We are 60 + years old and had to see my ID front and backside. Management should try and manager better.

Terrible service. My brother in law ordered pick up and it was delayed and food was cold. They gave us sauce on the sauce instead of on the wings. Only gave us 2 1 oz sauces for 20 wings. Girl had Terrible attitude. Didnt want to really help out. Will definitely not be going back

The last few times I’ve been here horrible service workers seem to hate their job they take forever to sit you and there’s a lot of tables available they also take forever to take your order. Probably reason why it’s so empty. There’s never a manger to talk to for complaints.

I love BWW! However. At this location, everything was off when we walked in. A sign at the front said hi tops in the bar are self-service or wait for a host. There was no one there even after we sat ourselves at the bar. We got 1 of the 2 open hi tops. The table was covered in food. We waited too long to get help from 1 of the 3 employees who seemed to be running everything. An amazing waitress showed up and got us drinks and cleaned the table. The food service was slow. It was MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. My $34 wings were small and lacking substantial meat. Long waits to get refills. Watched our beers, get warm, and sit at the bar not being picked up. A long wait to figure out how to pay. We tipped the amazing waitress 22% and left for Brusters' Ice Cream.

Buffalo Wild Wings has gone downhill over the years. We came in for dinner and ordered assorted wings. The boneless were about half the size they used to be, but the real wings were better. I would say avoid the boneless wings if you do come, they were small, dry, and tasteless. The service was actually quite good for us, with quick drink refills and a very friendly host. A line did start out the door after we were seated even though there were plenty of seats, so wait times may vary.

Waited in the take out area a good 10 minutes…. Decided to go to hostess area but again not a person in site. By the time I found an employee they had to send a person to help… finally after about 15 minutes, they pulled my order from their warmer. Need to hire more people, and perhaps a lesson in customer service would benefit this restaurant!

Order for pick up and when I picked up I asked the guys at the take out if my order was all in the bag he replied with yes. My order was incomplete, missing 2 sides of ccboat (carrots and celery) ,mac and cheese, condiments and utensils. My wings and fries were cold. When I called to you express my concern the guys that answered which was the same guys to help me when I picked up placed me on hold and never came back. Extremely rude

Placed a order online yesterday. First It took them 30min complete two 10 piece bundles! Really? When i finally received my order both wings and fries were cold! One order of wings were rock hard too with barley any sauce due to them being old. I mean come on you can tell when they are fresh and when they've been sitting for hours. I'm just upset that i didn't take any photos or called to let them know of my issue. If i could rate with a 0 i would! Such horrible food Oh and i got no napkins with my order not a single one.

My boyfriend and I love coming here! Best BWW we have been to for sure. The service is also amazing! Ryan is the sweetest staff member we’ve ever encountered.

Great food 😋 and It came out fast. The service was awesome 👌 the waiter was very attentive and nice. And the atmosphere was wonderful. It's a very wonderful place to dine.

Anthony was my server and did An amazing job, he came to our table many times, I felt comfortable and welcomed, food was fast and good!

The waitress was really rude with my family until I ask her to call the Manager and she started serving us better.

Food was excellent except for the chicken bites covered in sweet barbecue sauce. It was on the salty side for me but everything else was great. We split 3 meals from the $8 menu and shared. Perfect for 2 people. Great service and atmosphere within the restaurant.

They have wings and every seat has the AC blowing directly down on you. TVs everywhere. Service is great. Solid sports joint for NFL or a fight.

Dine in wait is is kinda long, party of 2 waited 45 minutes for weekday afternoon. Not sure if it’s their Covid policy to maintain certain capacity, but they seemed not busy though. Food is good. Bogo bone in wings on Tuesday and $3 house beer for a budget dinner🙌🏻.
