Large portions and lots of types of food for everyone to choose from e.g. burgers and fries for the kids, delicious egg dishes, waffles...etc. staff are super patient and quick. Nice place for large groups and children.

3 stars are my original choice - however, if I could rate on different things, then I would give 5 stars to Lauren (sorry if I misspelled your name). Even though she was not my waitress from beginning to end, she made my visit a pleasant one. Let's start with 1st appearances: the "main building" (in yellow from the picture) looks boutique but the "buildings connected to it" make it look like something from the late 1800s Midwest cowboy scene. Interior: Once you enter, you can see the layout is very spacious. One thing I noticed, I was the only person under the age of 40 dining in that restaurant. I can see that this is probably a local steeple with the older generation but I'm not complaining, it's better than going too an overcrowded place with screaming children and parents that don't care what those kids do. Menu: This All-American menu (with a few Mexican options) surprised me, not with what they were serving but with the price. Nearly $20 for 1 breakfast plate. As I looked puzzled, Lauren came and explained "Arthur's" to me and how huge the portions were. I asked for some recommendations and I followed up with the country fried steak and "legendary" biscuits with gravy. From the picture included, you can see how big these portions are... Taste: the food was fine for what you got and there wasn't anything too mesmerising about it. Overall experience: a normal visit with basic flavor is what I got with the exception of Lauren (you're the best). Will I be returning here?... honestly, it won't be the 1st place I think of for food BUT, I will consider it if I have a craving... And maybe for Lauren as well (probably the ONLY reason why I'd return, thanks for the hospitality. You are a diamond in the rough)

This unique building is a delightful sight inside and out! The facade of the cafe reminded me of the buildings at Knott's Berry Farm--country/Western look and feel with vibrant colors. Step into the restaurant and feast your eyes on a homely country-style, colors and decor. I loved the clean country look and feel! Let's get to the good stuff... The FOOD! Today's order consisted of Country Biscuits & Gravy and Chicken & Waffles. Let me tell y'all! I haven't had them this good in so long! The biscuits were freshly made out of the oven. The chicken was the first batch made this morning so it was also piping hot. Flavor-wise, everything was perfect to my liking. Not to salty for the chicken and not too sweet for the nice and fluffy waffles. Yes, I said FLUFFY waffles! The biscuits were buttered INSIDE, so it was perfect! Didn't even use any of the butter on the side. It was THAT perfect! Arthur's Cafe is truly a hidden gem. The hostess and servers were all nice and cheerful. It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back here more often!

Went to Arthur’s for the first time a week ago. I ordered a delicious breakfast of biscuits and gravy with bacon and fruit. Coffee was good. My children each ordered pancakes with bacon. Everything was great. The place was busy. The service was good.

We try to check out local eateries, whenever possible. Place looks interesting from the outside. We were seated right away. But it took almost 20 mins before someone came to take our order 🫤 Food was fine. Very large portions! I had the hamburger w/garden salad. Salad, alone, was a meal! I think smaller portions & lower prices might bring more customers.

Very nice restaurant. Old school menu items. Large portions. Great servers. We shared the eggs Benedict and country potatoes. Went back again today with family. New pictures of French toast and Cobb salad. Both very good.

Had the country fried steak. It was a mushy mess no crisp like it was microwaved almost. Very disappointed. Been going for 30 yrs. Last trip to Arthur's Rip. The service was excellent though. You can't have sub par food and anything but excellent service.

It was a really good experience getting breakfast at Arthur's. We were greeted promptly and sat very quickly after walking in. Of course, it did get busy as the morning went on so there may be a slight delay in seating. Nonetheless, the food is absolutely worth the wait. I couldn't decide at first between the country fried steak or the hot loco biscuit meal. Well I decided on the hot loco biscuit meal because it does come with biscuits and gravy along with eggs and potatoes. I got the O'Brien potatoes and it was very tasty with the gravy. We also got an order of biscuits and gravy which was very much a good helping! I'll be back to try some sourdough French toast!

My husband and I usually go to the Arthurs Santa fe springs, but my husband came across this Arthurs when he was working. So we took in some breakfast on Thursday, as soon as they opened. I loved our waitress. She was just the sweetest and had an amazing personality. Our food came out in a timely manner, was hot and did not disappoint. Such a treat!!! I love how cute their building is on the outside and the home feeling on the inside! Definitely going to be back to this location. Best of luck to our waitress as that was her last Thursday service. She is onto bigger adventures and starts teaching! You will be missed but can't wait to be there when she pops in to tell us how teaching is going. Thank you Arthurs!!!

My first time visiting Arthur’s in 25 years. As a child, my family frequented Arthur’s for family gatherings. Now that my daughter is an adult, I wanted her to see where we hung out and taste our favorite dish, the Arthur’s Biscuits and Gravy. It was just as good as I remembered when I was younger. It was a nostalgic dining experience and the food still warmed my belly and my soul.

Always loved this place. Just like everything else, the prices have jumped a lot over the years. Portions are pretty good. They changed the biscuits but they're still yummy. Service is usually wonderful. There's a few that walk around looking like they hate their jobs but once they're at the table, they put on a smile and treat you with kindness. Can't say I'm disappointed and always enjoy having breakfast here.

Great, classic breakfast options that are also served a lunch along with delicious burgers. Friendly staff. It's crowded on the weekends.

Really tasty country breakfast. The biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon was a satisfying and filling meal. Great way to start the day!

My first visit to this restaurant was ok, I ordered chicken and waffles, biscuit and gravy. I had to wait awhile due to being the first customer to order ckn/waffles that morning (11:00 am) It's a bit pricey, atmosphere is good, great customer service.

I love coming here with my family. The service is always friendly. The portions are huge so we end up sharing dishes which makes it a great value. The restaurant is also kept clean!! I can't stand when I'm sat in a booth and there's food all over the floor.

Haven't been there in about 5 years My doctor's are in the area so I decided to treat my brother-in-law They had revamped the place. New owners I was told. The food was delicious they kept the cooks that have been working there for years. Anyway really enjoyed it. The staff was on top of it. Daisy was great and the one I called Smiley even with her mask on I could tell she was smiling. Will be back soon. The picture is after we are everything 🤠

The service was outstanding, all the way from the hostess to the busboy's and our waitress. Everybody was very welcoming and the food was exceptional. We had chiliquilles, corned beef hash and eggs. The biscuits and gravy were good 👍

When you go there, you never see the bottom of your coffee cup! Its always full. The food is incredible and the portions are generous. The Big sampler gives you 5 different meats to try with 3 eggs and potatoes. I sub in a pancacke instead of toast. Yum!

Arthur's use to be a great place, there biscuits and gravy was the best. I was shocked to learn that there biscuits are out of a can what's so world famous about that? They where soooo nasty.. The gravy was OK. We had a very bad experience with the environment there was a lady eating next to us with a baby. She was abusing this child I had to step in I was shocked to see no one stepping in to stop it. I would never return here for any reason.

Having loved in Orange my entire life, I never knew about this place. I finally got to it: I enjoyed this establishment. Sourdough french toast is delicious! I wish they would use Maple Syrup and not junk corn syrup.
