Great place for a family get together. We had our kids and grandkids together. They have good food including salads and kid’s favorites. Also a nice Arcade game area. We had a fun family afternoon.

Found this bowling alley because the one we were going to was booked up. I'm glad that I stumbled upon it. It is priced better than others in the area and the quality of the bowling was way better than expected. There are multiple game modes to play and the tables that is on each lane does a great job of explaining the differences. We ordered nachos and a chicken quesadilla and were happy with the quality and timeliness. Another huge plus is that they had a water fountain that has the vertical filling station to refill water bottles. I've already told my family and friends about this place.

The front desk girl was rude. The gentleman that seemed to be the manager didn't seem to care (not sure he was though. Was just dressed different from the rest of the staff). I didn't complain about the girl, but when I went up there to ask if they had called me, he didn't seem to know or care as mentioned earlier. Lanes kept on breaking down. No online lane reserve option.

This is the 21st century. If you are going to offer socks for sale via a vending machine install a card reader or sale them over the counter. Not everyone carries cash. I had to leave and come back because my daughter needed socks to wear the bowling 🎳 👞

Always a good time here! Hopefully this policy is still in place, but you can bring in stuff for a birthday party without reserving one of the big packages. You have to buy their food, but you can get there early, stake out a a spot, and bring cake and decorations. Also, one pool table for a buck a rack and one Foosball table for pretty cheap!

Food is good. Dont order the nachos not really good when ur sticking ur fingers in the bowling ball and have to eat with ur fingers. Onion rings are 🔥 4 stars coz the lane we were in the pins keep breaking down. Took them a while the first time to get it fixes. Theyre supposed to add some mins on our time but never did. The next 4 times it broke they come and fixed it quick. Still over all great experience.

This place is great! Plenty of food options. Pizza, Burgers, Wings, Quesadillas, Chicken Tenders, etc. The prices are very reasonable. The bar and service is also great. I have to say thank you to Trinity for giving us outstanding service. We had a little trouble with our lane not properly working but staff was helpful and gave us additional game time to play. Definitely coming back!

Great place, but the bad customer service makes it unenjoyable. We had fun everytime the worker wasn't around. He made us feel like we were trespassing on his property.

It was a great place for these special needs young adults to celebrate a birthday the staff was above and beyond. My grand daughter had a very memorable time as a guest there, and she now loves bowling. Great job.

Although I didn't bowl, the atmosphere was pleasant and the servers were accommodating. Those in my group had a lot of fun.

Reserved 2 lanes for our church. The reservation process was smooth. FYI if you make a reservation and have to change the date, there is no place on the website. Use the contact email. They were very nice and changed it for me. My group just had to mention our church name and they were set to get shoes and a ball. They allowed me to open a tab for sodas. My group just had to use my name and their drinks were on me. Place was nice, organized, and the staff was friendly and fast. Shoes were clean. Many options on games. Also a small arcade. Would do this again for sure :)

I told the employee that I've never played, and he explained everything to me. And even told me that he would help me with anything related with the game if I had any questions..

Me & my family definitely got kicked out of this place. We paid for 2 hour of time on a lane for my little brothers 13th birthday. We had 15 minutes left & their team just came & started asking us if we were done with our food to which I then asked him for a box. Then one of the other team members just grabbed the pizza & took it away without even giving me time to put it away. At that point I closed my tab at the bar. & they kept trying to encourage us to take a game pass for next time but considering they were so rude to not even reiterate what they were trying to do to put others on the lane next to us. So we denied their game pass & decided on never coming here again. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Worse place !! I paid for two hour and before our time someone came and pick my pizza and food away and said i have to move you to another row because iam specting some other group ! Its fine and i coul have understood only if he ask before touching my food and star moving it . After he came back and said i can give you more passes i was like are you kidding you think i will came back again if you are so unprofessional and do this it was my sons birthday and first time playing thank for ruining it for all of us .

Awesome place and had so much fun and got some strikes and scored over 100 in two consecutive games

Great experience with most of the staff overall. Would have given a much higher rating if not for the employees poor demeanor who was being pushy about which hand my wristband was on. I spent over $500 and this guy was pretty rude about the wristband having to be placed on my right hand, stating it would violate their policy if placed on my left. Really buddy, sounds kinda stupid to me, but I complied after he was insinuating my party would have to leave if I didn't. I'd love to see a policy posted somewhere at ANY BUSINESS that dictates which hand a wristband has to go on. It just seemed extremely petty and given how much I was spending, even more ridiculous that this kid chose to draw a line in the sand over this of all things. This place may not care, but I don't see myself frequenting this place in the future. I'm sure it's no sweat to them, but the feeling mutual.

We’ve have had two great company outings at this location. Good ambiance and well taken care of alley. The drinks are a bit hit or miss but they also have some nice snacks and plenty of lounging space to host a nice sized party

Good machines and scoring devices, no problems with finding shoes, even for the little kids, bumpers look new, but food is meh. The fries actually were pretty awful. Pizza was decent and hot, nachos were great, and beer is plentiful.

The online reservation system online was easy and straightforward. Once you arrive, you can easily check-in, obtain shoes, and find your reserved lane. If you want more privacy, you should reserve TWO lanes otherwise you will be sharing a table for food and drinks with the lane/party beside you. The food is good and the bar offers affordable pricing for their drinks.

The worst place to go bowling. Not only did s I doing nothing wrong. I have seriously never been so confused in my life,. I don't go out very often , n I tried my best to socialize, but this bully (White beard about 304 years old)) killed it for me. I was banned and Gandold followed me really closely as if this loser was going to beat me up. I felt as I was being harassed and bullied. Like what kind of company lets someone like this run a business. He should be ashamed of himself for being such a piece of dirt. I immediately explained or at least tried to tell him he has my full cooperation and everything he told me to do, I've never had to say this but this guy owes .eàq

My fiancé bowled no tap Monday's and now we bowl Vegas or bust on Tuesday here! We love this place! The food, atmosphere and employees are amazing! Come in and bowl, you'll enjoy yourself!

This place is very neat clean & very friendly helping staff. It's fully crowded with customers with their family friends. The food & alcohol is also available at a reasonable price.

Update: third time here, time to give the foosball table a try. had cheese burger with fries. delicious, thank you chef Came to Concourse Bowling- had a blonde ale. I guess brewery X makes their house beer. Pretty good! this place books for birthdays and special events. nice pool table

Great time great drinks bartenders are nice. The bus boys were working hard I made sure that they get tipped out. Everyone was friendly helpful and happy great service I highly recommend. Oh and VERY CLEAN.

As expected it was busy for a Saturday night. You are carded before entering since there is a bar. Its pretty small and dated. A bowling area is shared amongst 2 parties with only one table for everyone so be aware. Was not able to get any food since their kitchen was so busy but they do offer online ordering; they will turn it off if they are super backed up. Drove there from the IE to meet with friends so my exit was off the 91 and it was a lil sketchy finding the place because it is in an industrial area next to an Amazon facility. Check out their website for special offers to save a bit of money. Loved the music since they mostly played early 2000s.

This was my first visit to this facility and I will certainly be coming back. Good lanes, easy scoring operation and comfortable seating make it a great destination for couples and families. Don't worry, plenty of snacks and drinks are available.
