For our first time staying at the Eden Roc, it was great for our family! We stayed here for a 5 day trip to Disneyland with our 3 year old. It's a great location; 10 minute walk from the Downtown Disney entrance of Disneyland but also walkable to CVS and shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are SO spacious - we were very surprised at how big they were which gave our little one lots of room to run around. We were on the lower floor, and yes the walls are thin and you can sometimes hear cars being armed, but we were so tired from every day at Disney that we had no trouble sleeping. The AC is directly next to one of the beds and it works really well. Cooled our room within minutes. The mini fridge and microwave were a great size and housed our food/snacks in the room. Staff was really nice and pleasant. Housekeeping came once and was wonderful. Overall, this is a great place for the price. We booked directly from the website and got a great discount on the booking. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights, Oct 6-8, 2022 for a Disneyland trip. Room 315. We were able to check in early (for a fee) which was great as we wanted to drop our stuff off and head to huntington beach for lunch. Room was clean and everything we needed it to be for a few days at Disney. Easy walk to Disneyland through downtown. I like that there is no carpet. Unlike some other reviewers, my feet did not get dirty walking barefoot in our room. We loved that we could buy bottled water in the lobby! Our room was close to the lobby so we stopped in to ask for items when we needed them (toilet paper, cups). I recommend asking for an extra blanket as the one on the bed was very thin. Also, bring your own hairdryer as the one in our room was awful...I gave up after several minutes but I have long hair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Basic motel in an excellent location for Disneyland. The rooms are quite big, look fairly recently renovated, and are very clean. The amenities are quite basic though - microwave but no cutlery or plates etc. But the rate was very cheap so no frills were expected. 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland (its a bit indirect as you have to walk via Downtown Disney). There is a cafe around the corner and some shops and restaurants within a short walk. It is surrounded by fancier hotels which may make you wish you were staying elsewhere, but actually this place is an excellent budget option for a Disneyland trip.

We chose to stay at the Eden Roc Hotel during Thanksgiving week while planning our trip to California via Expedia, specifically seeking accommodations near Disneyland. The hotel caught our attention for its appealing features and reasonable pricing. Upon arrival on Thanksgiving day, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Our room exceeded expectations, boasting spaciousness, a comfortable king-size bed, and impeccable cleanliness. Conveniently situated within walking distance to Downtown Disney and the parks, the Eden Roc Hotel offered easy access to the attractions. Although the walk to the parks was manageable, the return journey, especially after a long day at the parks, felt quite exhausting. Overall, we found the hotel and its surroundings to be delightful, with no noticeable issues or safety concerns in the vicinity. When we return to town, we'll definitely consider staying here again!

Went to a convention in Anaheim and wanted a decent room, but not expensive since I was only sleeping there one night. Eden Roc Inn was perfect! It was clean, my room was big, all of the traditional amenities included and close enough to the convention center to walk(though it was raining when I was there so I called a Lyft). I will definitely stay here again!

Staff was super friendly! The room was very comfortable and clean. Made our Disney trip amazing. Nothing like coming back to a comfy bed after hours of walking around! Prices were super affordable for the location, I know that Ill book a room here for the next time I plan a Disney trip!

This is a great motel. We’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are updated, clean, comfortable beds, and wonderful staff. It’s a short 10-15 minute walk to Disney and inexpensive parking. Definitely a 3-star level hotel in line with Holiday Inn’s. I’m always leery of motels, but this is a great place to stay with your family if you are going to Disney. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Parking lot and area is also well lit and safe.

Great location, a quick walk through downtown Disney to the parks. Easy check in and check out. Oscar and Carmen were great. As a matter of fact my son left his favorite stuffed animal and they’re holding onto it until FedEx picks it up. Thanks! Would definitely recommend. Rooms were pretty spacious, beds could use a little more comfort, but great value for the money.

Some notes: Walls are PAPER thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring all night. You can hear water faucets/showers turn on and off + toilets flushing. You can also hear every foot step and conversation from above as well. Obviously to a point, the foot steps are to be expected when you have a lower level room. But overall the rooms are pretty nice. I wouldn’t stay here again due to how noisy it can get and how easy it is to hear others. Made it super hard to sleep. Floors are pretty dirty-they were vacuumed/swept but I spilled some water & when I wiped it up the rag was pretty black. Not sure if they get mopped very often. Parking is pretty close quarters too. People at least when we stayed didn’t park in the lines in hardly any of the spots so it made it difficult to get in/out of the car. Front desk service was great & very helpful!

My husband and I have been staying at different hotels every-time we’ve gone to Disneyland trying to find a decent one in short walking distance to the park. This place will be our go to next time we go to the park. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 10 minute or so walk to the park which was really great. You do have to pay for parking but the rooms are affordable so we didn’t mind that too much. It was also nice that we could leave our car at the hotel while we went to the park after we checked out. Definitely will be back!

Great hotel for just a one night quick stay. Super close to disney parks & very convenient since you can park your car there pay the $17.55 per night parking & check in later after coming from having fun at Disney so you don’t have to pay the bigger parking price at the Disney garage. Staff were super friendly and even went and did a small gesture for my husband’s birthday and filled our room with balloons. Super cute and nice of them. Would definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel is a great little find. The front desk was well lit and welcoming. The customer service was awesome! Cons- beds are a little stiff to my liking and the room temperature doesn’t seem to stay consistent. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!

This location was perfect distance for my family. We walked back to our room took a nice break. Then headed back to the park for the 9pm World of Color show. Simply perfect distance. Staff Janet, Carlos and Ricardo were always friendly and courteous. Room is great size and well equipped. 👌

Location was great for our Disney vacation. Our hotel room was clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here in the future. Our only problem was we had scheduled housekeeping with the front desk at check-in, but housekeeping never came. Aside from that our stay was great!

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Eden Roc. The inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very communicative and helpful. The biggest plus was location - a very easy and enjoyable 10 min walk to Disneyland. There was also a minimart within walking distance and some restaurants. Plenty more if you wanted to drive. Easy to park the car for a reasonable fee and forget about it for three days. Only single downside was that the aircon was very noisy, but fortunately there was a cool breeze instead.

Don’t let the exterior deceive you. The rooms are nice. The shower has great water pressure to massage your scalp and shoulders after a long day at Disneyland. It has a very small pool, we didn’t use as we wanted to be close to Disneyland. You are extremely close. Plus so many restaurants options near, many restaurants in walking distance too. The Garden walk is only a few blocks from this restaurant.

One of the best affordable motels I've ever stayed at within walking distance of Disneyland! Most of them are either insanely overpriced for what they are or are seriously gross, but this one was nice and clean with comfortable beds. I'd really give it a 4.5 if possible though.

Only dropped the service down to 4 stars because housekeeping was only complimentary 1 day out of my 3 night stay but if that is how they keep their prices down, I’m all for it! Friendly front desk staff, clean rooms, area appeared to be safe, and it is the perfect walking distance from Disney. Have stayed here before and would happily do it again!

The Eden Roc is the best deal for the location! It is only about a third of the cost of anything else in the area. I thought it might be too good of a price and the quality was going to lack a bit, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They were even able to place us by our family who booked separately. The rooms were clean and had great quality finishes. We booked directly through the website so we even got free parking and an upgraded room to the family suite. The Family Suite is extremely spacious, there is a ton of extra room in the main area, a pull out couch, and even a closet. Our family stayed in a regular 2 queen room and it was the same great quality, just normal-sized. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something in the area!

Only a couple blocks from Disneyland this hotel is pretty awesome. Nice big rooms with lots of space. The rooms are some of the largest hotel rooms I've been in, which was so nice with the all the kids we had in out group. Everything was clean and organized. The property is small and that's probably why it may go unnoticed. But for the price it's a steal. It has a nice pool, nothing spectacular but the kids played in it all day.

Took a trip here for Disney with my boyfriend. The inn was nice and our room was decently sized for it just being the two of us. Front desk was kind and considerate. Some things to mention: You only get housekeeping one time on your trip. We were here for 3 days and when housekeeping did come, they didn’t make the beds or clean up as much as I had hoped at all. At first we didn’t realize they had even come. We did not even receive new soap. Second, the room does not have any mirrors except for the bathroom, which is okay except for the very dim lighting. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear the outside and the people above you. The AC unit in the room is RIGHT next to one of the beds and if you are staying with multiple people then the person taking that bed will LIKELY freeze during the night due to the AC blasting almost right onto their bed. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney and a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. It’s really nice because the back entrance to Disney is much less busy. Overall, If I had to stay here again I would, but I’d definitely be mindful that for the price you pay, you get the lack of service and the unfortunate experiences we faced staying here.

We stayed at Eden Roc about a month ago and were so happy we did. The family suite was wonderfully spacious and the price was a steal. I wish I could remember the name of the person at the front desk when we checked in - he was such a joy. Ear-to-ear smile and full of recommendations for a day at Disney. The walk to the monorail was about a half mile - my kids ages 6 and 8 walked it with ease, but glad we had a stroller for my youngest - age 5, especially since he was asleep on the walk home. Kids wished we'd had more time so they could swim.

Super close to the Anaheim convention center, nice pool, very clean and nice room too! The staff are really nice and helpful, and it's easy to get uber/lyft to and from the parking lot. Super reasonable price too!

We loved our stay at the Eden Roc! It’s a budget friendly motel that is very close walking distance to Disneyland. The service we received from the management and the staff has been credible. This was our second stay here, and won’t be our last.

The staff is super friendly, but they dont clean the rooms very often. Part of me takes into consideration how often they clean the sheets because the beds smelt of sweat BEFORE I even used them. The location is perfect for going to the convention center and Disneyland. HOWEVER the walls and ceilings aren't well soundproofed so I could hear people running around upstairs and having conversations in other rooms. Also the one MAJOR thing that made it hard to fall asleep was that the AC unit sounds like someone entering your room. As a girl by myself at the hotel it was most disconcerting. Granted, I could have kept the AC off but it was too hot outside to do so. So I had a hard time falling asleep because I was afraid of invaders even AFTER double locking my door.

Excellent value, the hotel was clean and the location is very proximal to Disneyland, Downtown Disney in particular. The front desk staff were great. I mistakenly booked the wrong day, and they worked effectively and efficiently to make the change. The room was tidy and clean. Parking is easy and it is a family setting where folks are there to primarily enjoy the parks. Would return and highly recommend it.

Before hopping on our flight, I called the front desk to ask about the early check-in process. I talked to a Brandon, who was extremely joyful and kind, despite me calling at 3:45 am in the morning. Brandon was extremely helpful and his positive attitude was great to hear so early in the morning. Our flight landed super early so we got to the hotel around 8:30 am. I knew it was a long shot for an early check-in, but Anthony, whom I think is the manager, ended up having a room available. It was highly appreciated given we were traveling with a toddler. This was our second time staying at this hotel and the reasons are because it’s affordable, it’s within walking distance to downtown Disney, and the parks, and it’s quiet. We’d definitely stay a third time.

Great space, especially for the price. Love the walk to Disneyland at night, it's absolutely magical! Long, but magical. We had no soaps, shampoos, and only two towels for a room that sleeps 4. We called down to request, and they brought one teeny tiny bottle of shampoo and one teeny tiny bottle of conditioner and an even smaller piece of soap. We only stayed two nights for a last minute trip, so wasn't a huge issue. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was in November of 2021 during Thanksgiving week. While booking our trip through Expedia to visit California we looked at hotels near the Disneyland area and this one looked pretty good and the price was good. When we arrived and checked into the hotel on Thanksgiving day, we were greeted by the lady at the front desk. She went over the rules and explained they are still going by Covid-19 protocol so there's no room cleaning but will provide anything that we might need by calling the front desk. Our room was spacious with a king size bed and most importantly, very clean. The Eden Roc Hotel is conveniently in walking distance to Downtown Disney and the parks. From the hotel you have to walk down the street and cross the intersection heading towards Paradise Pier then the parking lot, through security check point before entering Downtown Disney then you're at the entrance of both parks. Heading to the parks isn't bad, it's the walk back to the hotel when you're deadbeat tired. Overall the hotel and area is really nice and I don't see any issues or dangers near by. Next time I'm in town l'Il stay here again!

Such lovely rooms. The pullout was made and awaiting sleepy exhausted child. That alone was 5 stars. Great staff, great property… walking to Disney so close and easy. I will and have come back here again and again! Thank you Eden Roc Sincerely Gina Jennaro

Eden Roc was perfect for our family! We loved the close proximity to Disneyland so that we could walk and send people back early that needed a nap! Rooms were clean and spacious. Good value for the area!

Best experience! Perfect location for our vacation to Disneyland! Very clean, easy check in and out. We were very comfortable and recommend this hotel 100%! Affordable price, too! We will be back for our next trip! Thank you Eden Roc Inn and Suites!

Only critique I have is that the shower water could be hotter, but I like scalding hot. Room was great. Service was exceptional. Location was ideal, an easy 15 minute safe walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. We will definitely stay here again!
