It was a very nice stay experience for a family of 5 in Jan of 2022. Decent free hot breakfast, extremely clean hotel with helpful staff. I agree with other recent reviews that this hotel was either new or recently renovated. My room did not get cleaned daily and self-parking was $24 a day.

Great location for Disneyland goers. It’s about a .25-.50 mile walk to the bus pickup at the adjoining Toy Center Parking lot. This is great if you have little ones and/or a stroller. You just hop on and get dropped off right near the entrance after a short 5-10 minute ride. Rooms were clean and spacious (at least the suites) with a nice desk for those who have to do some work. Customer service was great and made my Honors membership feel worth something. Breakfast was good, and pool was nice enough for kids to enjoy on a hot day. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Disneyland. Rates were very reasonable as well compared to alternatives!

This is the perfect hotel if you're planning to go to Disneyland. It has a prime location within walking distance to the Toy Story parking area; go out the door next to the front desk to the street, make a left and take the sidewalk to the parking lot, where there are marked walkways and crossings to get to the bus loading area. Because these are official Disney buses, they may have security set up for you to go through, which saves the time it would take to go through security once at the parks. Plus, Disney buses pull further into the unloading area between the parks, helping you save even more time and walking. Beyond its location, this hotel is clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect for our needs, especially with the mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good, though busy as can be expected. The people working the breakfast were very good about restocking as needed. We plan to stay here again for our next Disneyland adventure!

Pleasant Stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center, located at 100 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802, and had an overall positive experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, with a 20-30 minute walk to Disneyland and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for easy transportation. The pricing was fair, considering the proximity to popular attractions. The ambiance was delightful, offering a quiet atmosphere for a relaxing stay. One notable aspect is the accessibility to nearby eateries, allowing guests to easily find a quick bite. The provided breakfast was reminiscent of a middle school breakfast, but it served its purpose. However, it’s worth noting that the air humidity in the area is quite dry. If you’re traveling with kids and using a car, bringing your own air humidifier could enhance comfort. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Overall, Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center is a solid choice for those visiting the area, providing a pleasant stay with minor considerations for families with children.

Amazing location adjacent to the Toy Story parking lot that allows you to catch the shuttle there to Disney Parks with just an 8 minute walk. Only negative feedback I have of the property surrounds breakfast. At Disney, crowds are a given, but each day coffee pots were empty and food options had run out. They would all (eventually) be refilled, but long after a guest had to report the issue. A little better planning and it would be perfect!

Stayed 4 nights. Clean room, nice bathroom and shower as well. Mini fridge, microwave, snack storage, coffee maker with coffee/ tea. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Free buffet breakfast was awesome, scrambled eggs every morning with rotation of potatoes, breakfast meats, biscuit, pancakes, easy make your own waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, coffee and juices. Really had it all. Front desk staff were competent, friendly, polite and speedy. Room service staff was excellent too, very clean hotel in general. Had noisy neighbors our first night. Asked to switch rooms if possible and they offered to upgrade us for free. We did switch rooms and slept great the next 3 nights. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to free bus pick up from far Disney Parking lot that takes you to the front gates, bus drops you off at the lot at the end of the night. Great experience, would stay again.

Visited 1/15-1/19 NOLA and crew where amazing. Super welcoming. Super helpful really ontop of keeping the hotel clean and running smooth. Rooms are huge. Lots of space. Really good large variety breakfast. Nice sized pool with a hot tub. Pool area has a nice view and partially covered area to hang out in. Hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to Disney gates. Ride shares are only about $7 If your willing to book and wait. Parking was $30 a day. Which is a bit of a bummer BUT two entrance/exits spacious area partially covered AND EV chargers so if you where going to pay for parking this lot does provide the extras to make it worth it. OVERALL if your looking for a good cost good value hotel for Disney look at this one because it had every thing and more we needed for our trip.

Hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was simple but adequate for family with young kids. Very convenient location to walk to Disney shuttle bus station (5m walk). Only disappointing thing was the very soft water pressure in the bathroom and the expensive overnight parking.

It was our first stay at this hotel. We came for a family Disney vacation. We are very impressed and happy with our stay. Breakfast had so much variety and changed every morning. Very clean and the staff was nice and helped with whatever we requested. We took the toy story bus which was about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The pool and hot tub was nice also. We will be staying again!

We stayed there for summer Disneyland vacation. Hotel was clean, very spacious lobby and dining room. Great food choices everyday. We rented the bunk bed suite and loved the partition rolling door for privacy. Close to tram to Disney. Relaxing stay although we went to Disney, beds were comfortable. Did not use pool, but looked very nice. Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Overall we were happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly .Rooms were clean. It is next to The Disneyland parking lot that made it nice to ride the shuttle .That was a big plus. The one issue we had was breakfast. It ends at 9:30. They start putting it away at 9:15 and stop stocking it at 9:00. And are not lenient or friendly about it. Flat out they shut the doors at 9:30. Overall I would recommend just don't be late for breakfast.

Came here for spring break and this is one of the best Hampton inn’s I have stayed in the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly with their service. Also the breakfast was very fresh and hot and the property it’s very close to Disneyland you can walk or take the shuttle. And there’s a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also the hotel is very secure and safe. I will definitely come back here on my next visit!

Great hotel, great staff, great food, definitely would come back. The room had lots of space. I had 5 kids with me and we had the bunk bed suite. My son is 6 feet tall, he and his 18 year old sister, slept and on the pull out couch together and neither one complained about being cramped or uncomfortable. If I could change one thing, it would be nice to have a hotel with an actual restaurant onsite. After a long day at the park, the last thing we want to do is go hunt for food, or drive somewhere else to get food to feed our kids. It’s convenient to have one on site. Also the snacks they do have in the lobby are sparse. So if you don’t plan ahead you will have to door dash or walk to the 7-11. Around 6:30am every morning I did heart tons of stomping, and very loud banging above us which is annoying. But I wouldn’t says it’s a hotel issue it’s more parenting. Parents should be instilling manners in their children. Have some consideration for other guests.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a quick trip to Disneyland. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The fridge and microwave worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located close to the parks - about 1 mile walking distance but you could also grab the free shuttle buses from the Toy Story parking lot around the corner (shaved off about half the walking distance but with loading/unloading ended up taking around the same amount of time as walking). Overall we had a great stay and given all the hotel options in the area this was a very good reasonably priced option.

We had a great experience at this hotel during our recent trip to Disneyland. Very clean, free breakfast, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. We walked to Disneyland a couple of times but also took advantage of the bus service from the Toy Story parking lot, which was directly adjacent to the hotel. Will happily stay here again!

Me, my sisters, and my granddad stayed at this hotel for 5-6 days. We loved it, the service was great! Breakfast is free and it's not too far from the shuttles if you're trying to go to Disneyland! My only complaint is the location there's a lot of sketchy homeless people next to the restaurants across the streets one even called me "their friend" after that we left. But otherwise it's great!

We have been here two nights and I am thrilled and would definitely plan to stay here, on my next visit. We have a nice and clean room with the needed amenities. Ice was easy to find and when we needed something to much on, we found snacks to purchase, in the lobby. Breakfast is very nice with egg and meat options, as well as different yummy carb choices. One of us needed a cup of herbal tea and we found choices! I especially want to give a shout out to Nola Alexander who helped me print my shipping label and let me borrow a little packing tape, as well as getting my little box into the outgoing mail. Wonderful above-and-beyond service. Very pleased and comfortable at this hotel!

It was my first time staying here. I loved the location of it. It was right next to the Toy Story parking lot. We walked to that parking lot and got on one of the Disney buses that took us to the parks. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was decent. I did think it was kind of dumb how the breakfast staff had to get your plate for you. I guess California is still paranoid about covid. Also, being a Hilton employee, I was told by some of my coworkers who had stayed here before that they would comp the parking fee everyday and I asked them and they didn't. Being an employee I had to pay $24 a day for parking, they charged me $20 for one day. So they gave me $4 off one day and that was it. One of my coworkers had stayed here twice and they didn't charge her for parking since she was an employee. My assistant GM said if they aren't sharing a parking lot with another business they aren't supposed to charge team members. They have their own parking lot and charged me...

Location is great for a stay for Disneyland. It is a short walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot where you can catch the shuttle at no cost to Disneyland Park. Breakfast had a good variety, fruit selection seemed limited, but pretty much anything else you would expect is there. The only negative for me were the doors in the family suite that separate the "kids room" from the main room have a frosted glass finish which is ok for privacy, but does absolutely nothing for light, so it is difficult to put younger kids to bed and then try to stay up to watch something on television, use your phone, or even just have any light source on.

Customer service is excellent, great breakfast, comfortable room, nice bathroom, & about 6 minute drive from Disneyland. My only complaints are there were no trash can liners when I checked in & my room faced the highway, so the first night I didn't sleep well cause there were sirens at midnight & then again at 3am. Other than that, I had a great stay & would highly reccomend staying here!

Big and clean rooms. The breakfast is fresh and hot which is a plus right before a long day at Disneyland. The parking lot is secured and safe. Overall best local Disneyland hotel we've stayed at so far. Did not have time to visit the pool but it does look clean and will definitely make time next time. Overall a great experience and will definitely be staying here again.

Clean and easy. I booked with a third party but I enrolled into the honors program to receive points and I was able to apply the one night I booked over to collect my points! Customer service is number one since there isn't much good service out in the world. Will definitely be staying here more and beyond! Breakfast was so good and a great way to start your active Disney day. Great for families with kids. The only down fall was paying to park, but they still let you park your vehicle all day while you play. Thank you Hilton for making me happy 😁

Loved our time at this hotel. We planned to stay for a week, but had to leave early due to family circumstances. They were so kind and said it was no issue at all, just leave whenever we were ready. Gave us free waters and everything. We also enjoyed the free hot breakfast and the fact it was so close to the toy story lot. Saved money everyday because we just walked to and from the lot and got shuttled directly into Disneyland. We will definitely stay here every time we visit.

We would stay here again for sure. Perfect location to food and theme parks. This hotel was so clean. The staff was so attentive, happy and kind. The hotel feels safe because you need a key to make the elevator work and get into maim lobby from the street. The room was great. It had bunk beds a TV and couch connected to my king suite which was great when I wanted privacy/quiet with my newborn. My older kids loved this hotel and the pool/ hot tub were clean& great after a long day at Disneyland. The food was great and saved us time and money before disneyland. You can walk to the toy story parking where a free shuttle takes you to the front gates of the theme parks.

Best location for Disneyland goers and if you want to be in the midst everything. Staff is extremely friendly, I definitely enjoyed the help from a younger gentleman at the front desk and also Michelle who were very sweet. Enjoyed their clean rooms and good breakfast offerings. My only complaint is the parking is too high compared to others and that will impact my decision to stay here. $35 on top of the cost to stay is definitely a deterrent for me.

Second time staying here and it is always a great experience! Staff is amazing we were here to celebrate my daughters birthday and they made her feel so special with a gift from the front desk staff and balloons during breakfast. The kids love the bunk bed room and pool! Great location close to Disneyland and many restaurants! Our favorite hotel when we go to Disneyland. The rooms are always super clean and free breakfast is always good. Definitely recommend

Loved that they have family rooms with a bunk bed. They are very welcoming of furry friends, but beware that there isn't much grass or other dog friendly walking places nearby. Great location for Disneyland as you can walk to the parking shuttle right nextdoor and take it to and from the park for free. The parking lot does fill up, so try to get in early.

  • 5/5 Joe C. 10 months ago on Google
Nice newer hotel, except. The place was nice and new, but the rooms were kinda beet up. The bunk bed rails were loose and there were too many stains on the walls, floor and furniture for such a new place. Just seems to need to be maintained better and it would be 5 stars. The parking is great, safe from all the junk around it. Electronic keys and phone parking keys. The breakfast was good, the pool is awesome on the rooftop. The fitness center is a joke. The front desk staff seemed….tired. The elevator sounded broken, it stopped randomly and make some weird shaking every time we used it. Great access to the parks, concerts, food and Angels stadium.

Fantastic location for Disney and the convention centre. The hotel also has a great selection of food places and stores in walking distance. The location of the Avis next door made things seamless for returning our hire car at the end of our stay. Our room was clean and spacious and did the job for our week stay, can't comment on breakfast as we were out the hotel for work before it started or as it started, it always looked busy on our return though. Shame the parking is so pricey though, but I can understand why due the location.

  • 4/5 Blake B. 1 year ago on Google
Beds are cheap feeling and uncomfortable and walls are super thin. But the rest of the property was comfy and clean and the staff were nice. Good location, instead of walking all the way to the parks we would hop on the buses at the Toy Story parking lot. Nola was amazing upon check in, she was so friendly and helpful and explained everything about the property. She was truly a warm welcome greeting with abundant hospitality.

Nice new property but think carefully before committing. This review is from Nov. 2022. There are a lot of equal if not better options nearby if any of these are concerns to you: 1. Parking is expensive. 2. Your room may not be cleaned if you have a short duration stay. Although the price is the same as full service, there's no daily room service. This is nice for the environment but you have to ask for towels, trash removal, etc. 3. Door slams and kids running down the hall starting around 4am daily were annoying--even at the extreme end of the hotel. 4. Limited overnight or late night staff. This means when you come back from Disney late night, only security may be there. The security folks were quite helpful by providing an extra towel or something like that, but do not expect room or reservation assistance. 5. Rooms were standard but a bit on the cramped, small size for the price. I had a room with two queen beds. Yet there are some positive attributes to consider: 6. Location is pretty good. It is a short and easy walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot where you can take a shuttle to Disneyland. 7. The hotel is new and clean. 8. Having the included breakfast was nice, but do not be 30 seconds late or you will be cut off. Be sure to check out the "Optional Services for An Additional Charge" area of the Hampton Inn site to make yourself aware of the additional expenses you may incur or will have to incur if you have a rental car. I expected a lot more from Hampton Inn and Hilton. This was not a specifically bad experience but I felt like I way overpaid. Across the street and down the street is a Hyatt Place, a JW Marriott , Hotel Indigo, Wyndham and the Hilton Anaheim Convention Center.

Great hotel for our family. We were in a king suite with bunk beds and this was perfect for our family of four with two teens. Room was clean and service was great. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for starting the day well and had good selection and variety. There is lots of seating available and the area was staffed appropriately to keep food and supplies stocked. This was good as the hotel was quite busy during our stay. Location is a long walk to Disneyland, but the Toy Story parking lot is close and walkable for transportation directly to and from the parks. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Hampton inn is probably the best hotel if you are coming to visit Disney in California. Perfect location with excellent service, and outstanding staff. The hotel is located right next to Disneyland free shuttle buses to the park. Also you have 3 car rental companies next door and very good restaurants across the road. The hotel is family friendly and the area is beautiful and safe. Hampton inn offers a high quality basic breakfast every morning.

The Hampton inn & suites in Anaheim is a great hotel to stay in if you're staying in Disneyland. It is a pretty decent walk to the parking lot where they will have buses take you to Disneyland Park The bus ride from is about a 10 minute bus ride. The hotel rooms are clean and nice. They do offer free breakfast which is a huge benefit The free breakfast is good they have eggs toast sausage cereal bagels oatmeal lots of different juices and fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend staying. Thank you for reading my Google review
