Spent three nights with 2 rooms. 8 people was our crew for Disney's weekend. Check in was efficient, but then it went sour. No coffee maker in room. Got the excuse of walk up(continental)at the office health department issues and not available. Parking spots are small and my vehicle was damaged(scratches) occurred. Day time staff is rude and unfriendly. POOL is extremely cold. Close location services are a quickly mart across the street. For coffee. Shuttle service to Disney's area are undependable.

Hotel looks amazing from the outside. But inside my hotel smelled so bad! There were ants everywhere!!! And roaches in the bathroom early in the morning and late and night. Blankets had stains on them. And my daughter has soooooo many bug bites on her from all the bugs! I will never stay at this hotel again!

Stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Disneyland. Overall it was a great experience. This place isn't the Ritz, but that's not why we stayed here. I give it 4 stars because it met the basic requirements for a more. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. The beds were very comfortable in my opinion. The room we stayed in was big tons of space to leave our huge double stroller. I liked the fridge and microwave in the room. The parking was also free and abundant. The location was also quite good, we walked each day to the parks, it took a good 20 minutes to get there. The only downside was that the room had a bit of an old smell, but it went away after a few minutes. I'd definitely say it's worth the price. I'd stay here again.

We are currently here. The hotel is priced extremely well, which has been wonderful considering how much everything costs in Disneyland. It’s clean and well kept. The manager/owner/guy at the desk..... Whoever he is, he is so nice and friendly. The coffee in the morning is pretty darn good. And who could complain about a complimentary Danish? Overall really pleasant 😊

You honestly cant beat the price here! This hotel was honestly a lot better than I expected it to be. A short walk to Disneyland. (And only $7-$9 for an Uber if you decide to go that route) It's very quiet. The pool was cold, but with the California heat it was welcomed and very clean. The room itself exceeded my expectations and was clean. You can see the disney fireworks from the parking lot. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. They called us the day that housekeeping wasnt available to ask if we needed towels, wash cloths etc. My only complaint is that there is only one trash can in the bathroom and nowhere else in the room. Definitely stay here if you're looking for a cheap, but comfortable hotel!

Hubby and I stayed this past weekend and were delighted that the room was so clean and updated. The manager was very helpful and provided a map to walk to Disneyland. (10 minute walk) Such a fantastic weekend we will be back at this location next month and every other month after that. Great place to rest your head. The only draw back was the "free breakfast" which consisted of coffee and a box of danishes. But we aren't really breakfast people any way. Great for the price!!!!

The first night our room was missing towels. It isn’t kid friendly, as the tub didn’t have a stopper to give my kid a bath. The sheets and towels looked worn, and there were cigarette burns in sheets and blankets. The service got a little better but we had the three of us in the room, and always one wash cloth shy. The microwave was clean but outdated. The fridge was clean. The room was clean, but was dimly lit. No coffee pot, which doesn’t make for a happy wife. The beds were comfortable, and the heating/ac unit was easy to use. A tv channel listing would have been helpful. The office was always closed. It was interesting that two of my 3 year old child’s Disney Princesses came up missing when they never left the room after purchase and we searched the room three times. Also, in one of the searches, I discovered what looked like a pesticide that was poured behind the box spring near the headboard. So disgusted by the suspected theft and how upset our child was that we left a night early.

The room was clean. Fridge and microwave were clean, the microwave was a little outdated. The bedding and towels were a little worn, with the bed cover being a little frayed and some cigarette burns in the sheets. We didn’t have towels when we arrived but staff did rectify it. However, our party of three was always shy a towel or water cup. The tub didn’t have a plug to give our three-year old a bath, so we had to go to a store to buy one. We weren’t too upset about the stay and were willing to overlook the shortcomings and consider coming back in the future due to the convenience of the inn within walking distance of the park. However, our toddler’s Disney princesses that were just purchased & never left the room after purchase came up missing while we went to the park. At that point, we weren’t too happy and left a night early with our upset toddler. That situation left us unsettled and we will not return no matter how budget friendly or convenient to the park. It was only a few dollars missing, but the thought that someone would take our child’s toys was revolting.

This is one of my go to places when staying in Anaheim. I’ve stayed here i think 2–3 times now? Their beds are amazing and the staff is top notch. Our last stay was in September and we had to leave Florida early due to the hurricane so i had to quickly book this. I spoke with them to ask if it was possible to leave our luggage with them since our flights changed and we’d be there super early. They said that was fine. We get there and I let the front desk lady know i had spoken with them and that I just wanted to drop off my luggage. To my shock they had a room ready and it was only like 11am. I was floored and so happy because i was so exhausted from our 5am flight. Thank you guys for the continuous wonderful stays.

The room was somewhat clean, but I feel they need to upgrade the carpet. I put clean socks to walk around the room, and my socks were dirty. The sheets were washed, but I don't know about the blankets. They had hairs on them.

Excellent stay. Clean room, but small stain was on comforter. Other than that, ample parking in mod october, not too noisy if you get a room close to the back, great view of fireworks, can walk or Uber to disneyland.

No breakfast as advertised. There is no hot tub. Plus, the pool is cold, and the tub was slippery (down angle to the drain). Before going, make sure you know your route to the Disneyland tram. But, the room was clean, big (fit four adults), and had a mini fridge and microwave. They were fairly responsive when needed.

Right down the street from Disneyland. Great place to stay. It's quiet, there's a gas station across the street and the clerk/owner is very hospitable. He mailed postcards for my kids.

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip! Super convenient, clean, close to a Starbucks and about 9$ Uber away from Disneyland! Free parking, a fridge in the room and very friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again, it’s a great value!

Overall budget inn was a great place to stay at the rooms were really clean & most importantly it was quite at night, we decided to take a trip to Disneyland last minute and majority of the hotels were booked in the Disney area. Richard the manager accommodating our needs throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this little motel to anyone that plans to go to Disneyland which is a great walking distance by the way!

Affordable, clean, and 20 minute walk from here to the Disney Tram. The owner is a super nice gentleman and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here on a future trip to Disney even if I could afford a nicer place.
