It’s a super 8 - charging around holiday inn prices. The rooms were clean at a glance- but sheets were covered in hair. Bathroom covered in hair. Bathtubs are gross. Beds were comfortable enough and there is a fridge and microwave. Floors feel dirty. No breakfast and absolutely NO housekeeping for any reason— me and several guest were trying to talk to a employee at the front desk in the morning but it appeared nobody was there. Doors locked- nobody answering phone or “press here for service” button. Very few reasons to stay here. There is better for the same price.

I have stayed here numerous times over the years and it's just gotten worse. Terrible service. Just cheap. Room n9t even clean, smells strange. No free "breakfast" . $150 deposit for what??? Just not happy with it overall. Good location to drive and park at Disneyland.

****DONT EVER STAY HERE***** Rude front desk girl began screaming at me when I questioned the exorbitantly high room deposit (that wasn't advertised before booking). I've never seen anything like it. Manager standing behind her did nothing support her rude, ghetto behavior/attitude. Dude actually yelled at me like I was the one that did something wrong. Absolute worst service I've ever seen in all my years of travel. Again, I've never seen anything like it. Had to contact hotels tonight and file a complaint to get my reservation cancelled and credited. Took an hour but went up the street, paid $20 more and stayed in a Marriott. The service between these 2 was night and day. Save yourself the frustration. Don't stay here....ever!

Honestly I can say these people are trying to rip everyone off. Yea they are close to Disneyland but the rooms are way too pricey. They also say they offer free breakfast and that it’s included in the room rate but they don’t. I also called in and asked if they were doing breakfast and one lady said yes so that’s why I booked it. Come to find that there’s not free breakfast because of “the pandemic”. Sounds a little scammy to me. It says breakfast included in room rate so I asked because there’s not breakfast won’t my room rate be lower? I wouldn’t stay here if I were you something is not right about what they are doing.

The website says they are one block from downtown Disney. It’s a New York City style block. Took over 30 minutes to get to park and it requires going uphill pass a freeway. Also site says there is breakfast. There is no breakfast because they use the pandemic as an excuse

Stayed for 3 nights checked out on 8/4/22. The room was clean, beds/pillows were comfy the room size was big, comes with a mini fridge and microwave, iron and stand, blow dryer and 2 bar soaps and coffee pot with 3 coffees and extra towels at front desk. No shampoo or conditioner. Didn't give 5 stars because the fridge looked cleaned but had a really bad odor. If you want to enjoy the pool I would recommend using when the pool opens at 10am it is very small and full in the evenings along with the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and the parking was close by and elevators are available. Disneyland was a 6min drive. I did call 9 days later to request that my deposit of $150.00 to returned. I was told by the front desk that she was releasing the hold immediately and that it would released right away according to the front desk. Update13 days (Aug 17th) later still in pending status on my account nothing has been returned yet. The pending status never showed on my account a new purchase of $150.00 showed and dropped off. I called the hotel once again and was told that it was released and to wait another 8-10 days. Update 14 days later I received my deposit back.

The room was good, pool was awesome, the walk is more than 15 minutes from Disneyland. They didn’t have breakfast or a playpen, that’s my only complaint. The front desk workers were always nice to us!

This isn't a hotel I would recommend to people, but it did its job on a last-minute booking. We are pretty sure the sheets weren't changed, and the shower wasn't cleaned. It was a very quiet place to stay. It is, however, very close to Disneyland, and we could see the firework show from our room.

Andy, the gentleman working the night shift, was very welcoming. From our interaction we could tell that he genuinely cared about the guests. Our experience at this hotel was made all the more better for this reason.

Another excellent stay! My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We love that this property is within walking distance of Disneyland and DCA. Staff are always friendly and efficient. And, we appreciate that they still have COVID protocols for safety. We look forward to our next stay at this Super 8 location!

Decent place to stay. Rooms are renovated to be modern, it's not bad. Plenty of parking in the back. 1 star off only because our room fire alarm was low on battery so it started chirping. Hotel is located 1 traffic light away from Mickey and friends parking structure.

This room was not as clean as one room is expected to be. There were spider webs on the ceiling lights. Killed a couple bugs in the room as we stayed in the first floor. The walls and cabinets could use a good cleaning too. The one we stayed in had a clear oil handprint that was never cleaned off. I also recommend you BRING YOUR OWN towels. The ones they have are old and crusty. The bedding covers smelled like mildew/musty smell as well. The pillows were hard and not comfortable to sleep on. With that being said, If you can fork up a bit more, stay elsewhere.

We had cockroaches in our room. There isn't a breakfast. The towels were stained and old. The only good thing is the location because you can watch the disneyland fireworks from the hot tub

Room was dirty, long black hairs on sheets when I pulled sheets down, floor turned the bottom of my slippers black, had to call a day ahead if housekeeping required, AC vents filthy, door had sunlight shining through the bottom due to no "weather or BUG" stripping. Pool and spa I wouldn't use due to green slime on steps and bottom, no breakfast, as advertised ( likely due to COVID), but I'm sure price wasn't lowered. A breakfast roll individually wrapped to eat in your room would have been nice! Surfaces in room were dirty, I brought my own sanitizing wipes. Some housekeepers and desk staff wore masks, some didn't, but sign on office door said they were required! $722.00 for 5 nights of grief!! A COMPLETE MESS!!

They literally let a maid get away with stealing my shirt from my room when it was hanging in the closet, and didn't do anything about it besides email the manager. They KNEW which maid cleaned my room and didn't speak to them when they had 3 days to do so. The nicest person working was the last person we saw before leaving because she at least apologized that their maids COMMITTED A CRIME. Would give a 0 if I could. Do NOT visit.

Needed a spare room to stay for the night with my family because our Disneyland hotel reservation didn’t start until tomorrow. The room size is good, beds were okay but I did kill 3 bugs in the bathtub while trying to clean my kids, wouldn’t recommend it. Attendant on duty while was cooperative wasn’t the friendliest and no food is served here. This place is however located very close to the park and after taxes the room was only $151.

Lobby and cleaning services closed due to covid, but all in all, the rooms were fairly updated, really clean, and spacious. The pool is open later than others, location was perfect for our Disneyland commute. 10/10 will stay here again!

We have really liked this hotel in the past and stay 3+ times due to it's proximity to Disneyland and very low price point yet reasonable rooms. However since covid they have stopped serving breakfast, their staff is very short with guests and are very strict about parking. I think we will probably find a new hotel for our next stay.

Rooms need more attention. Anchors holding the mirror are nearly out. There is not breakfast offered in spite of the website saying otherwise. No shuttle. You have to walk to Disneyland or find another mode of transportation. No restaurant on site. No housekeeping available during the stay. Gaps in weather stripping on the door. Bottom sheet was not fitted and didn't cover the entire mattress. Staff was very nice but the hotel needs attention.

This hotel has everything to success, big rooms, you can go walking to Disneyland, free parking. Unfortunately I had to leave sooner than I expected because THE WERE COCROACHES in the room that was so gross. I have kids, they were screaming. Imagine to come here and bring food for your kids and all this insects around the place. Another thing to add is the floor was so dirty, it was sticky and we finish with our soaks black. I went to tell everything to the manager and He even didn't care about it. The only thing he told me It was that he is going to call pest control. No even an apologize. That was so rude and unprofessional.

Nice hotel and within 30 minute walk to Disneyland. Only negative thing I can say is they only allow 1 car per room. I had to park my other car around the corner in a residential area and I got a parking ticket. The street I was parked on did not have any signs.

The room was nice and clean, very comfortable. But make sure the refrigerator works if you really need it. My wife's insulin would've gone bad if we hadn't had family next door to us.

After having a reservation for around 6 months before our arrival, we were notified that there was no room service available and no breakfast available. You have to go to reception and ask for towels and coffee etc.... Crazy. We'd just done the route 66 and stayed in plenty of motels and hotels and this was the only place that had these restrictions. I would seriously consider going somewhere else. So disappointing. We stayed there for 4 nights and no beds made and no trash taken out. Too expensive as well. Not happy at all. Parking spaces scarce. On the upside, it's well situated.

It deserves at least 2 stars because the rooms weren’t bad. They’ve updated them somewhat. Nothing fancy, but not bad. Where I ran into problems was the price hike—it’s not a $221 room—and the fact that despite requesting a late checkout (by one hour: 12:00pm), and having that request approved, the office starting ringing my room phone a couple minutes after 11am. That’s poor hospitality.

We always stay in this hotel when we want to go to Disneyland, it is affordable, has good space and it is very decent. Plus, it is 5 minutes from Disneyland/California Adventure Parks!! When I travel I usually don’t care about staying in fancy hotels because I literally use it to sleep and shower only. If you don’t care to be in a fancy place and you prefer spending your money for something else, this is a place for you!

I am typically a "just stay at the cheapest place. We're not vacationing to stay at the hotel" person - with that said, I will GLADLY pay an extra $100 a night to stay next door at the Travel Lodge. Rooms? disgusting - not clean with moldy food in the night stand drawers, and blankets are just a cut out piece of fabric (no, literally). Staff are miserable there and extremely rude to guests about it - if you arrive later than 10pm, don't expect to find parking; instead, they'll make you tell them when you intend to leave the next day and force you to park either blocked in by another car or blocking a car. My stay at Travel Lodge, literally 5 feet next to this hotel, was a much better experience; don't waste your time here.

The establishment was in a great location and very convenient....will definitely stay there again....right around the corner to enter the Disneyland Parking Lot. Only thing I was diappointed on was: they don't straighten out your rooms or p/u used towels anymore or throw out the trash; clean towels have to requested at the service desk. Unfortunately they had to discontinue these services when the pandemic of Covid broke out several years ago/will continue to do so I assume until further notice Unfortunately they don't provide continental breakfast as advertised on the website; which wasn't a big deal for us, just the misfortune of the service they were forced to discontinue.no problem..still loved the establishment/the convenience!!!!
