Stayed here for about 2 weeks. Location wise is great. Right by Disney next to garden walk. The room was clean. The small kitchenette is ok. Didn't really use it. Just used the fridge which is a nice size. The walls are THIN. Could hear the guy next to us snoring. Our room was right above the lobby so you can see and hear who comes and goes. Security guy stayed by the lobby talking to friends? That come by. The pool and "free" breakfast was a joke. They charge a pet fee $25/day with a cap at $175. However they fail to keep the poop bags stocked. There seems to be some really long term tenants. Honestly the motel 6 next door was a better choice.

I will never stay here again. The reviews I read before we booked seemed so polarizing, but we decided to give it a chance. And I regret it. Our suite did not look like it was cleaned at all. Every surface was sticky and the faucets weren't clean. There was someone's hair on the toilet seat and the shower drain was clogged with hair, and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well at all. I couldn't take the mess and didn't trust the hotel staff to clean it properly so I did it myself. Magic erasers came out black. The sheets had mysterious stains. I mopped the floors twice and both times the water was black. I ran out of cleaner after that. The only good thing about this property was its proximity to Disneyland. That's the only reason I'm giving one star (and because I can't give a half a star).

Myself and my wife were traveling from Texas and was staying in Southern California for a few weeks and decided to stay at your hotel. All our accommodations were met. Delailah greeted us as we checked in and made sure we had fresh linen fresh towels fresh kitchen supplies what an awesome service you guys provide and great employees. Every time I walked by the front desk greeted by a smile very homey very welcoming. The next time we're in town will definitely stay at your hotel. The dogs were a plus as I have three I'll bring them next time. If there's an employee of the month Delailah is my vote

My family stayed for a week for a family wedding. When we arrived the outside looked nice that was not the case we got to our room it had a odd order the refrigerator did not work, we got moved to another room that was not the cleanest and smelled bad I had to clean the room the pillows were dirty asked for new ones it took an hour to get them. We found bugs in the room when I let the front desk know she responded what do you want me to do about it?? Another manger tried coming into our room on Sunday when I asked was there a issue he respond I gave a note that you checked out and told me he came in our room and saw our things there I let him know we’re here till Tuesday morning. He then responded we’re you in a different room I let him know that he moved us to that room. There was fighting, the stairs smelled like urin, it was the worst experience ever will not be returning

We booked to stay here in Anaheim extended stay 2 weeks in advance, the day we were suppose to check in they cancelled on us around 7pm and we are in our way over there, the check in time is 3pm. The front desk was very unprofessional over the phone. I highly recommend not booking with them if you want your vacation to start right. Very disappointed with this establishment.

Worst hotel ever!!! Don’t stay here!!! If I could give a zero I would!!! Drove from Vegas went to check in and even though I had paid a month a head of time they told me they had no more rooms available and could not help me even though I already paid for it. The worst ever!!!

Worst hotel stay I've ever experienced 1) no access to ice/clean water 2) no housekeeping 3) said they had appliances like toaster, pots/pans, spatulas, etc --- but when we asked to use them they were never available 4) no swimming pool 5) "breakfast" what a joke. They had 1 kind of stale muffin, 1 kind of stale granola bar, or coffee. That's not breakfast, you can't call that breakfast... at all... 6) questionable guests around the property the entire stay.... sketchy people who made my group feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us not moving freely throughout our stay .. 7) lots of loud/annoying pets 8) rooms not like pictured, there was no carpet at all it was 100% hardwood. 9) I rented two rooms for 5 days and they were over $100 difference in price but they were the same exact rooms??? 10) odors in the building were awful, but I'm assuming that's because guest have to take their own trash to "the trash room" ... I'd give zero stars if I could, the only decent thing about the stay was the staff at the front desk. Even they seemed embarrassed by the hotel conditions and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I would NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America location again after this experience

This is definitely not a hotel I would ever stay again. I found bugs in our bed. In fact I woke up to a bug crawling on my forehead. The pillows smell like dirty BO hair. It’s honestly hard to believe they have been washed at all. The hotel in general smells as well. This place does not look like the photos online. I don’t know if I got a bad room on a bad day for them because I don’t understand how the rating is 3+stars.

I booked this hotel because the pictures on their site looked good. When I got there, it looked like it was in horrible condition. I was lucky that the receptionist let me cancel and gave me a refund. The place smelled and needed a lot of work. I quickly canceled and booked at another hotel. To be honest, this is more of a motel than a hotel. I don't feel like it was safe. There was plenty of garbage in the parking lot. I don't think the location was that bad, but they had a lot of construction going on next door. I would not want to book a hotel like this again. I wish I took some pictures, but I was in a rush to get out of there.

I don't know what to say. Everytime I think this place deserves a good review something else happens that shatters my expectations . Elevators can be hard to fix but it's been a few weeks and still broke and I'm on 3rd floor. No biggie, these things happen . Well, I parked in the back lot carrying my stuff in & card didn't work in that entrance or the side door. Walked halfway around hotel to front & got key card re-done & again, it did not work on either door on 2nd trip from car. Key worked - the doors don't. then up 3 flights of stairs the 2nd time also there's a strong natural gas smell at the back of this place. I don't blame anybody but upper management , the front desk crew here are amazing considering the obstacles they encounter on a day to day basis they go above and beyond .

As a wrestling family, we do travel quite a bit for wrestling tournaments, so we do end up staying in quite a few hotels. Though this one was a step up from one of the rooms we stayed at before, but not by too much considering the price rate we paid. This time we had a two day tournament, so in order to save ourselves some cost I sprung for a room that had a kitchen included, which I have done in the past. Unfortunately, we didn’t even get to use it because we got to the hotel room at 8pm we realized they had no kitchen supplies to cook and eat with, so we just went out for dinner instead. When we got back we parked near the back door where our room was located. We then noticed two separate vehicles housed by nothing but trashed, boxes, etc surrounding and inside of the vehicle. Obviously, someone was living in the car and using the parking lot as their own RV park. It was late, so my daughter and I were really nervous walking back and forth from the room to the car with our luggage. This was really uncomfortable and I think the hotel obviously should get security in order to protect their guests. This alone, I would never stay there again even if they tried to pay me. Oh and to mention, the back door leading into the hotel that was supposed to be locked and only able to open with your room key was broken. So those creepy men hanging outside with all their trash could just walk in wherever they wanted and have full access to the entire hotel. This is a huge safety hazard and should be addressed immediately. If you can’t even provide your guest with a safe place to stay you shouldn’t charge them. After a long day, we went to sleep. The following day after the tournament we came back to the hotel and then saw a small sign on the kitchen cabinet that said if we needed kitchen utensils, etc we should call the front desk and order them. I was a little annoyed that this wasn’t brought to our attention when we checked in at the desk. I was more annoyed that they just wouldn’t have them in the hotel room before we arrived. About the room, it wasn’t horrible, but obviously out dated and a little boring. For charging as much as we were charged you would think they would at least have a decent breakfast, which you couldn’t even really call it a breakfast just a small table with a few items. I’ve attached a few pictures of the vehicles out back. I didn’t include the homeless guys hanging out by the door smoking cigarettes playing on their iPhones. I was to afraid they would see me and get hurt us.

Loved my stay. Front desk was the best. Will only say the laundry room being out of service is a issue and needs to be fixed

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. . Room was decent . No major issues but the room SMELLED LIKE a motel 6 . . Just that cigarette hotel smell . I went to vons down the street to buy a candle and air freshner cause . Ew . The ladies up front were nice . The carpet in room needed a shampoo . And the tub was kinda clogged so when we showered it started to fill up . I didnt like thay ish. At all. And there was not much parking at all. But i guess we got what we paid for . The little kitchen however was very useful.and ac worked well. We didnt have room service at all . I guess that is not included .and the "breakfast "is muffins and nutrigrain bars and coffee . That is it . Soooo.... thats all i have to say .

This is a you get what you pay for experience. I stayed here for 10 nights because it was the lowest priced extended stay type of hotel in the area. They advertise, even in the room, that you have all you need including kitchen supplies. Well this one doesn't. I got 2 bowls, 2 dishes and 1 pot and was told they didn't have anything else. Not good. No housekeeping for the entire stay. Not good either. The staff was very nice.

Loved this hotel. Front desk is the best. The location is close to the freeway. All the accommodations were met. Michaelle and Delilah greeted me and made sure I had fresh linen fresh towels fresh kitchen supplies what an awesome service you ladies provide and great employees. Every time I walked by the front desk I am greeted by a smile. A very homey very welcoming feeling. The next time I am in town I will definitely stay at your hotel. The dogs were a plus. I'll bring them next time. If there's an employee of the month Michaelle and Delilah get my vote. If you are thinking about staying here you will have a great experience. Its convient, safe and quiet. Great for families and for a stay vacation. Well-located with excellent price and polite staff. All-in-all, I would use them again. I can truly say this location is a very safe and quiet location. You can have a taste of seeing snow on the mountain tops in a distance while enjoying warm sunlight. Management seem to be effectively communicating safety protocols. Great hotel. Good location. Nice staff. They were dog friendly. They book up quickly, so try and get your room blocked quickly, especially if you need the ground floor for handicap access. The kitchen was nice. I brought food. Full sized fridge and everything. Comes with a stove. Great hot water. Good water pressure on every floor. Cozy sheets and everything. (If you have allergies, the pillows were plain stuffing, and not feathers.) There's a nice patch of grass / lawn in front to walk your dog. A clean hotel. The windows are double windows to reduce noise.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Extended Stay America- Orange County- Anaheim Hills and I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly negative experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment falls far short of even the most basic expectations. To start, the elevator was out of order for more than a week, making the already inconvenient task of lugging luggage up the stairs an even more unwelcome exercise. The rear building entry door was also broken, compromising security and leaving guests vulnerable to potential safety concerns. Upon entering the room, it became evident that the list of issues extended far beyond the physical infrastructure. The stove top burners were non-functional, rendering any cooking efforts futile. Even more disconcerting was the fact that the front desk agent seemed blissfully unaware of the hotel's operations or the location of basic amenities. The hotel boasts about being a smoke-free facility, but the pervasive stench of cigarette smoke, coupled with a dubious air freshener, permeated the entire building. The atmosphere was far from the advertised pristine environment, and the clientele only added to the discomfort. One door displayed an eviction notice from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, and the presence of several questionable individuals lingering around the premises raised serious safety concerns. While the location of the hotel is conveniently close to the freeway and various dining options, these minimal advantages are vastly overshadowed by the numerous drawbacks. The only positive note was the surprisingly comfortable bed, but even that couldn't compensate for the litany of issues. The appliances that did manage to work were outdated and seemingly held together with duct tape – a testament to the overall lack of maintenance and care. The laundry services advertised by the hotel were non-existent, as not a single machine was operational, and even gaining access to the laundry room required the assistance of another guest since the front desk agent didn't have a key. As for the promised "free breakfast," it was a dismal affair. A container labeled "Oatmeal" sat empty, the coffee was cold, and the prepackaged muffins were tiny, dry, and unappetizing. In conclusion, my stay at the Extended Stay America in Anaheim was a regrettable experience. From the broken facilities to the indifferent staff, the questionable clientele, and the false advertising of amenities, this establishment fails on multiple fronts. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this hotel and explore alternative accommodations in the area. Your time, money, and overall well-being deserve better than what this establishment has to offer.

This place is run down! Lots of riff raft and trash (literally) all over the place inside and out! For the price I wasn’t impressed at all… but hey that’s just this location. I’ve stayed at other ones before and they were great! But this one def needs some work

I'm actually staying here right now and this is my first day. I have to be here a week. The first room I got had clothes in it and all dirty dishes and stained sheets. All the towels were in the bathtub and dirty with something so I switched rooms even though this was semi clean it had no dishes and the microwave doesn't work. This is by far going to be the worst hotel stay I ever stayed in

We were terribly disappointed when we got to this hotel. There is constant trash in the hallways, which gives off a dirty diaper smell. There was pee all over the top of our toilet. The counters were not wiped. We only had one towel between the two of us. The pillows were like bags of sand. Lastly, the staff were really a let down. The teenager that was running the place was swearing and making a ruckus behind the scenes with another staff. I would never come back to this hotel.

Horrible , pure garbage , I've stayed at many extended stay hotels and had great experiences but this location is complete trash . I booked a room here and used the same method of payment I always have used when staying at many extended stay hotels or anywhere for that matter but when I arrived at 10pm 5/2/2023 to the desk a and a staff member I think her name was Lanisha and shortly after greeting me nicely with small talk about how there is no running water til 7am for the hotel then quickly matter of factly says oh sorry we don't accept your MasterCard here , visa only ... She then said it was because its a prepaid gift card which it's absolutely not lol and denied even letting me check in at all even with a cash deposit . Didn't offer any help just sat there with a smile and said sorry . I explained how I have stayed at these chain of hotels and have never ever had an issue with my payment even for a stay just a week prior at a location in the same city ... After a long day and arriving to check in I can honestly say that was the worst experience I've had at any hotel. I had booked online so they had even charged my card no issue ... Absolutely no empathy , no proffesionalism , was not courteous to the situation whatsoever , wasn't even trying to hear anything I had to say and to top it off there was no running water from when I arrived 10p.m to next day 7 a.m and that was when she. .. Just a sorry no , and that i can call customer service for a refund to be issued and yes there is a long processing time . I didn't get into another hotel til after midnight ...that staff member destroyed any confidence or trust I had in extended stay , destroyed any chance of me recommending this hotel chain to anyone , in fact I will tell people to avoid this hotel chain altogether if you do not want to be left out in the cold . I've never seen an employee so quickly and efficiently devalue a company and made previous good experiences seem like they never happened ... .

Don't think they actually cleaned the room. There was a pubic looking hair in the kitchen drawer and a takeout plastic bag. Also found a roach running around the bathroom. Just staying here for a night but this is bad. Will be talking to the front desk in the morning.

Honestly this place isn't really for people going on vacation tour or anything proactive like those examples. The people here have practically lived here for a while the majority of em are associated with some type of ....... any who it doesn't seem the housekeeping does such a great job and if I'm wrong the owner is about due for a new update or atleast refurbishe the place it reeks. Other than that. . Honestly I did like the Lil area for coffee and muffins in the mornings that's cool. Lol thee location not to great either plenty of blind spots for plenty of accidents. And o yea visitors prepare to feel uncomfortable,,, the guest run this motel apparently. I've even received word that people commonly break into the rooms 😳 I wish they would lol but no seriously I'm almost certain they do be careful.

My house is being renovated and I had to relocate and found Extended Stay, the very definition of an oasis with cool, quiet, rest inducing rooms. While there is no pool or hot tub or no room service, there is Wi-Fi and a kitchenette in each room.
