Avoid coming here. They are very unprofessional & have horrible customer service. I placed an order and asked for my order to be FRESH. Once I arrived home, I realized they gave me BURNT chicken. I called & they did not answer ( understandable they were closed ) .. the next morning I called and spoke to a female in charge. She stated if I had the receipt I could come in & she’d gladly remake my order.. I arrived with my RECIPE & she contradicted herself and gave me a hard time. She said she was unable to do anything because it was a family meal .. keep in mind on the phone call she stated she’d remake my order. She gave me a hard time: I waited at the location for an hour an 30 minutes to get a resolution as they stated they couldn’t do anything. I had to FIGHT for justice .. she stated the BOSS would contact me .. & he never did. He then showed up to the location an hour and 10 minutes later to then give me a hard time as well. Accusing me of wanting to get free food when I clearly had proof ( images of the burnt chicken ) & proof that I had called the day before. He was rude and hard to work with ( the owner + employee ) .. an hour and 30 minutes after giving us a hard time having us wait he takes the recipe away & remakes the order.. now I’m here because the chicken was burnt the first time so I’d expect for them to make it right the second time around considering they gave me a hard time .. but nope. Same thing. Burnt chicken again. Never coming here again and I’m sure taking my business elsewhere. Keep in mind I was a loyal customer to them. My family and I come once a week, but good bye to this family owned business. Clearly the clients don’t matter to them.

The food is ok but is not acceptable is the bad service. Cynthia shouldn't be working there because she has really bad customer service. To begin Yolanda took my order wrong. I specifically said a 10 piece mix meal. She ordered an 8 piece. She just misunderstood my order. I waited for 20 minutes or longer. And because my order was wrong Cynthia said that she had to redo my order. As it is I had waited for so long and because she had to redo my order I had to wait for another 20 minutes. All they needed to do is add 2 more piece of chicken and the bigger size of the sides. She very rude said that I had to wait because of redoing the order. The other customers that came after me were being service. I understand when is busy but Cynthia didn't even apologized for the error. I asked for more salsa as a courtesy and she said that if I want more I need to buy. They only give 3 small of red and green per order. If you want the customers to keep coming the owner needs to hire people with good customer service skills and not rude people. I know that this is nothing and they will not care but they lost a customer. Never again I'm coming here.

Came in and was greeted immediately by all the staff. Got the three piece meal potato salad and rice. Everything was absolutely delicious and reminiscent of Pollo Loco but much more flavor to all the food. They have a small condiment bar with pickled vegetables that are a must to eat with your meal. Will definitely return when in the neighborhood.

Good chicken and their beans and rice are really good. But they have raised their prices and I don't know if their quality plus quantity matches up with the bad customer service.

We got the 8 piece, with refried beans and rice, and flour tortillas. Tasted so good, we went back the very next day for more!

I Ordered a 12pc family meal & only got 7 pieces of chicken. I won’t be going back since I payed $42 dollars, in my opinion that’s a rip off.

Good place for take out. Their family meals are good, salsa is good. Tricky parking lot tho

Soooooooo this was our first time here!!! It was amazing!!! I always passed and the smell is amazing i just never had the guts to go in and try it but i had always wanted to and this time i passed with my mom and wife and they convinced me when i rolled down the windows to show them how it smelled. The staff here is super friendly, the food is amazing, the place is really clean even the bathrooms are amazingly clean. The chicken is soooooo good we also got the guacamole and chips amaziiiiiiing. If i could i would give them 10 stars they deserve it!!! Also the man at the register super nice!! He was amazing oh and i forgot to mention flower tortillas are sooooo good highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was fantastic and on point it hit the target and my gf and I and sister in law will be coming back for some fire tacos again

I know it's a chicken/pollo restaurant but there asada (beef skirt steak) was amazing & there torta's were huge the wait time for your order is 15-25 minutes but it's worth the wait I was very very pleased with the taste & amount of food

Visit this location if you are craving a great tasting chicken bowl! The food is always fresh and the portions are nice. The employees are upbeat and the service is fast. I also recommend them for catering any events or parties.

This place is the biggest ripoff in town, which is really sad because the I actually liked the chicken. But not for the insane prices. A $5 Walmart or Costco chicken taste just as good, if not better. This is not a place to eat regularly unless you are rich or just like wasting money. Even there own employees smile and look down when they tell you a basic Chicken is $20. I grudgingly paid for it anyway and couldn't really enjoy it because the insane prices left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess I'll be sticking with El pollo loco, because El Polo Norteno doesn't care about its customers enough to offer reasonable prices that average people can afford. That's probably why the place was pretty empty during the busiest time of the afternoon.

This place a most if your with your girlfriend wife or kids food is delicious Salas and beans and potato salad yummy.

I was passing through the area and randomly stopped in this place for a quick bite. Great tacos, spicy salsa, nice people, reasonable prices. What else do you want? Parking is a bit of a challenge, but where isn't parking a challenge in SoCal?

I feel like this experience I had finally deserves a review .. let me tell you ,the chicken was never ending I felt like it was straight up packin 💯 it’s always big enough to get me full and the portion of chicken is just enough protein for the gains 🙏 this jawn right here gets me right

The taco bar was delicious. We ordered Carnitas, Chicken, Rice & Beans. All the garnishes & tortillas were included, as well as plates, silverware & napkins.
