I recently purchased 2 Elite memberships. I'm regretting my decision. The membership is only valid at this location which sucks because I live in west Anaheim and it's a bit of a drive. I was hoping I could go here and to the Westminster location since that one is a bit closer. This was not mentioned. I came in on 3/3/2022 and was told that they close at 8pm instead of the posted 9pm that they have on the front door and website... I arrived at 7:30pm and was turned away. Nowhere does it state they will close at 8pm. I can't believe I'm stuck with them for 2 more months. Otherwise it's pretty decent compared to other trampolines parks.

Was here for son’s friends birthday party, found this trampoline park better than the few I been to recently. Clean and good new adventures.

Was not super impressed with this location at all! First my friend called the day before to ask if we can bring socks from another indoor playground and was told that would be fine. Then we get there, my son needed socks with the rubber grip, so we bought one pair. At NO point did they tell us ALL of the kids needed (specifically) "Sky Zone" socks. So our time comes to go to the play zone, and the girl at the gate informs us that the other kids in our group could not come in because their socks were from somewhere else. So we had to purchase new socks for everyone. We ended up loosing our time slot and having to wait another 30 mins. Which delayed our entire day of bday festivities aka the after party. A bit frustrating but the kids still had fun. Overall the Riverside location is much much better. The employees there are Amazing and interact with the kids. This location every employee I came acrossed seemed less than enthusiastic to be there. Not the same experience we had in Riverside. We will stick to that location going forward.

Not impressed... I bought a membership assuming you can go to all sky zones and was told they are all corporate now but your membership is not good for other locations... Pure stupidity... I will be cancelling. Also it's not clean and kind of gross... And the music is super loud and annoying

It does not appear that there is cap on how many humans are allowed in this building. Insanely packed, extremely hot. Out of the many trampoline parks we have been to across multiple states, this place wins for worst. Will not return, especially on a Saturday.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park provided a fantastic and exhilarating experience for both my 6-year-old daughter and me. The park was clean, well-maintained, and brimming with fun activities suitable for all ages. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that safety was a top priority while still allowing everyone to have a blast. My daughter had the time of her life bouncing around and exploring the various trampoline areas and attractions. I highly recommend Sky Zone Trampoline Park for families seeking an energetic and enjoyable outing. It's the perfect place to create lasting memories while staying active and having fun. We can't wait for our next visit!

My kids ages 10, 5, and 5 all love coming here. There are many activities that appeal to their ages like a zipline, obstacle course, rock climbing wall, dodgeball, basketball hoops and foam pits all enhanced with more trampolines than a circus. This is a great place to come to let them burn off some rocket fuel and play. I enjoy that the place is clean and well taken care of. The couches for the parents or observers are clearly loved well and many could use replacement, but overall this place is a great activity for all to enjoy. We bought the monthly pass to Note: you cannot wear socks from any other company, so know you will need Sky Zone brand socks when you come here or you will have to purchase some.

I rarely leave reviews. Front desk had me standing in the members line for over 10 minutes. Only 2 others helping new or one time customer which take a long time. Pretty much ignoring me. Members checking in takes no time at all. Managers failed at training your employees to recognize this. Do better.

My son loves coming here. It's a great place to take your kids if you want to drain them off energy. And the prices are very affordable. It's not just a good place for kids adults can have a great time here as well. Then I believe is Friday night and Sunday night they have glow zone where they turn off all the regular lights and turn on all the neon lights and you wear shirts that glow and it's lots of fun. I bought my son a membership because he loves coming here so much. I think I paid about $30 and now he can come jump when ever he wants for the entire month for free.

Sky zone, best jumping place for kids forever! We have been the members in Anaheim location over 4 years already. $32.99/per month, unlimited time. You can jump, play basketball, adventure, group ball games, so much fun. They have massage chairs for parents here, drinks stores, and great birthday party rooms.

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I recently visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Anaheim and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by an employee named Isaac. From the moment I entered the park, Isaac's friendly demeanor and enthusiasm were immediately noticeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable, safe, and memorable. Isaac's approach to customer service was exceptional. He was not only attentive and helpful but also demonstrated a remarkable ability to engage with visitors of all ages, making everyone feel welcome and valued. His knowledge of the park's facilities and safety protocols was impressive, and he was always ready to assist with a smile. What stood out the most was Isaac's genuine passion for his job. He seemed to truly enjoy making people happy, and his positive attitude was infectious. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and capable in their role. In light of his amazing service, I highly recommend Isaac for a bonus or any form of recognition that Sky Zone offers to outstanding employees. He is a tremendous asset to your team and embodies the qualities of an excellent employee. I believe he deserves to be endorsed to his supervisor and the management team as an exceptional staff member. Thank you, Isaac, for making our visit to Sky Zone Trampoline Park a fantastic experience. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed!

They are misleading and liars. When I first joined there membership program they told me it was only for 3 months. Once I was informed I needed to cancel, there employee told me I had till July 2 to cancel my membership with them. Come July 1, I canceled my membership. They billed me the next day July 2, for $133.00, I been calling and also have went in person to talk to their shift manager a asian petite girl and they have told me multiple times in person and over the phone a regionally manager would be giving me a call for the past 10 days and no call at all. I have requested a refund for this month because I was told I had till July 2 to cancel and wouldn’t be billed. Yet they lied and now ignore my attempts to get a hold of them and say a manager will call me and never does. As a single mom of 5 and already struggling to make ends meet after Covid I had only wanted my membership for 3 months and didn’t have the extra funds for this month. They basically took my extra funds for bills this month. They are liars and misleading. Don’t call back even though they say they will.

We recently went here for a day during spring break. Staff here is friendly and professional. This location is also well kept and doesn't feel dirty like other locations. They have Groupon deals that can be purchased for those who want to save some money. Also there seems to be Construction going on, some of the attractions are not available. There's still plenty to do despite the current circumstance.

Nice place! Well managed and clean. We went here for a kids birthday (Not mine but a classmate!) and it was very well organized. I've been to some pretty messy/kids running everywhere/yelling/parents being stressed out/cake falling on the floor kind of birthday parties, and this is not one of them. The prices are great and everyone was super nice and my son LOVED it! I plan to organize his birthday here too!

I'm glad to see sky zone change since my last visit. They didn't seem to have those ridiculous time blocks forcing parents and children to wait. It's a clean facility very spacious. They did decide to get rid of the computers for signing waivers which makes getting into the building longer, if they can bring those back that'd be great. It's a great place to have a birthday party. My only disappointment with the birthday party was that my guests we're not allowed to hang out in the party room #3 for the two hours that the kids were jumping, the room was available and unoccupied so I don't see the reason why we couldn't be in there, in the future if the party room has no reservations or other parties occupying the space then skyzone should let us be in there with our guests so they can mingle and have some water, snacks and have a quiet place to sit. Other than that everything was great . Our party host Maddie was a great help I really appreciate everything that she did for us.

The space assigned to young children was removed and a party station was created. There is not enough space for children to jump around safely. As a result, We have canceled our membership.

Check in was very slow, we were behind 2 other small parties, took 15 minutes for check in. The location is convenient, but the equipment is pretty worn and a parts of the park were not open so that was disappointing. We’d be willing to come back but for a first time experience it was a bit of a letdown.

My nephew was ASSAULTED here and the staff let the assailant go back to jumping with all the little kids. He is very skinny with glasses and he was being picked on. Then suddenly one of the kids punched him hard in the face! My husband marched the bully straight to the staff and they did absolutely nothing other than give my nephew ice. Jump here at your own risk, I guess they have no terms and conditions against violence.

It was mostly clean and super fun, I recommend it for teens and adults, and the bathrooms are not the best, but there's TP and soap in them, which is a plus. Overall, 9 out of 10

NOT clean and TERRIBLE customer service. Overall a frustrating experience! Our son got a weird rash after going to this location. Doesn't seem to be as clean as they claim. They then charged us for a whole other month, we called but they said they couldn't deal with it and that we'd have to email, so we tried emailing but were told "you signed the contract" and that we didn't cancel correctly (that was after emailing a couple of times back and forth already). Each email always took a couple of days to actually receive a response from them as well. I see their responses on other bad reviews, asking for people to email them, my wife and I have both emailed and it has done nothing. Apparently only for show. What a headache!

Went during glow hours. It was pretty cool. You do have to buy the sky socks and the shirts for glow, but it's not too bad. If you do take stuff they have lockers for $2 for single use, you can only open it once, and then another for $5 which you can open all you want. All the same size. One of the employees let us sit in one of the rooms to change into our socks and gave us advice since it was our first time there. She was really nice! Overall, it's a good time but prepare to be sore after.

Overpriced, overrated, came with our own jumpy socks made us buy new ones anyways. We drove from quite far away for this experience....

I went Sunday evening last 90 minutes before closing, $99 for a family of 4. Seems like they don’t have a manager around that time. Employees were kind but they forgot to give me a receipt. Overall fun place. My concern is the classic country music and sad country music playing. This is not the setting to play, Hank Williams, Family Tradition. I kindly asked to change the music station but the employees said they had no control over the music station. Please change the station to at least “Kidz Bop station.” Happier, up beat music, kids will love it. Thank you!

My kids use to love this place. We have had passes for yrs. Now it's gone downhill. Most of the staff are less than helpful and do not do their jobs. Safety is not their concern anymore hanging with friends is their main focus. Making fun of little kids#2. Glow party....is not glow party anymore as the light are kept on. There are a bunch of teenage brats who they allow to continue to come in and torment the other paying kids. Unless something changes soon this place will definitely end up a thing of the past. I know too many people who have already given up going and for safety reasons alone I understand why.

My kids loved it so much that we got a membership, but on our second visit we were told by the staff in the trampoline area that we couldn't play there because we weren't wearing their socks. But my own are grip socks, I think this is not a problem, but for the children can play fun, I still bought new socks. I've seen similar content in other comments, which is obviously a bit inappropriate. One commendable thing is that I reported by email that the trampoline in the children's area had exposed springs, which had been improved after two days, indicating that it could be guaranteed in terms of safety. It is flu season and I hope you can increase the frequency of disinfection. At least every time you go to play, you can see a runny nose or sneezing child, but not once you see anyone disinfecting. It's a good place to have fun and hopefully it will be better in the future.

Don’t plan your kid’s birthday party there! Our party was from 2 to 4. I called and confirm with them when we need to be there to check in and we’ll get the room to prepare for the party. They confirmed 1:30. They called and confirmed one more time two days before the party. My husband went there in person a day before the party to confirm everything one more time. The day of the party when we arrived they said they can’t give us the room until 2:45 and they said there’s nothing they can do because they have other parties! We paid everything for two hours party! The cake was sitting in the rack and the kids passing by we’re trying to touch it! We had to watch the cake all the time! It was a disaster and they ruined our day.

Very fun place, very large place, many different ages here, not just little kids, in fact there is much here for all ages including adults. The obstacle course is insanely difficult. The jumping pits are terrific, nice and deep. An incredible workout!

Forced to buy their socks, even though i had appropriate sticky socks. Very crowded, lots of birthday parties and daily regular guests all at the same time. Some employees were awesome, some were very not into it.

Giselle was so helpful she had great customer service, her being bilingual was such a relief since my mother doesn’t have the best English. Will be coming back again.

The worst experience, they scammed us, they made me sign a waiver for 4 kids who are my nieces and nephews, and after a month they charged my card 150$ for a membership that i wasn’t aware about! Despite I explained several times that i only signed for the waiver not the membership, they refused to do a refund, not professional at all, the worst customer service ever
