The vase broke on me when I tried to take it out of the black holder they gave me to safely deliver it. It wasn't even real glass and the sharp bits ended up cutting me. Dont understand why its pricey just for them to cheap out on the vase?

I called a week in advance for a standing flower arrangement for a funeral service. I believe his name is "Steve" talked to me on the phone took my order and was very nice and we agreed for it to be delivered Friday 9/16/2022 and 9:30AM. I called back the next day for it to be delivered at 9:00AM instead. The agreed upon price was $236.52. Today which is Friday 9/16 at 9:24AM the Flowers were not there. I call Steve and he said, "Sorry he is just a few minutes away." The flowers arrive at 9:47AM. I call Steve right at 9:49AM and say the flowers were just dropped off. I was unhappy with the fact that they were late but when I started speaking to Steve he spoke to me with an extremely condescending and passive aggressive manor. He apologized and said he is sincerely sorry, but it felt more like he was saying it off a script and just to get rid off me. The reason I called back and changed the time was specifically for a situation like this so it would rather be there earlier than later. Steve told me "don't worry the attendant said its fine the service didn't start yet" and he repeated it several times to which I responded "with all due respect I am the one paying you not them". I told him we had an agreement for an exchange of services and items for money and he didn't hold up his end of the bargain. He just kept apologizing and I told him this is not how you run a business and suggested to him the smart and correct thing to do was offer me some kind of refund for at least the delivery fee. Which he said sure ill refund you $15 and told me to come down to the shop to get it. I told him to Zelle me and he did. The Flower stand itself was nice and beautiful. If I had told him to be there at a later time that was closer to the start of the service good chance he would have been late. He was nice when it came to taking my order and my money but then condescending and passive aggressive when he didn't do right by our agreement and only offered some kind of material apology only after I suggested it. If the flowers were not beautiful it would be 2 stars.

If you want flowers sent in the area these are the folks to do it. Amazing customer service, bouquet and delivery. Very pleased with the flowers,gorgeous.

I was shopping for gifts to give the women that help me run my non-profit and stopped by this florist and had the most wonderful floral shopping experience! Chelsea who assisted me is fantastic! She’s sweet, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about all of their inventory and how to best take care of all their plants. She went above and beyond for me in service and I highly recommend this shop!

A great little spot right off the freeway… I stopped in for a last minute bouquet and it was pulled together so quickly and looked amazing!

I have called from Ohio on several occasions to order floral arrangements for my family in Valley Village. Not only are they friendly and helpful, they remember me when I call. I have seen photos of the arrangements and they are distinctive and priced well.

I send flowers to my daughter from Canada to LA twice a year, birthday and Valentines Day. Toluca Lake Florist always has beautiful bouquets for her special day and Steve always is so personable on the phone when I call for my special request on Valentines Day. Thank you for being there when I am so far away.

The seller is very accomodating on our questions, and the bouquet is beautifully wrapped with a ribbon.

Fast, easy, and great service. I was lucky that I was the only one there at the time. Parking was a breeze and can hold a good couple of cars. I was greeted promptly as I walked in and the florist too the time to figure it what I wanted. I wanted a few roses for our kids and I to give my wife from her return business trip when we picked her up from the airport. One the florist knew what I wanted it was a fast pick of the roses, neatly tied with a bow and wrapped. I couldn't be happier. My wife thought it was a special treat from her family.

I loved this place until my recent order. Of all times for a funeral. I ordered what I saw online and didn’t receive the same thing. I was hung up on multiple times. Then day of funeral , my order was delivered after the services already started. Unprofessional, dishonest customer service. Hanging up and not making it right and being late. If your getting grab and go might be ok, but delivery and picking something online forget it! Not even an apology or credit . I never write reviews. My first one .

Absolutely lovely combinations of flowers - was asked my budget and I said $30 and got this beautiful mix of roses and other flowers (I'm bad and can't name them all!) But it was a beautiful gift for my mother in law and I will continue to support this wonderful florist!

Great place to order local fresh flowers. I ordered them online on Saturday to be delivered Monday morning. This place came through and delivered on time and a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my mom's birthday. Definitely recommend!

Came here on Valentines to get white lilies, literally 2 stems of white lilies costs $15, such a rip off, but fine, then the owner (older man with shaky hand) rang me up at the counter took my lilies and remove the brown pollen tips that's the defining feature of the flower .... I told him to stop that! And he told me "no it'll stain your clothes" .... I refrained myself from cursing out a shaky old man and just ask to get my flower replaced, he did that after a long unnecessary time wasting drawn out conversation about pollen lol... Adding to all that one of the other owners there named Steve was yelling and cursing out a customer showing them receipt for who knows what, lmao! I was so amused at this comical scene .... that was very dramatic, unprofessional, and hilarious... this place is an absolute mess. Don't waste your time with this business unless you're that desperate to get flowers, I can't imagine a business like this would be reliable enough to send your gift on time or as promised, they're very very messy .... Pay attention to the negative reviews here, they're real warnings.

Waited 15 minutes because the was Noone in the store. Asked the guy for the longest roses they have he pointed at all of them and left to the other room(( better go to ralphs next time. Packed the flowers in the Grey ugly paper not even asked me...
