This was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent Care. From the time we walked in. The whole staff that we made contact with were very nice friendly and very informative. The check in process was great and easy. The provider was very informative and nice. My granddaughter usually cries at the Dr.s But she must have got a good vibe. Excellent care

Do not go to this urgent care. I came in because I had heavy fever symptoms and a swollen/ sore throat that was only on one side and the main doctor said he would not give me antibiotics because he didn’t think I needed any and pretty much said it was acid reflux. He then decided to lecture me on getting health insurance while I could barely keep my head up due to the chills and headache I was experiencing. I’m not someone that suffers from acid reflux and I had to go through about a week of pain and not being able to consume anything but fluids and soft foods. Maybe others have had a more positive experience but it was almost like my symptoms were not taken seriously there and nothing was really done.

I came here a few months ago due to shoulder/neck pain. It’s pretty much clean. Everyone was nice but it took them awhile to tend to me when I walked in and after signing in which you do with your phone instead of filling out papers, I was called within 15 minutes after online signing in. The nurse was quiet while taking my vitals which is ok but I rather like knowing how my vitals are. Dr. Patrica Farman was really nice and listened to all my complaints and was patient enough to answer all my questions. She wrote me a prescription for pain and a referral for X-rays

Dropped by at 2am on Friday morning. The doors were locked when we tried them but I think it was to keep the doctors/nurses safe in the night. The receptionist/nurse was quick to open it for us and greet us pretty chirpily considering how late it was. She explained everything well and got us to do the paperwork while the doctor got ready. The doctor asked many questions and took down my details carefully. He was good to note that I had fatal allergies and was careful to prescribed medicine which he felt was safe for me. He even consulted with the pharmacist to check the ingredients and all. Really grateful to these guys for saving me in the middle of the night. :)

Went there at 1am on an emergency for my son. Lupe was so nice and helpful. Doc made my wife and I calm and made sure the medication was sent before we left. Highly recommend this facility! If you ever need a clean, organized, and safe urgent care.

Everyone from the staff to the doctor were very kind and considerate. Answered all my questions. We’re not just in a rush to get thru the line. Really cared to hear the patient and help the patient. I will definitely be coming back here when I am sick.

the staff here is absolutely fantastic, kind, knowledgeable and caring. this was the only place that was able to see me when i needed it and had about a 2 hour wait time, which is to be expected when it comes to urgent care. the staff was organized, helpful and kept things running smoothly and efficiently. i’m very thankful for all of the staff here + their hard work. highly recommend. and please remember to be patient with + kind to all employees who are working to get you care during unusual hours, especially when you need it most.

TL, DR: good service and pleasant staff has prompted me to switch to primarily use this urgent care. I've only been here twice and the service has been good both times. There's an urgent care closer to my home than this one that I usually go to, but I'm thinking of switching to primarily using SoCal for my urgent care needs, because the service is much better. Both times I went, I've only seen female staff there, so I'm not sure if it's woman-owned or if that was just a coincidence, but I definitely felt more comfortable. Service was also quick and efficient with reasonable wait time.

i had a very pleasant experience at this urgent care place. i tried three other urgent care places before going here but they were all shutting down for the day or going on break and could not see me. the doctor was very professional and provided a lot more information about my condition than my primary care doctor. i would definitely go to this place again if i need to see a doctor next time i am in town.

I was super sick with a cough and couldn’t lay down without being short of breath, so I called at midnight to see if they were taking patients, and they were. We drove there and were in and out in an hour. However we were the only ones there so it probably takes longer at a busier time. Staff was friendly, helpful and qualified.

This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most accommodating urgent care I have ever been to. They were empathetic to my situation and very patient. The staff did not rush the process and was very determined to help! Shortest wait time I have ever experienced too! Making an appointment and checking in online definitely helps and made the day easier to manage , you’re also able to view wait times and know your place in line! If I am ever need of urgent care I will definitely be returning. A huge shout out to Dr. Jesse, Yasmine (MA), Lina (CMA) and Amina !!! I highly recommend SoCal Urgent Care.

We were on Vacation but my sister needed a quick visit. The front office was so awesome, super helpful and took great care of us! Johnny was very thorough and helpful! I can't say enough great things! Thank you!

The service was very quick and also very professional. Checked in virtually and wait time was not long. The nurses and doctor who attended my sick child treated him with compassion and care. Got prescriptions and on my way. Yes, it was that quick like 20-35min visit. I'm definitely recommending this place!

Dr. Farnam was super friendly and attentive! I was a bit anxious, but she helped calm down my nerves and was really reassuring. Fast service as well and I came pretty late into the night. Def recommend.

Office was clean. Staff was nice. Doctor very nice, professional and knowledgeable. They make things very easy. Plenty parking spot and business hours close late so it's convenient for patients. However, my suggestion is.... I hope the office give the visiting paper work show what diagnose or happened, what has been treated, what medication, etc.... Because, other urgent care they gave patients the check out paper works incase patients needs to follow up with their family doctor and their doctor knows what is going on with the patients. Other than that, I highly recommend this Socal Urgent Care.

Everyone was very nice and professional and caring. I felt like they made my daughter feel comfortable at a time where she felt the worst and sick and scared they gave her the right treatment and now she’s safe at home recovering from food poisoning.

I was in agony from a migraine attack that was going over 24 hrs. It was so bad I couldn’t see or hear because my ears and eyes were extremely sensitive to light and sound. The staff were very accommodating and helped guide me around the facility and positioned me so they could administer treatment. I filed my paperwork on my phone, and I was in a room within 5 minutes. A doctor came in around 5-10 minutes after and administered treatment right away. The experience for me personally was all a blur, but my husband said we were in and out very quickly. He also said the facility was nice and clean. I came after regular business hours, so for this place to be open 24/7 was a HUGE benefit to me. I am very grateful for the treatment I received and I would recommend anyone come here for urgent care.

I just walked in to get treated for an infected fingernail bed. The process to complete new patient information was all digital and quick. The staff are all helpful and friendly. I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend for anyone to visit this place should they need urgent care.

Overall great experience. The nurse and doctor were great. They both asked a lot of questions and did not rush us. I would recommend this urgent care and will be coming back if we have another incident late night on the weekend.

This Urgent Care in 710 Brookhurst St., is clean and the atmosphere was pleasant to be in. The front desk lady was very kind and informative. Doctor Mehryan is also very kind, polite, and peaceful. Highly recommend if you want to wait in a good atmosphere.

I haven't been to an urgent care that made me feel truly comfortable in a long time, but this one was exceptional. Despite being a walk-in on a busy Friday, the wait was worth it. The nurses and doctor who attended to me were incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease with their comforting conversation and warm smiles. I was feeling quite concerned about my health issue, but their compassionate care really helped alleviate my worries. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience!

I have lived in Anaheim all of my life and NEVER knew that this Urgent Care existed. I am so happy that I discovered it!!! Nice staff, no wait at all and the physician was Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I fully Recommended this Urgent care!!!😀

Very professional and helpful. Wasn't crowded even on a Saturday so only waited 30 mins. highly recommend this place. I been to many urgent cares all over Orange for sure have to be the best. I wish more places ran like this location. Seriously, others can learn from this place. I especially liked how you can fill out medical history from your phone while waiting. It's a big plus is I'm legally blind and I can at least increase my font or zoom in while filling it out vs the old way of using paper with a set font size. Even tho my phone won't take QR code because it's a budget phone, I was still able to fill out the form via link through text. Helping me recover one thing at a time, thanks to the doctors and staff here! I hope the next time I visit, is to drop off some snacks or food to show my appreciation!

Came here because I was having some issues with a possible kidney infection. Dr. Farnam was fantastic. We did end up waiting a long time but once we were seen it was worth the wait. One of the best urgent care doctors I’ve ever been to. Very nice and extremely informative. Highly recommend.

Fast, professional really nice staff. Love the checking in with phone faster and more clean. I took my baby with a really bad cough. I had taken her to her primary doctor a day before where they told me there was nothing wrong with her to find out today that she had an ear infection. Thank you

This urgent care is really great! I had sliced my hand pretty bad on a Saturday night, and the dr and nurse took good care of me. I did have to wait a couple of hours, but not too bad in my opinion. All of the doctors and staff I interacted with from my first visit through a couple of follow up visits were super friendly and took time to explain wound care and any questions I had.

I was having a severe asthma attack. The doctor was amazing! Even though I couldn’t talk because I couldn’t breath she helped me as quickly as she could. Also gave my daughter a lollipop and was being so sweet and caring. 10/10 would recommend!

Pros Check in is really is Providers see patients really quickly Medical Assistants are quick and efficient they are always welcoming Cons After 6pm its harder to be seen and the front desk doesn't allow you to check in if you do they cancel it and call you to let you know they are busy and no longer taking patients. I checked in once on 10/3/22 at 10:29PM and @ 10:30PM I received a call from Maritza stating it was being canceled since provider was in a procedure. I spoke to Maritza on 11/8/22 @ 6:26PM and she stated they were no longer taking patients. I spoke to Karla on 11/10/22 @ 7:54PM and stated the wait it's a 2 hour wait but its not guaranteed so we are not checking in anyone. My son was having really bad shoulder pain I had spoken to a nurse from CHOC Hospital and she suggested I take him into urgent care since his pain didn't get better after taking medication she wasn't sure if it was being caused by covid or if it was something new. I had requested to be checked in and I could wait in my car till it was my sons turn and the request was still denied.

I was seen immediately on a Sunday afternoon. I was treated fairly and well. I left though having questions on the follow up from after ultra sound and the medical assistant just said to call them so I will call or go in when it’s that time. The doctor was really nice. She gave me a prescription. Although I don’t know for sure yet what the health concern exactly is she suggested some things it likely is. I’m sure we will know after the ultrasound and if it lessens or goes away after prescription is taken. Thank you for working there on a Sunday and thank you for caring for me.

I absolutely loved this UC. The doctor was so straight forward and he didn’t just look at me and tell me something and showed me the door like some other doctors. He made sure I knew he got my back and asked me if there was anything else ? Made sure I left with all my questions answered ! If I could have him as my PCP I would 😩☺️! The girls there were so nice and helpful🥰
