The station assistance were extremely rude and we're very chatty with each other instead of taking care of the guests. I don't mind wearing a mask because of the times that we're at right now but they were insistent and demanding about it yet some of them were not wearing masks and they were allowing people that they were having great conversations with not wearing masks. Be consistent and don't make people wait 3 hours for a drug test

Only thing I felt uncomfortable about is that when I went in to do my drug test, I did not like the fact that I left my belongings outside with the attendant. I don't know that person at all. How can I know that I can trust them not to go through my things. Not that they are but I didn't like that my wallet was accessible to the attendant. I peed so fast because I did not have eyes on my belongings. Just a suggestion... allow the patient to put their belongings in a lo c ker where we can feel safe that our belongings are secure and not available to anyone who walks In that room. That was the only thing that I was very uncomfortable about. Because I had to leave my keys and just my wallet with all my important cards and license.

The worst experience I’ve had at an “urgent care”. Because I showed up @ 7:15pm. I had to wait 3 hours for an “on call” doctor. There was no X-ray tech on hand. Then the doctor finally came. He was really nice and what gave this a one star. Was given someone else’s discharge paperwork. Had to go back the next morning to get mine to give to my employer. I will not ever recommend this place.

Most rude receptionist I have ever met. I went in at 12 in the afternoon to get a drug test and physical done for a job I got hired at, I told the receptionist and she told old me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. She goes on to tell me I can return at a later time because they’re open 24 hrs. I come back 3 hours later and she tells me I can no longer do the physical. When I ask her why she sent me away saying I can come back later she responds, “I said you can come back. I didn’t guarantee you’ll be seen.” Which took me by complete surprise and upset me because this was for employment and she was putting my job on the line. When I told her that I need to have this done and that I told her I had to do a physical she claimed I never did. I gave her my paperwork, she wrote her email on it and asked me to send over my voucher/code and when I did she gave me no further instructions. I waited 2 additional hours and approached her and asked when I’ll be seen to which she responded, “You never gave me your paperwork. How am I suppose to help you with no paperwork?” To which I responded that I did give it to her and showed her where she wrote on my paper. She practically snatched it out of my hand and asks for ID. I email her a photo of my ID and I wait there in front of her waiting for further instructions considering the fact that she said nothing to me for 2 hrs knowing she didn’t ask for my complete paperwork and expecting me to know what she needs without telling me. Right after I emailed my ID, I was called in. This woman deliberately wasted my time, was extremely rude to me and showed me absolutely no respect from the moment I walked in. It took 7 hours just to do one drug test. HALF of what I originally went in for.

I was there between 5:30-6 am Saturday 10/22. The guy at reception was the rudest person I have ever encountered in ANY facility! If you don’t like your job … CHANGE IT!! You sir have no business being in the medical field as a front office receptionist! You should be fired!! Telling me “do you want the services or not”? Simply beautiful I was asking question is unacceptable!

Front office staff was very welcoming, professional and very helpful. Since I was a walk-in, was told I might have a two-hour wait. However, I was called in within the hour. The doctor that saw me was amazing. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable.

Worthless receptionist at the front desk with curly hair and overdue dirty blonde at the tips of her hair. When I asked her to repeat a question about the wait time she said ‘I already told you.’ If you have no patience why work in the medical field? Have some respect and kindness. The other receptionist were kind and so were the nurses but that one particular lady needs a manner lesson.

The amount of time spent here wasn’t excessive. Instructions were given clearly & the waiting room was clean. However it can improve by by being more welcoming when patients come in. It was kind of the manager coming to the lobby offering water to anyone who needed some & asking if we had any questions or needed help with anything.

Being greeted with, “just to let you know you will be her between 4-5 hours”, is not the way you want to be greeted your 1st time somewhere. The wait time was A LOT, but the guy who brought me back was very nice, the doctor Aaron I think PA was very nice and caring. The Physical therapist was great too.

If I could rate -5 stars I would. This place is a joke. Front desk is very unprofessional. We called today in the morning to confirm the cut off time for a physical/drug test to make sure we can make it and went to the place way before the cut off time which they said is 7pm. Got there at 3:55pm and they told us the cut off time was earlier and they can't see us. The reason we called today to confirm is because yesterday, we went in and they told us they did physicals from 7am-7pm. We were there before 7pm and they didn't accept us and told us to come back tomorrow which is today. Are you kidding me? It seems like every time we get there, the cut off time changes to just before our arrival. This place needs to put a lot more effort into helping people. Will never come back here.

I was scheduled for a pre employment physical. I sat there for 35 minutes before being told that the doctor wasn’t in. Was not offered an apology and was made to feel like they were doing me a favor for even administering the TB test. I understand that people use urgent care as a primary care doctor, but don’t accept the county contract if you can’t handle the appointments. *Edit* When I went back for my TB read, there was a different staff working and they were wonderful. Very pleasant and the MA got me in to see the doctor for my physical. The doctor was friendly and it was just a complete 180 from my previous visit.

I was actually the first person there in the morning so I was greeted with a smile I was attended quickly. I was explained everything in detail as it was being done, and I was out very quick. I recommend Concentra for all things needed.

Was here recently and it was busy but the people on the front were very friendly and professional throughout my stay there. I was impressed by the level of service when I have been to similar places elsewhere and nowhere near this good of an experience. Though it was busy, some people were upset with the wait but the staff knew how to defuse the situation and accommodate the best they can. The person who helped me with the test was very professional and did a great job making me feel comfortable. Overall a great experience despite the long wait.

I had a bloodborne pathogen exposure, was told to get my blood drawn within 2 hours of the exposure, didn’t have my blood drawn until 3 hours and 40 minutes after the incident. When i returned 3 days later for the results, they said there was no trace of me having my blood drawn at that location and to “cross our fingers that the results come back”. This place is a joke.

I got there and there were only a few people ahead of me. Mind you I was there to take a pre employment drug test. So literally all I had to do was pee in a cup. I almost was there a hour waiting. People that walked in just like me were going in before me and I was there before them. I had to go to the front desk and let them know that I had been waiting to go to the back and how long was it going to take because I had to use the bathroom. My biggest issue was once I checked in and they lady clearly could see what I was there for, I think it’s kind of messed up to just let someone hold there pee. Then it’s not like I could go to the bathroom because then I would have to wait again to have to use restroom. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. The ONLY reason I went is because I had to go there for a drug test. They look out for “their people” and if you know what I mean you know what I mean. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Sorry. I go off of real and raw customer service and it wasn’t good. It was obvious what they were doing up there. Period.

First of all you schedule me an appointment and an hour and a half latter I get taken to a room in which I wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Granted your staff apologized saying that they are understaffed, that was my first visit and when I scheduled my second visit i politely told the young lady that if I have to wait more than a half hour that I would leave so she politely scheduled me 15 minutes before they closed. I wouldn’t recommend your medical facility to anyone I know.

Come here if you like waiting 4 hours to be seen. Then they tell you to be seated in the wait room another 2 hours. I had to pickup my son from daycare. The nurse told me it was fine and they would call my phone if I was not back in time. I got a phone call explained that I just picked my son and the nurse told me it was fine and that when I got there the nurse would take me into the room right away. When I showed up the front desk said she voided my test and to return tomorrow. Everyone here acts like they hate their job and they take forever to get anything done. I don't leave reviews often but this place earned the whole star

i was in and out of the office within an hour for a TB test on a friday which wasn’t too bad, despite reading other reviews about a 4-hour wait. when i came back on a monday around 9am, to receive my TB read + results only took about 25-30 minutes which was great! i made it on time for my other appointment i had that morning. the front desk people were very nice as well. :)

First time coming to this location. I needed to get test done for work. I walked in got handled a paper to fill out and I was out of there in less than 10min. Super clean and friendly service. Very professional, I didn’t feel uncomfortable handing that gentleman my urine haha

Quick and easy employer required drug test. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Even on the busy day I dropped in on, I only waited 20 minutes when they said it could be 45.

My son had a fever of 103.1. We were here on vacation to Disneyland. Super bad timing. He was throwing up and had a sore throat. So we rushed there in the morning. They immediately got us into see the doctor. I was like, “man, this place is amazing. But this must be pretty serious fever for them to see me so quickly.” They took the temp again. It was 102.4. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the ability to give IVs or do blood work. I said, “can’t we just rule out strep throat? Is it that bad?” They then said, “you really need to go to Choco Children’s Hospital.” “Wait, you are sending me to the ER for a fever?” “Yes. We don’t have the facilities to care for him.” My first thought was “man, this is really bad, I need to rush him there.” But then I started thinking, I wonder if they just don’t take my insurance and are not wanting to deal with payment. I called my brother who is a PA and he said, “that is ridiculous. Just try a different urgent care.” So we did. He had strep, just like we thought. And we were able to sleep until he felt better in the afternoon, get some meds, and salvage some of the Disney experience. The facility said they could do a strep test, but refused. I think it was because they didn’t see it as profitable. Poor service provider.

This place is horrible. Really bad customer service skills. The people at the front desk give you attitude and talk back to you, especially that girl with curly hair. If these people don’t like their job, don’t work there. Treat people how you want to be treated. The reception area needs ALOT of improvement. Where is the manager at this place.

I arrived at Concentra sometime around 945 I was a walk in for a follow up at urgent care. A couple hours later I was seen by a very nice nurse to take my blood pressure. Weight and height I was led back to the lobby to wait another half hour for a room. I waited there for another half hour to finally see a very rude doctor that down played my injury, regarding the pain level I was in. He walked out of the room after 10 minutes saying I was all set and that a follow-up up appointment would be made with a orthopedic specialist. He walked out of the room with out any instructions on how to care for the wound. They had me wait in this room for another 30-45 minutes. Just so that a nurse could give me a paper saying "your all set, your follow-up appointment is at the bottom, some one will call you if anything changes" I went to my primary care provider who cleaned and redressed the wound because of its seriousness and told me that when I ran out of pain medication if the workers comp doctors couldn't see me...to come back for pain management.

In regards to the doctors in concerta they’re definitely helpful. The physical therapy however, needs improvement by allowing the staff to allow the patient to do their exercises without delaying them. It’s kind of awkward when I have to stop mid session just cause the staff isn’t considerate in the exercises that have to be done.

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The wait time was great. The male nurse who asked me how much money I made, what city I lived in, where I worked, and asked me a host of other personal questions that had nothing to do with my visit made me extremely uncomfortable. He should no longer be working there. Unprofessional and creepy.

Though the location is not very nice at all… the customer service was actually pretty great. I had to wait pretty much an hour to be called in for my drug test. But once I got called the gentleman who helped me was very nice and friendly. I would come back here again

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. My therapist, Eric, is very respectful, has patience to listen to my concerns and pain and very gentle! I will always be grateful to Eric for making me feel important and cared for. Keep up the good work!!!

I can only speak from the experience of a drug screening service, as this was my very first time at Concentra urgent Care!! Although the wait time was definitely more lengthy than any other urine-drug/screening I've been to before, I have no complaints. Staff were efficient and friendly, considering it was 12:00 a.m. when I walked in !!! And about a quarter past 1:00 a.m. when I was finished. Overall, a good experience !! 👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

from the questioner to doctor are poor quality. Went there for injury treatment so I could get some improvement. Was told by 2 doctor "This is your new normal"...did not look at me just said "you look fine, your good to go home" Glad I wasn't terminal probably would have said "your going to die, live with it!!"

I came here for a pre-employment physical. I didn't have the employer paperwork only the text. The guy at the desk said no problem and he let me email him the document from my phone and show my license for identification. I filled out 2 forms and waited maybe 10 minutes in the waiting area. The nurse took me back and it was quick, efficient and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I had went to Concentra to get a drug test done for my new job and I have never been. The workers were really nice, the place was clean and had cute decorations up. I did have to wait pretty long but that is too be expected so I don’t blame anyone.

I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the facility, at a glance it was clean, smelled of disinfectant “clean” front staff was pleasant, polite and concise on the expectations. As I was called to the back office I was welcomed by MA Yovanny Miranda and his big smile, warm welcome and confidence, he explained the process thoroughly which was great. Thank you Yovanny for sharing your enthusiasm and dedication in what is your calling. Excellent Customer service!!!
