I came for the crispy fish sandwich. It's delicious. They only serve it once a year for a short period. Sorry, there's no photo because I ate it. Food is always hot & delicious.

This store has a 2 sandwich for $8 deal with the regular roast beef sandwiches. Arby's is consistently good too, because their meat is high-quality, they put a lot on the sandwich, they haven't shrunk their sandwiches like In N Out did, the meat is on a mild onion bun and the Arby's sauce is unique.

Great Arby's dow Katella from Disneyland. Usually has a special 3 or 4 types of sandwiches for 2 for $9. I get 2 beef and cheddar for $9.

The store is clean and staff is friendly. They are very accommodating. The food is fresh and my orders have always been made correctly even when I've had special requests.

Good Ole Arby's. My first job at 16 years old. This spot was fun. The lil wise lady was so cute. The workers were awesome at patiently letting her cook the fries her way. But also got the order out quick. Good job guys. Going back for sure!!

Their new Mac and cheese bites were delicious.. my wife and I were very surprised, only one problem... they were extremely hot, if you have small children, definitely let the mac and cheese bites cool before the child eats them. We also got the Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches.. as always, they delicious. I like mine with horseradish and my wife prefers her's with a little of the Arby's sauce.

Loved the Greek gyro. Also got a smoked brisket sandwich which was really tasty and tender but too much salt in the meat preventing me from giving it 5 stars. Workers were very nice but no other customers at the time I ordered.

The food portions have gone downhill a bit. Every time I order a Arby melt there is more bun than meat. I always add extra cheese to fill in the gap. I still love the sandwiches but I don't visit often unless I'm super craving it because it's just a couple slices of thin meat & a WHOLE LOT of bun. Service is great. Workers are friendly & accommodating. I've never had bad service at this particular restaurant site. It's never really crowded that I can ever remember. Maybe once or twice in the many years I've gone there. That kinda worries me because I don't want to see it closed due to lack of customers. I'm hoping they can do something to make a bit of a comeback. I know the portions keep many away but it's still delicious. I don't want to see another Arby's close. 😔

The customer service was outstanding! Even though we came shortly before closing on a Sunday night, the food was delivered quickly and accurately and tasted delicious!

Guess I have to be that guy, but why is it when there is nobody in the place that they can mess an order up? Then I drive all the way back and I’m not even offered any compensation for their mistake? When I tell them the problem they try to give me the same order wrong? Beef and cheddar was never said at all…get it together

I have never been to Arby's. I was excited to try their new Fish Hush puppies. They tasted okay, but I made the mistake of getting a meal instead of just the fish alone. I asked for the fish and the fries to be extra crispy/well done, and I had to get it to go. It seemed quicker than expected, and when they handed the package to me, I did ask again if they were well done. I was told YES. Well, that wasn't so. One more place where they don't understand what WELL DONE means. And to top it off, their Sprite dispenser wasn't working. I got carbonated water. And I mentioned that to them, they "fixed" it. I served a small amount to taste and seemed ok. However, too far out on my way home, I found out that I still ended up with just carbonated water with a smidge of flavor. Am I going back? Not at all. I'd be better driving 2 miles and enjoy what I know is done right.

Not a place to sit and eat, more like a take out... The food is as you would expect from a chain as it, service was so so, the lady was too distracted to pay attention to order and we had to wait more than necessary... The food was made quick.

The men who work here are absolutely endearing. I was a regular here and enjoyed coming to get food, the staff always knew that I wanted my two sliders (buffalo chicken) extra ranch but yesterday I just had some struggle with the cashier. She was on her phone watching some youtube videos and seemed more annoyed when I came to order. This cashier was adament on me not getting the extra ranch I asked for, Said I could only get it on one sandwhich and would charge me .25 cents for it. After the order, she just goes back on youtube and watches her TV show. Like what was so hard that you can't give me extra ranch? They have never done that to me. I would happily pay anything they say too. The cook actually went out of the kitchen to see what the issue was because he knows my go to order by heart. He heard me and was wondering why she was being difficult. If the cooks are phased by the cashier, then that speaks alot! Probably won't be coming as much as a result.

One of the worst Arby's in Southern California. Hands down. Flies everywhere at the entrance, slow service, bathroom keys are disgusting and slimy the 3 times I've been there. Wait times are horrendously long after ordering. District managers, seriously... how are you this blind and ignoring the issues with this location? Closest to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm yet the absolute worst store? Dont blame the staff for management issues.

I eated this Arby's quite a bit. Service is always good. Food is always good. The always willing to make it right if they mess up

One of my favorite eateries. Love the 2 for $7 beef and cheddar sandwiches with extra horsey sauce! Food has always been prepared to order which is a plus, comes out piping hot and delicious!

Everything was good, but the staff needs to learn how to manually input gift cards incase the card reader has a problem. Two team members knew, but the cashier didn't know how causing other customers to get irritated because they had to wait longer. Before going I did call to check my balances and the cards were good. Don't get me wrong the staff is very nice. They just need to all be trained for these cases.

Bad service I went there and I ask for my sandwich no onion an they gave a dry sandwich nothing on my sandwich and my fries were cold the employees don't care

To quote your marketing team, "Where's the meat?" I usually go to the Arby's at 7942 Edinger Ave in Huntington Beach to get my Reuben. But yesterday, I went to this one. I assumed all Arby's are the same, but the lack of meat on this sandwich proves me wrong. Sauerkraut sandwich with some meat, anyone?

Best customer service I've ever experienced at an Arby's!

Go-To now when going to Disney. *VERY* clean restaurant and juicy meats. Country-style rib was tender and delicious. I knew Arby's pretty good but this sandwich is breaking barriers.

Delicious roast beef! We ordered French Dips that are very good. The dip sauce is similar to onion soup and the sandwich is in the shape of a sub which makes for easy dipping. I recommend this sandwich.

Decent spot wasn't very crowded upkeep was good food wasn't bad the only thing that kind of annoyed me was the cashier kept leaving the register to go help make food

I love Arbys since i was a kid. But the people running this place always seem to anoid at customers. Heaven forbid you ask for something.

Gramma's favorite take-out spot!! Just stopped in to pick up the 2 for $6 Special with two Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches. Order was quick and freshly made to order! Always Super Friendly service!!

I should say that this is my favorite fast food. It would have been 5 stars but I noticed that they were way more helpful with the other customers than they were with me. I'm not sure why . Maybe it was a honest mistake.

The managers are just as friendly too which is a blessing really, good managers make good employees. Good quality food and I never have issues with my orders. Kudos to them, will continue to be a regular
