If I could give no stars I would! Bus was 45 minutes late, showed up in 100 degree day in Scottsdale with no AC and nobody ever contacted me about the issues. I had to initiate all contact with reps that were not apologetic in any way, shape or form. I would NEVER recommend this company and will certainly NEVER use them again. HORRIBLE experience to say the least!

Your drivers need to learn to stay in the slow lane and quit taking up passing lanes for no reason. Train your drivers better before they cause a wreck that gets your company sued. Will never support this business just do to how the drivers handle these things on the road.

nice looking fleet of buses very organized company they have their people they have a sharp look and probably better image it attracted my attention to the point i needed to work there!? I was to disheveled. Should you ever not judge a person by the way they look you might get a good hard and dependable driver did you ever think that life can test the way a person feels by the way he looks.!? Anyone can put on a front to play the part but a person who has value might not want to put on the makeup to fake up to get a company to hire them..

I had an awesome experience with Lux Bus! It’s an awesome way to get to Disneyland without a car in LA, and surprisingly one of the few services that will take you. You can also buy your tickets through them. My bus home was 20 minutes late, but when another driver saw us waiting she called to check the status immediately without us asking. My only complaint is the pick up time- we got there 30 minutes after disneyland opened which was nice but we had to leave Disneyland 4 hours before the park closed because there was no option for a later shuttle back.

Drivers should not use carpool lane -here’s why…. Sunday evening - approx 5:30- Bus 5751 on 405 freeway in carpool lane riding the white line- Very crowded freeway - I believe he was very close to causing an accident to happen!

I have traveled with this company before and they were on time and pleasant. This latest trip to Universal from Anaheim has been a nightmare. I called the company twice before our vacation to ensure we had the right pick up time and location. We arrive 15 minutes early, board our correct bus with no problems. The next stop we are asked to get off the bus to get on another bus, with a 30 minute delay for the new bus and no apology and no explanation until we asked for a refund. When asked why, they responded that there must be someone on the first bus who wasn't supposed to be. So for a company that promised me multiple times over the phone and in person that we would arrive on time, we are 45 minutes late because they chose to remove the first people they saw, not the actual problem. Will not be using this company again.

Travel in comfort without having to worry about driving or gas prices, I love seeing new places without spending too much. It's perfect for my Las Vegas getaways.

Only one big problem. We took the shuttle from Anaheim to Universal Studios. We waited at one stop for over an hour for the people to arrive. Because of this, we missed out on an hour of time at our only day at Universal. This company needs to have a set policy that if the customer doesn't arrive within the pickup window, then the bus proceeds without them and the company can help them make other arrangements. We had several people leave the bus while waiting at that stop, we were extremely upset and frustrated. Aside from that, the bus was comfortable. They played some movies to watch during our trip. If it hadn't been for that delay I would be leaving a 5-star review, but that delay really added a lot of stress to our day right off the bat.

I spoke to Jared in Dispatch re: item I left on bus.He referred me to correct person, calling ahead to give details to that department who took it from there.Very professional duo!!

We had the best experience ever! My Sales rep Stephanie Betancourt was outstanding and helpful even with my numerous changes Stephanie made me feel taken care of the whole time. We hosted an event for student athletes and they were blown away by how nice the buses were. These buses are not old school school buses these are luxury buses so know that you will be riding in style. I had 10 locations with 22 buses. Everyone was on-time! If you have a serious event and want to handle the transpiration with ease I highly suggest using Lux Bus America!
