Yesterday
I
went
in
to
pick
up
a
package
(which
I
received
the
notification
that
it
was
at
the
store)
and
was
very
rudely
and
disrespectfully
talked
to
by
the
store
manager.
She
made
it
clear
that
she
was
the
store
manager
by
giving
an
attitude
and
letting
me
know
that
it
was
"her
store"
and
that
she
knew
everything
that
came
in
and
out.
I
went
in
because
I
received
notification
that
my
package
was
there,
if
I
didn't
I
wouldn't
have
wasted
my
time
considering
I
just
had
back
surgery.
instead
of
being
respectful
and
advising
me
to
check
back
in
the
morning,
she
was
condescending
and
has
a
disgusting
and
entitled
attitude.
I
returned
this
morning
and
was
being
helped
by
another
employee
when
she
decided
to
rudely
yell
from
across
the
store
"oh
wow
i
was
right
and
he
came
back
to
get
his
package
that
is
actually
here
today
like
i
said".
She
yelled
in
front
of
other
customers
and
all
of
the
employees
in
the
store.
When
I
say
yelled
it
was
from
one
side
of
the
store
to
the
other
so
that
everyone
could
hear
her.
She
should
not
be
in
management
let
alone
running
the
store.
If
she
is
the
standard
for
a
store
manager
then
Michael's
should
close
their
stores.
Other
reviews
confirm
that
she
has
acted
this
way
even
over
a
simple
question
like
asking
where
the
bathroom
is.
I
would
be
incredibly
embarrassed
if
I
employed
someone
with
so
little
respect
for
customers
and
for
my
company.
