This place is terrible. Our unit got broken into from 2 side walls. The walls were kicked in. Looking through the giant holes it looks like several other units also got broken into as well. It was all done from the inside so the unit looked fine from the hallways. The elevators close on you right away and the sensors dont reopen the door when you are there, then the whole thing locks up and the office workers have no idea what they are doing and blame the customers for it and are rude and slow when they have to fix it, which only requires resetting it. There is no sense of urgency at all when there is an issue. It looks nice from the outside and the manager is nice but you can put a bow on garbage but it's still trash.

This storage facility has been nothing but a big joke from day one. They offer Dolly use yet when I went to get the dolly it was locked up the worker couldn't find the key to unlock it so therefore I was unable to use it 5 minutes later somebody else went up to the front for Dolly use and was given the dolly. Then my password wasn't working and I couldn't get in or out without having to go to the office for help. To top it off they took a payment without my consent when I updated my settings and changed from automatic payment in which I never okay in the first place to no automatic payments. Then when I requested my money be credited back to my card because I'm leaving after 30 days they said I had to wait till I moved out of the unit and then I would be credited that money to my account. They are so unhelpful and just money grabbing belongings stealing pathetic excuse for a storage unit now they close at 6:00 p.m. during Monday through Friday and 5:00 p.m. on the weekend which is ridiculous people don't even get off work until that time so they can't even get into their units when they need to. I will never store my stuff at public storage again ever I don't care if it's a dollar for the first 5 months I will never go there again and I would suggest nobody else go there either.

Ive been renting since 2020 Lupe has been nothing but amazing to me since then i continue to rent because of her assistance everytime i have questions about my unit. I recently received an increase in my rent and LUPE helped me transfer to another until that in was able to afford i am extremely happy with THE service she provides

This location is a good spot, this is my second time using this location. Customer service is good and always helpful. Lupe helped me out this particular time and was knowledge and super helpful. The prices can be better, but overall 4 stars.

So I am currently a customer of this Public Storage and I was interested in renting out a space that is closer to home. I found this location and decided to ask for price differences. After being greeted by Lupe and Alexis, I explained my situation and Lupe took the wheel from there. She is what I would call the “whole package”. Initially there was nothing available near the price range I am currently on paying but after much diligence, Lupe was able to find a storage at their location near the same price point. On top of everything the location is great with a clean up environment. Deff recommend!

So far so good, its very easy to get extra room here and they have the best hours and best prices. Sarah was very helpful, Im not going to lie I was stressing out trying to find a good deal. I went to a different location 1st and they found me a better deal just a few minutes down the street. This place is always clean and looks very secure. I got just enough room for all my junk.

Check out all these fake reviews referring to one specific worker, and the users all have 1 review. But the people that have 10+ reviews, rated negatively, think about it. Beware of crackheads roaming the facility waiting to steal your stuff. Staff is beyond rude, disrespectful. They don't harrass the crackheads rummaging through their stuff every single day, but my family business storage unit has been harrassed a dozen times, and I only go in a couple times a month! The "manager" looks like it's their first job, has no idea how to treat people with common decency. Read through the reviews and find the REAL reviews, not the fake/paid to leave a generic review, before you rent a unit here.

Lupe was great help with all my needs only thing not liking at all is gate hours 6am to 6pm I sale one line there are times I need to access my unit to get item and if its past 6pm I have to wait till next and by net day I may have lost the sale but everything else's is great
