The shorter, semi blonde, older Caucasian woman likes to bully people into signing up that are peoples guests. She literally said, "I take notes of everyone who comes and your a trial guest". At a previous occurrence, she said "you need to sign up for your own membership and I can help you" in reference to my guest since they were on another machine. Didn't know I have to keep track of my guest like if they were a little puppy. Can't tell if she is a bit racist or trying to get a signing bonus. If I pay for the $25 Black Card, I'd assume I could use the restroom or fill up my bottle water without feeling segregated or having every single move being watched. No wonder half of my coworkers avoid this location and prefers to go to the one in "AV". Apparently, guest can't use the massage tables or chairs; even with the black card. If it's not one thing, it's another. Might I add, these past 3 months...it's only been issues with that particular employee. Everyone else is sweet and caring. The above mentioned employee makes me want to avoid going to gyms in general.

This is not a real Gym, it is a social club, bunch of teenagers chatting, playing around and texting on their phones, 90% of the people who go there shouldn't be there, they don't train or let others workout, they are just sitting down on the equipment playinh with their phones wasting my time, they need to have cell phone rules to have consideration for others and have the courtesy to let others use the equipment and make them go sit in the couches in thr lobbythey are more confortable than the weight machines

I had hopes that this gym was going to be great. We got a tour and they really pushed how great everything was. My first impression was the parking lot area looked sketchy. However everything inside is super clean. Yesterday my husband and I went for a quick work out. We walked around wanting to use certain machines but they were all taken. We eneded up just walking around waiting for them to free up. Unfortunately they don't have multiple machine in different locations. Once we did go to use the machine we noticed judgmental eyes constantly watching us. It was uncomfortable for sure. Then they use cheap school paper brown towels for you to use on wiping down the machines. We asked if we could purchase a towel but they didn't have any available to buy. They sell them but none in stock. At this point we decided to try out the massage chairs in the front room. The chairs were ok, don't think we would use that again. It also made it not comfortable when a employee dumped the change from the machine while we were using it. Personally that should of been done while nobody is using the machine. Also they have a tootsie roll bucket for guest at the front desk. Kinda odd in my opinion. Give out protien bars or hand sanitizer.

Great service at Victorville Planet Fitness. Staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and always cleaning work out equipment. Well managed staff! Lots of new, updated cardio work out equipment. Plenty of lockers to store your personal belongings.

I use this gym everyday and love it the staff are friendly in the morning. One thing that I suggest is if it was bigger fir the amount of members. The High Desert is over populated and maybe make a location in Adelanto ca will help with the wait time on wanting to workout on breaches. Also for summers have set hours for free teens to workout. Members pay a monthly fee to attend the gym and tens are going for free but taking up equipment and just sitting on their phones well most members are trying to workout and then go to work.

This is so far the best location I’ve ever been. Besides new equipments, the shower area and the toilet is cleaned and sanitized by this hardworking lady and It makes sense to have it sanitized daily. There’s also gadgets to place shampoos and soaps while places like Alhambra has none. I hope though that customers keep it clean and not trash the toilets most especially. Good job guys, you’re sound a 👏

I enjoy going to this location and the staff is really nice but my issue is with the Treadmills, they may have a calibration issue, I get different calorie counts on different machines, I've asked a few of the staff about it but haven't gotten a solution for the problem only excuses, I've emailed pictures of the different readings and gotten no response so I'm hoping this review will get this issue resolved once and for all. Look at the pictures and you will see a different calorie count for each machine

Been a long time since I've felt unwelcomed. Not saying one of the employees are racist. But the older short dirty blonde woman made my guest and I feel like a second class citizen. Not only was she heavily present, but apparently she tracks and notes everyone. Three times she was trying to force my guest to sign up for their own membership. If I have a black card, why is she demanding them to get their own? When we were trying to relax on the chairs, she had the nerve to come harass us and say that she was letting the both of us use the massage chairs. If I pay for the more expensive plan, don't come up to me and act like if you are doing something gracious while saying that we would get unlimited uses... Call me sensitive or say I'm overreacting, but if she is paying that much attention...I'm shocked she doesn't follow people into the restroom and see if it's a 1 or 2. Long story short..... avoid this place and go to the Hesperia or Apple Valley location instead. Hate having to look ove my shoulder while some employee "makes notes" of us. Ridiculous Still a 1*. Maybe they shouldn't tell their employees to lie to people to get them to sign up. Was told that both parties could use the machine as long as they were not occupied. I mean I know timeshares are bad, but this is worse

So cheap! And they're even 24 hours! Can't beat that for $20 and bring a free guest. Gym is very clean too. Everything seems brand new.

Very clean, Quiet( when I went it was quiet lol). Staff was friendly. Great time. This was my 1st visit though.

Dope for VV! Friendly staff, mellow patrons. Honestly, seen amazing here "large sweater stretchers" put up 225 easy squats. Decent form too. Not being sexist just an uncommon sight at pfits nationally. Didn't see an ab slide however, it could of been hidden deep in the ab section.

This gym can get crowded, but it's clean, really friendly staff. Overall, it's a good gym.

I like attending this gym with my dad gets some good bonding and healthy time in. Just make sure you have your app and phone with you because it's needed to check in

My gym location is always very clean. Tresha gave me the walk through. I was very impressed on the gym. All the staff are very polite and professional. I signed up on the app. I love the app. I love the crowd meter. Gives me a idea when to come in. I used to repair gym equipment and this is definitely the best gym I've ever been in to. I fully recommend Planet Fitness to workout in.

Family, friends and a few coworkers have moved directly from this location to the one in Hesperia and the one near the college. One day an aggressive employee says to screen shot your pass to make it easier to log in, the next day she is badgering you about when you or your guests come and how long each other stays. If I leave to the car, no employee should go to my coworker and tell them that they are supposed to leave with me. The same employee said that my guest can come on their own if I'm not here and the next day she "threatens" to call the police and say that they are trespassing. I don't know what's going on, but she must be bipolar or she will do or say anything to get new members to sign up.

Deisy and Anthony Were very Nice to Me and my Son,They give us a very honest welcoming, They are Bilingual ,I'm speechless, The advertise is "Judment free environment " and certainly It Is ! I saw all Ages and felt so comfortable since I'm a full time Mom and work a lot ,Deisy gived me a nice tour trough all the massage Devices, you will love to come to this place after a heavy day at work ,Very clean ,Beautifully Safe environment,Good hearted people Is hard to find ,Highly recommend this place!

Alright, got my buff on. Only thing, it needs more places to squat with the barbell and a better machine for your calves.

Love it here the gym always clean and good workers who are very nice but the only thing I didn't like is summertime when teens are there because I'm there to workout not to sit around and talk to my friends some of the machines are taking just to sit and talk for hrs it's not fair for some of us who actually like to workout but that's the only thing in the summer

If you go to this location on a week day morning its pretty spotless and Justin and Tresha are super friendly and very helpful. It is usually a perfect gym experience but any other time the service and cleanliness is hit or miss. There are actually a few employees that are so rude that I feel extremely uncomfortable to ask to use the hydro-massage. They just seem irritated and don't even greet you as you check in. It's so awkward. Hopefully management can address this and make each experience comfortable. No business is perfect all the time but this has been a recurring issue for me.

Planet Fitness Primo Location Victorville I've been to PF across the US as an OTR Truck Driver and this one is set apart.

Work out at your own pace - definitely would suggest early morning workouts. Gym is practically empty for the most part.

Good qork out liked the machines when i go at the time i go its basically u can do or work out any muscle u want because of the availabilty of equipment!!!!

The staff are friendly. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is clean. The issue I have is the free student memberships for the summer. You can tell that the younger people are there just to hangout and creat long wait times for the equipment. They need to discontinue this offering and think about their paid members experience.
