    AMAZING customer service and communication! We had THE best experience with this store, my fiance and I left confident and happy. We personally worked with Robert (store manager), Ana and Cat on several occasions in person, on the phone and emails. Ana was the first person to greet us when we walked in the door. She was kind and never pushy. Cat sat down with us to educate on diamond cut, clarity and compared several diamonds before choosing THE one. She also kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, giving me updates and making sure my ring was ready before I drive out there. Such a great team and I can't wait to pick up my ring! (we live 2 hrs away).

    I went in to this store to window shop and compare prices on jewelry and I was treated very poorly. The sales lady was very rude and basically assumed a piece of jewelry was out of my budget. Never going back there

    Where do I begin? Robert and his staff have been nothing but absolutely amazing!!! If your looking for a place that's down to earth, friendly and honest with the best prices then Kay's Fashion Valley is your must go to! They greet you as soon as you walk in with a smile and hello. Always happy to help and the best part is they are never pushy... they take their time and never rush you to hurry up and buy now (which is very important! Trust me...I'd have told my husband Ooh Nooo we don't and run out the door lol) they remember you here. You are not just another customer. My husband and I are more than satisfied with the exceptional customer service that Robert, Lucy, Grace and the rest of the staff have shown us. They treat us like family which we love as we're very family oriented, so that itself was a huge plus. KAYS FASHION VALLEY is the only place we are getting our jewelry from. We highly recommend Robert and his team and if you've made it this far in my post then go in as soon as you can and say Leilani and Victor said Hi and we sent you! You won't leave disappointed 😊

    My mother's birthday was this weekend and she loves yellow gold! However, because she owns many pieces it is hard to decide what else to get her. Catherine was the person that helped and oh my ! I am so pleased with my purchase. Even though it was busy, she truly gave me 100 % dedication. Definitely recommending this place to my family and friends !

    RUN AWAY and do not get your jewelry from this store. The worst service I have ever gotten. Over promise and under performed. Never heard an apology and they kept blaming it on teammates. They mixed up the size for my husbands wedding band and mine so they don’t fit correctly. Then we brought the rings back to resized them and then they charged us. We are like ok we will pay to get them resized. Then, they said that my husbands ring is not real gold and that it cannot be resized, like what? I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU. Can’t you see it in your system? My rings are late, I cannot get a hold of anybody. I never make bad reviews for business but this one earned it. Do yourself A favor and go somewhere else.

    I bought a beautiful engagement ring for my wife in 2017. I have paid off the balance of $3500 even with the crazy high interest of 30%. Kay jewelers still shows on my credit report even after I have disputed it. I looked up they have multiple class action lawsuits for shady practices signing up people for credit cards they didn’t agree too. I never got a settlement. Buyer beware.

    Grace and Lucie were very kind and helpful, took their time to help us with all our questions and pondering on what to buy. They offered to clean our jewelry without our asking and even helped me look at my wife’s previous diamond in the microscope. Ask for them when you go and they will help you make the right choice!

    We had the best experience at Kay's jeweler in fashion valley with Daniel's help. Daniel took the time to help me create a new ring with my existing diamonds. Daniel was extremely attentive, patient and helpful throughout the process. Kudos to Kay's and the management team at fashion valley store.

    Five stars! We had a wonderful experience working with Daniel. We told him our vision of how we wanted our engagement stone reset and he made it happen. It was an easy experience, all through which he was very patient and understanding. He gave great suggestions and is very knowledgeable. We tried working with Kay’s in Mission Valley and had a one star experience. Leave it to Daniel to restore the Kay reputation for us. We will definitely be going back to Daniel for all future jewelry needs.

    Daniel, our salesperson at the Fashion Valley, Ca. store was very professional & helpful. He mounted my ring on a rod that rotated & showed us the problem with the prongs holding the diamond in place. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has any questions with their jewelry.

    I’ve never been a fan of big box store jewelry places but I gotta say these gals are awesome. Because of Lucy and grace I plan on coming here for all future jewelry needs. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location rather than 10 minutes to the plaza location. I live in PR which Makes it difficult to get my ring cleaned or repaired but this location always wakes it happen even though the other locations say they have a 2 week wait. I also never buy warranties but I’m glad grace sold me on it. Could not be happier with the quality of service here and will definitely recommend them every chance I get!

    I ordered a wedding band here. I was having it shipped to a different location and they called to tell me they didn’t know where it was, then called me back to tell me that it was going to be at the place that i asked them to ship it. Later on in the week i get a call from a different Kay jewelers to let me know they have it in a whole completely different state. This Kay jewelers has no idea what they are doing, I’m just glad i didn’t need my wedding band in a certain time constraint because i wouldnt have gotten it on time at all.

    I stopped by today because I had an appointment scheduled for some diamond 💎 earrings that I've had for 6 months. They were gifted to me for my birthday and was told to take them in for cleaning every 6 months. I walked in and no one greeted me. 2 employees were with other customers. I totally get that, but it was only after an awkward moment that I was greeted and then told to wait. No smile, nothing! I had planned to purchase more jewelry from this place, not anymore. I'll tell my boyfriend not to buy from here again!!

    I've had issues at the Kay's in Mission Valley so coming to the Fashion Valley location was a breathe of fresh air. Everytime I would come in for my ring inspection there were some kind of issues at Mission Valley and I'd get stuck forever. This past Sunday I stopped by the Fashion Valley location and was helped by Robbie. He was AMAZING!! So quick and efficient, very friendly and just a wonderful experience! Even my husband joked and said that was the fastest and easiest experience we had at Kay's. Robbie is the best and I hope to see him at all my future visits. Thank you so much Robbie!!!

    I highly recommend coming to this Kay Jewelers over the one at Mission Valley mall. Despite living much closer to the Mission Valley store, I prefer going to the Fashion Valley store, because the Fashion Valley sales associates, especially Michael, are way more professional and friendly. I can go to the Fashion Valley store and Michael (& the other sales associates) are respectful and give me equal attention regardless if I am shopping alone or with my husband or if I am in my professional work clothes or in casual clothes. Michael (he's the tall, softspoken, humble guy) is extremely helpful when shopping for new jewelry or getting my jewelry cleaned or fixed. Let's just say, he knows his jewelry, which makes your shopping experience great! I typically get an email about my jewelry arriving and Michael calls me, too, which I appreciate (he has even called before I get the email). Another thing I LOVE about the Fashion Valley store (or maybe it's Michael going out of his way to get my jewelry back to me ASAP) is that my jewelry arrives several days before the estimated date and I get notified as soon as it arrives. Last, as a parent who has to do most (all?) shopping with my kids, I appreciate Michael (& the other associates) making the shopping experience less stressful and interacting with my kids to keep them entertained while we are in the store.

    Just wanna send a big shout out to Robert & Grace at Kay jewelers inside of Fashion Valley Mall for the big help on our wedding ring purchases. My wife and I love how helpful they truly are. We got exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be more thrilled. I highly recommend any new or old customers that are searching to come visit.     Ana helped me find my wedding band back in March, and when I came to bring it in for inspection last month, she was there to help me. My ring had to be serviced due to missing stones. While it was being serviced, Ana let me know that there would be a charge for the service, because I had just missed the inspection window. I agreed since I just wanted my ring repaired. When I came in to pick up my ring, she told me that she would not be charging me for the service and that they gave me a new ring. I was lost for words. My husband and I are beyond grateful. Ana has excellent customer service, and I’ll be stopping by again in the future to purchase with her.
