Super helpful staff and great products

Ordered a few pairs of fitted sheets from Parachute Home. The first set ripped in under a month. Threw away the ripped sheets and put on new sheets. After calling customer service I was told unless I have pics of the ripped sheets, they won’t replace them. For $80 sheets these were completely a waste of money. This is a company that charges a high price for their products but then won’t stand behind the quality of those products in a way that justifies the price. Don’t waste your money here, Cozy Earth and Brooklinen both offer similar products with way better customer service.

In turn it allows for the staff to focus on choosing the right product with the right design for your look, since a great product, with consumer visibility, naturally sells itself. This makes for a great in store experience and an even better final result at home. Very happy I went with the decision to go Parachute Home for my bedding needs.

He was very kind, no pressure perfect salesperson. It was a wonderful, quick easy process and I was lucky to find what I was wanting at my first stop at a fantastic price! Highly recommend!
