First, bank account, and receipt doesn’t lie. Second, the name in your system is my dad’s, so my name will NOT be in your system. Does my family want your service? NO! Two times we were there to address the problems, but of course, the answer we got was there’s no problem, and your staff are cocky. I will not waste any of my time nor my family’s time going back to your shop and be ripoff again. Your shop is DISHONEST. I took dad’s vehicle to this place because of the reviews. I requested to have brand new four tires for my dad’s car. For not even two months, my dad has been having problems losing air from all his tires. I took it back and was told, “ there is nothing wrong with the tire” they were just out of air again. I had my doubts took my dad’s car to American Tire, and we found out that the tires from Northridge Tire Pros were all refurbished and had a lot of patches, and it was sold as new. Northridge Tire Pros is a VERY DISHONEST business. I will not be surprised if one day they will have a lawsuit. Right now, you think you can get away with your illegal operation, but one day, it will catch up. To Northridge Tire Pros, before you do something like this, think that you are putting people’s lives at risk. Greediness Will only result in more problems. This is an Automotive Complex! I went to Venil's Garage and found the proprietor there to knowledgeable, honest & fair! And this is one of the ONLY mechanics willing to work on my SmartCar (most refer me to the EXPENSIVE dealership)! A Mom & Pop, Independently owned small shop, that goes the extra mile for the customer 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I drive past 20 different tire stores to go see my old buddy Roy at Northridge tire pros. Roy takes good care of me. I have seen Roy deal with a few problems, and see the company stand behind their product and their labor... I find that impressive. I'm a retired mechanic, I have worked in car and truck repair for 40 years. I like how they take care of there customers.

I phoned in to check tire pricing for my car. The person who picked up the phone asked to hold while he grabs his computer. After about 20 minutes of playing the on-hold music the system said goodbye and disconnected. So much for getting tire pricing.

These people are great. The last time I went in they greeted me by name. It has been over a year since I was in before. They always take time to explain the problem and how to fix it. And best of all their prices are very reasonable. I feel they are concerned about me and what I need. I would highly recommend them.

Great service, honest, and reliable. North ridge tire pros are excellent. They do tend to be busy at times but that’s just because they do an awesome job.

First time here and it was a great experience. I initially had an alignment done by Andy's Alignment (Glendale) and something about it never felt right. From my other reviews I clearly state that I work on all my cars, and will only use a shop when I don't have the tool (alignment rack, etc.) I decided to set the steering angle, and make some rear camber adjustments on my 2021 Tesla Model 3. HECTOR did an amazing job, considering I'm very OCD with numbers and will even watch. He had NO issues at all with me being there as he aligned the Tesla. I asked for "0" Toe, and to even out the camber on both sides, and he absolutely nailed it. My biggest issue with alignment shops is they don't take care in mounting the equipment on expensive wheels, so I asked "can you do this without scratching or marking high end wheels?" (Volks, Advans, Workmeister, CCW's, etc). He goes out of his way to tape off the sections of the rim! The car drives as straight as an arrow, the job and overall experience was so good I felt inclined to give him a TIP- so please do so as well!

This is a great shop. I brought my new SUV in to have a set of Firestone Coil-Rite airbags installed in the rear suspension so I could tow without sag. They gave me a fair quote to install these, performed the work flawlessly and had a professional and friendly attitude. Highly recommend their work.

Awesome place, Hector fixed my rim, inspected and checked the tire pressure and did not charge me for the help. However I will be coming back when I need anything fixed again. Thank you!

Been going here for almost 2 decades, no reason to go anywhere else, pricing, service is always top notch. I deal with Bernard, but they're all great.

Came in for a simple tire patch. Quoted $25, paid $25. Job was done in about an hour. Plenty of seating to wait around. Friendly enough office staff. Only odd thing was the amount of info they need to get a simple job done. They asked for name, home address, email, phone, etc. It’s not customary, but I’m sure they have some reason for it.

It hurts to come here because it always costs me money, but I can always expect to get the best price and service possible. I don't get my tires from anyone else in the last 20 years.

Had to make an urgent visit due to purchasing new tires elsewhere being mounted only so they did not come balanced nor aligned. The staff managed to accept my request for the service to be done while understaffed at the time. They are true heroes for taking care of me. Thank you very much.

Knowledgeable, reliable, quality, and on time. They also never seem to be gouging me or trying to up sell. I’ve had all good experiences with these folks and will continue to bring our cars:)

Bought some tires here last year, great tires and service and price. Now one tire got a construction screw in it and went flat, bought back to Northridge Tire Pros and they fixed it fast, and at no cost. Nice work, thank you.

I needed emergency tire repair and came to this place because it's close to me. I wound up replacing all 4 tires. They did it in a very efficient manner. I have to say the price for the 4 tires was reasonable. I would come here again and I would recommend this place to others.

Great service! Even greater prices! I waited for my tires to be put on, I was there for 2 hours but I was fine with that wait. Especially after I got my truck back. I could feel the difference, definitely noticeable. They got my business from now on.

NTP got me a great deal on a set of Hercules tires and did a suspension upgrade to my 2015 Tahoe. Roy and Bernard are absolute professionals and know their stuff.

Left me on hold for 15min before I hung up. The waiting room had one customer and 5 people standing around talking. I know this because I was in the car in the front, due to injury I didn’t want to walk if I didn’t have to. Not that my little $750 that I was going to spend will hurt them but I’d much rather pay someone who has enough work ethic to answer the phone.

In for brake issue. Replaced rear brakes. Love these guys. Been going here over 20-some years. Always do good work. Always take care of me and my vehicles.

I've been going here over 20 years . ROY is awesome this guy has treated me the same . He always answered phone calls even after hrs when I'm brainstorming ideas regarding my vette lol. Stopped by for a price on new tires, Roy helped me and provided me with amazing knowledge and advice along with a good price for new tires. Even fixed my a nail in my tire while I planned the next visit for the new tires. Great customer service, highly recommended. Great experience! Roy worked on completely replacing the brake system on the trailer for my boat including the tires, bearings, etc. The guy is honest, friendly, and most importantly - he stands behind his work. He was recommended by a friend and I will be recommending him to my friends and family as well. If you need work done, this is your guy!

While I hate getting flat tires, I love coming to Northridge Tire Pros. I've lived in Reseda for almost a decade, and I've had numerous flat tires (thanks construction crews on Reseda Blvd!). Anyway, the folks here at Northridge Tire Pros are more than happy to quickly patch up my tires. And by quick, I mean last time I was in and out in less than an hour.
