David is the absolute best! He has repaired my favorite silver earrings and chains, replaced lots of watch batteries, and advised us on whether fashion watches were worth repairing. I trust him completely. Everyone at the store is very friendly and professional. It’s always such a nice experience to go there. Highly recommended!

It's great when Google reviews lead you to your ideal business. All the talk about how nice Cathy and Mike are set the expectations pretty high. Still, they blew me away with their patience, presence and service. I had a rather complicated watch issue that in my mind was likely unfixable. It was a sentimental piece that I wanted to wear for a proposal, and needed a solution before my flight departing the next day. Two specialists worked their magic and fixed it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day. They make you feel like community, you won't regret the visit. If I'm not back for wedding bands, it's only because the answer was no!

WOW! David is SO kind and truly an amazing person. I had read great things about this place on the Buzz and had the opportunity to give them a shot. I felt a little bad because it was only a small job, and part of me wondered if they'd even do it (size 1 watch, and replace battery in another watch.) Not only did he do the job, he did it right then and there! No waiting or come pick it up tomorrow. And, even though this particular trip was not to purchase something fancy or expensive, he still makes you feel like a valued customer. This is EXACTLY the type of place you want to do business with. Makes me want to come back soon!

The gentleman here are amazing ! It was a day before my husbands birthday and I went to AHJC to see if they could repair a gold chain that was given to my husband by his grandmother who recently passed away . I was under no assumption that I would be getting the chain back for a few days, but as I was explaining the sentimentality of the chain and his upcoming birthday they had the chain fixed and polished within a hour ! It does not matter if you purchase a thousand dollar ring or need a fix on an existing piece, they go out of their way on service and excellence. Dave and Cathy are amazing! We came here to get my husband’s wedding band stretched. It was his grandfather’s wedding band, and he had a sweet message engraved on the ring for my husband’s grandmother. We were worried that it would be damaged in the process. Dave looked at it and recommended that the edges be smoothed out since they were sharp which might be causing the discomfort. We decided to go with his recommendation, and it worked! My husband is able to wear his ring comfortably now, and all the sweet memories are intact! Dave was quick, and efficient and didn’t charge us! While we waited Cathy cleaned my wedding ring and band for free as well! I’ve never seen it so shiny! This is the best customer service we’ve received in a while! Thank you!

Finding and visiting Anaheim Hills Jewelry & Coin Mart today was a true treat. I called them because I needed help to get my Tissot Seastar dive watch working again (my first wedding anniversary gift from my wife almost exactly 11 years ago). Alex picked up the phone and was so kind and helpful that I was excited to bring the watch to the shop as soon as I could. The atmosphere of the store was wonderful. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and told that I would be helped as soon as possible. Alex came to the counter, remembered our conversation over the phone, and was able to take a look at the watch right away. David, another resident awesome horologist, was able to answer some more questions that I had about my old but special watch. They were so knowledgeable and kind. With careful hands they were able to get the crown unstuck so that I could actually set the watch again! When I asked if I needed a full service for the watch they said that since it was still running with good accuracy that I could wait to have it done. They also said that they could absolutely do the service when I was ready. Beyond this, I brought them an additional link (an original that came with the watch) with a missing pin. Since I had (unfortunately) gained weight I was unable to wear the watch comfortably. Not only did they find me a replacement pin but they also installed it and had me try it on. It was a perfect fit! Alex also took the time to show me the microadjustments on the band that I could use to fine tune the fit in the future. I was expecting to be without my watch for a while but I left the store about 15 minutes later with my watch back on my wrist, fitting perfectly, and beating away like new. Whatever the small amount they charged me was not enough! I wanted to pay them more for their time, expertise, and care! This is the reason I am taking the time to write this. They are awesome! I went from being worried about being able to fix my anniversary gift watch from 11 years ago to having a friendly neighborhood jewelery shop that I quickly learned I could trust for advice and service. I will be coming back with more watches. Alex and David thank you SO much! Your shop is truly a rare and wonderful treat in this day and age!

Can't get much better than this. David Rime, the owner, has old-fashioned values when it comes to taking care of customers. He has replaced watch batteries (battery and service were free) and recently, managed to get my ceramic watch working - no charge! And he even cleaned the band links, which is no small task. He also has exquisite jewelry and stones and offers decent prices. I wish he could be cloned for all other businesses! All the folks working for him mimic his dedication to sincerely helping people.

We went to see David for our engagement and wedding bands, what a blessing he has been! David was absolutely amazing to work with. He was patient, kind and attentive. He listened intently to what we wanted and made the perfect selections. I told him I wanted our wedding bands to be reflective of each other, with my engagement band traditional gold and the wedding bands platinum; but wasn’t sure what we could do for my husband. David designed and created the perfect band to compliment - with the platinum in the center and yellow gold on either side. We were so impressed that he would make that extra effort to achieve our wishes. We are so grateful that David shared his time, expertise and talent with us. Ignacio worked very hard to repair my rings that had been completely destroyed. I was unable to remove them from my finger due to extreme swelling during pregnancy. Unfortunately my rings had to be cut. I am so thankful for how amazing they turned out. Recommend this place 100%.

I have had 4 different wedding rings (all from different jewelers) and never liked any of them… Now I know the 5th time is a charm! Thanks to David and the team at AHJ&C I finally have the ring of my dreams! Not only do I absolutely LOVE my gorgeous ring (seriously, I look at my had constantly), the price was more than fair. After wearing my ring for only a month I had an accident and lost 3 of the baguettes and smashed the gold on one side 😢 I brought it right back to AHJ&C where David fixed it in a matter of days at NO CHARGE! This is how business should be done. I’ve rarely seen a company go as far to make their clients happy. If you are looking for a good and fair jeweler, please give them a chance. At the very least you’ll leave with a smile on your face. Guaranteed 😀
