Worst experience ever... very disappointed by the sales girl ..I bought a movado she told me interest rate would be 3% under promotional offer but when I received my bill from Kay it was 27%. Totally wrong commitments just for selling an item. Beware of their marketing & sales strategy. Will never shop at this store again...

If I could post ZERO stars I would. The 2 Asian females in the San Bernardino location were so busy flirting with the UPS guy that it took then forever to even greet myself and my husband. From a time in our lives that was going to be special turned into us going to a different location just to be treated with customer service. Definitely do not go here if you expecting decent customer service.

Be careful buying from here. I had a horrible experience with this location. First off I purchased a ring here in December. I was told I would receive a 0% interest promotion for 6 months. I just got off the phone with Genesis FS card services who is handling the loan and they said the information for the promotion was not submitted so I have been paying interest from day 1. Also they told me I would receive 100% trade in value and that also turned out to be a lie. When I went back they did not honor their own agreement. I don’t recommend anyone shop here. They will tell you anything to get a sale

The patience and the above and beyond service I got from Val and Katie is exceptional. They are so so nice! I got exactly what I wanted. It was amazing how I was helped! I found exactly what I visualized. They’re awesome great customer service.

I had the best experience with Katie yesterday!! She is absolutely phenomenal!!! I can in your enquirer about a 3mm-4mm white gold chain. I absolutely forgot about the fact that it was the day after VALENTINES. She was still very helpful with informing me that they have to recover from the holiday. She also told me there was a book that I could order from that had more option than the store & what’s found online. The book is MASSIVE & EXPENSIVE! Katie stayed with me the whole time trying to find a suitable gift. The store didn't have the ring that we saw online, yet they showed us rings they said we're similar so we agreed to pay for the ring to be picked up later. The ring wasn't close to what they showed us. We will be returning the ring.

Jesus Christ I really wish you guys didn't move to a gouging bank that rips off your customers. I know as soon as I finish paying off these rings I will never come back. It was lovely, but coming home in the care my Open Hearts 1 Ct The clasp opened and it fell to the ground. Lovely necklace, but buy a strong necklace with this with a large clasp You don't want to loose this necklace . I didn't even had it on for 1 hour..

Great experience, sales rep knew allot and helped out allot. However he sized my ring and it took 2 wks to get it back and it was too big. So I had to send it back and it's going to take another 2 wks. They should expite it due to the inconvenience

I recently got engaged and my fiance bought my ring from this store. The ring he purchased was a size that was to big for my finger, but the sales rep who sold him the ring told him that it will be fine and it will be better to size it down with me there. Specifically she told him even though I have a 4 and a half ring size that the ring she sold him a 6 and a half would be able to be sized down to my ring size. Me and my fiance came to the Kay Jewelers at Cabazon because it was closer to our house and the sales rep told us the ring he was sold cant be sized down to my finger because its to far down to size it without the ring getting damaged and messed up. So I have to get a whole new ring now. This could have been avoided if the sales rep at this store did her job correctly. Ive never been more dissatisfied with the quality of service from employees. I would never recommend anyone to come to this location.
