Dropped by the Swiss Watch Gallery while visiting the Brea Mall, really just to see their selection of watches. I was greeted by Jake, very friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised that they had a hard to find Tudor Black Bay 58 in blue with a steel bracelet, one of my bucket list watches. So of course I purchased the watch…awesome watch!! And Jake and staff were excellent to work with. They were very patient, as I was finicky about the fit of the bracelet, taking off, then adding again links. They also called a couple weeks after the purchase to follow-up, to ensure that I was happy with the purchase. I highly recommend Swiss Watch Gallery, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Very professional staffs, knowledgeable of Rolex particularly. Jake was very helpful and very professional on what he do. George one of the staff was also great, took care of me while I’m waiting at the store, he’s very hospitable. The female staff (I didn’t get her name, I think the owner) was also very candid and hospitable, took my information for my next buy. The store feels great, classy and have a great ambiance. You’ll feel comfortable buying expensive watches and you know they’re legitimate AD. You’ll find the store next to TESLA inside Brea Mall. Overall, very happy with my first buying experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jake today. It was an extremely pleasant meet and greet. I had express wanting to get a submariner for my upcoming birthday. He offered to let me try on a few different models on exhibition to get the feel for them and I’m glad he did. Even though I didn’t buy anything today, he got my information down and is willing to see what he can do. I’m not expecting much but hopes and dreams. However, the overall experiences was nice and we had an actual conversation and not just your “cold get lost” attitude that I have had in the past with other Rolex stores. He gave me a Diet Coke and a Rolex booklet at the end. It was a nice gesture and I will receive it with gratitude (since no other stores have done this for me before). Hopefully they can earn my business in the future with a timepiece I’m looking for towards my collection. Thank you!

I worked with Mike, who is very knowledgeable and by far the friendliest Rolex sales associate I've had the pleasure of working with. Mike was able to get me the white Explorer II I wanted very quickly. I purchased a Cartier for my wife at Swiss Watch Gallery's other location in Mission Viejo last year (also a great experience!), and these guys are clearly committed to taking care of their loyal customers. I will definitely be back, and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone interested in purchasing a Rolex or a watch from another of the great brands they carry.

I just bought my dream watch at Swiss Watch Gallery. Thank you George for his help. I been looking for a Day-Date for almost a year. He was able to get me a special Eisenkiesel dial. I was so happy when I received his text. This is a perfect birthday present for myself. Update Review Today is June 15. After purchase two Tudor and two Rolex about 70K spending in two years. I request to get steel sport Rolex like sub with date for my self and my wife for a 36 Pink or blue OP. I even offer to buy some Jewelry and I still don't get a call. Hopefully they do care about my business and the relationship.

Had the absolute honor of working with Kiki & Leyla at Swiss watch gallery. Initially walked in to find some earrings for a gift which ended up working out perfect. The proper size diamonds, precious metal and authenticity certs. Im not overly knowledgeable about jewelry but felt very confident in the purchase due to the education and conversations had. I proceeded to inquire about watches as this would be the first Rolex dealer I've visited. To my surprise timing was on my side and there happened to be a datejust that arrived and was available to be offered to me. Very happy with the circumstances around this purchase, but also couldn't ask for more genuine and hospitable people to work with in an industry that can be intimidating at times and can feel like a lost cause in "asking about watches" given the climate these days. Anyway, I am grateful to have began this relationship on a high note with Swiss Watch Gallery and am looking forwards to being able to get some custom jewelry pieces made in the near future!

I really wanted a Tudor GMT with the oyster steel band, and I was able to contact Raquel from Swiss Watch Gallery via text messaging to make inquiries. They didn’t have one at the Brea location, but they had one at their other location. Raquel was able to transfer it for me, and I was able to purchase it! They adjusted it while I waited, and provided great customer service. Love the watch, never been happier, great service.
