Honest, fair and super friendly! Impressed is an understatement. Came here with my mom and wife to browse around. We were welcomed with beautiful service, fair prices, and great deals. From the moment we walked in, the owner and his team ensured we are getting a bang for our buck. Everything is exquisite, and it was so hard to decide on a single piece. I haven't seen other jewelry stores carry the same quality, pieces or prices. I’ve been to many specialty jewelry stores before trying my luck here. You won’t be disappointed! I ended up getting two uniquely intricate Turkish styled chains. I’ll be back soon!

Skinny young girl discriminated me, putting finger in her nose when she was talking to me, that's how their culture look down on people. Other older people appeared to be angry and the girl didn't even care to greet. I started the conversation asking, Hi how are you.... Sales people in Newport Beach and Laguna are way nicer and polite regardless of your ethnicity. With that unprofessional attitude their business will suffer, they will file bankruptcy within a year.

I randomly came across Al Amira Jewelry while visiting SoCal and I am so happy that I did. The kindness, care and absolutely stellar customer service from the team turned me from a window shopper to a customer for life. From the beginning to the end, it was a great experience. I was greeted with a hello and a smile. A kind gentlemen named Ameed came over and asked me what I was looking for. I told him it was a gift for my mom and showed him a picture of items she’s purchased in the past. He made a list of suggestions and I ended up with 4 beautiful pieces--all that definitely match my moms style!!! I know nothing about gold or the industry and it was initially intimidating walking in however all of that anxiety went away just minutes into our conversation. Great quality. Great service. Can’t recommend it enough.

I love this store. Their jewelry selection is huge, they even have gold bars and coins. Besides the nice inventory, they are very genuine people and the customer service is the best. They have items for every budget. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy real 21k, 22k or 24k gold.

Very kind and educated employees. I’d recommend looking at Al-Amira’s Instagram to see the beautiful selection. I came for just a necklace a few days ago and now I’m back here again. Al-Amira just recently opened up and I’ll be recommending them to all my family and friends for all the gold needs they may have. Also look out for Ameed and his cousin that helped me the last time I was here by the name of Adham they were incredibly personable and friendly. The only complaint I have is that Amira is no where to be found.

I called yesterday to buy my mother an ounce for Mother’s Day. I don’t have any experience with jewelry by any means, but their reputation is good, so I thought they’d be helpful. A kind lady with gentle voice answered the phone. I asked how much an ounce is and she looked it up and came back. I didn’t have the budget for that, but had the budget for half an ounce so I asked if half ounce was a thing…. She hung up the phone, Without explaining anything. Such a well mannered individual!
