The reservation was an easy process. I wish they had asked if I wanted an upgrade or if we'd be willing to pay a little more to not have the rooms that are very close to the freeway. The constant noise of it was a bummer. The check-in (around 23:00) was minimally efficient and again- I would have paid more if asked and informed about the room and the freeway. After checking in, I went to get a drink at the lobby bar. The bartender said he had made last call, took my order anyway- and didn't ring in the order on his cash register, brought my change, tipped himself- in the strangest exchange I've Ever Experienced with a server. The building is old so the construction standards are a little dated. Many people stay there (us included) for it's proximity to Disneyland. Given these two factors; When the guests staying in the room above ours were rehearsing their rendition of the Hippo Balet from Fantasia- we could hear and feel every move they made. It was a Noisy Experience. The daytime front desk staff were better and the valet guys were good - but there was no bell desk service to help with luggage; or at least it wasn't offered (I prefer to tip someone and have them bring up the travel bags). The Rooms were Very Clean, and that's why we give it more than a one-star rating.

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip with our two kids and would definitely stay here again! Great location, very quick walk to Disney and felt extremely safe even at night. The room was great and spacious. Everything felt super clean and well maintained. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Anaheim.

Wonderful stay! We stayed here a couple of nights during our Disney trip and it was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is not included but you can pay a preferential fee upon check-in. The breakfast is buffet style, you’ll get your basics like egg, bacon and fruit. The hotel is very modern and super close to Disneyland. We’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful, clean, and modern hotel. However, the A/C in the room barely kept us cool. Also, we were there for 3 nights and they informed us upon arrival that there would not be a cleaning since they only provide it every 3 days. They told us we could request service if we needed it. We did, and when we inquired, we were reminded that they don't offer daily cleaning as standard and that we would receive light housekeeping. Within a few minutes we received clean towels. We left for the day and had hoped we'd return from Disneyland to a clean room. NOPE! nothing had been restocked or replenished and the dirty towels were still in a pile. We straightened up, took our showers and got in bed. At a little after 8:30 we received a knock on the door and there was a man delivering sheets. ( I asked if he was going to vacuum or bring coffee supplies and he said no, that I could request it.) This hotel is just too pricey to not have some very basic, standard features like daily housekeeping. On a positive note, the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Enjoyed staying here while going to Disneyland. Less than a mile away and we walked to the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious for a family of 5 and had a mini fridge and microwave. Enjoyed going down to the bar for a drink and relaxing. Lots of room to sit and relax with the family or let the littles run around.

First time stay for my family and I. We picked it for our Disneyland trip due to distance and reasonable rate. I normally like to self-park but appreciated the valet only as we had so many cargo to unload and wanted to head to our room right away on our first night. The two joining rooms we reserved were clean as expected. They were facing the freeway which we thought would be a problem when it came time to go to bed but we were all too tired to even notice the noise. It probably helped to have it as white noise if you’re into that.

Really good Hotel with 12 min walk to Disneyland. Rooms are clean and new. Their Breakfast buffet was really good as well

Good Hotel if you want to be closer to Disney, the parking service is extra (not included in the room). Worst thing is the bar, you have a long day at disney and need a drink. Those people don’t even want to take your order, even if you ask them.

We had a great family trip to Disneyland. It was only a 10 minute walk to the park. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean.

We had a 2 night stay here. The location is walking distance to Disney and the room was great. I was charged $70.20 for VALET PARKING. (Self parking is not available) When I received my truck back it had a huge oil stain on my driver side door, took me about 30 minutes to get the oil off after they hosed it down. It was ridiculous! Huge inconvenience plus they haven't returned my call. There's also an extra $20.20 charge to my card aside from the $100 security deposit. I would not stay here again.

Overall service was great we felt very welcomed and supported. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and so is the ceiling. We were constantly being woken up by banging, yelling etc. Manchester bar was great and so was the happy hour. Food options were solid and we never had anything bad... Shocking there's not a normal burger, but an impossible burger (odd). Biggest downside would be the hours of the kitchen. Appetizers only available at 2PM and dinner available at 4PM. Lastly, the pillows were super uncomfortable, we asked for more, as it was like sleeping on a wrapped up blanket and the bathroom towels were thin and ripping. Epitome of "location location location". Huge plus of our stay was the gym... well kept and lots of space/equipment. Overall, I'll only stay here if we can get a room on the highest floor available to avoid stomping noises between 11PM and 3AM.

The location was up and around the corner a bit. Further walk than we expected to walk to Disneyland. But it was a nice walk as it was. Great hospitality. Front desk was always welcoming and maid service was wonderful. We always had clean towels and beds were made when we got back to our room after our long Disney days. Loved the valet all of them employees were great. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The walls are extremely thin we could hear the people above us running and jumping off furniture. It went on until 1am. I called the front 2 times and the second time and they finally went to tell them to be more quieter. The valet parking was ok, the valet attendants were very friendly and pleasant. They were quick to get my car when I needed it. The location is perfect from Disneyland it is a short walk to the park. Our room started leaking from the window and we had to move rooms and I noticed they still charged me a security deposit. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is so close to Disney entrance. 10 min or less walk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and felt very safe being a single female. I would say the only downside for someone would be the highway noise. However, I am used to the noise so it was a sound machine for me. Also beware you may hear kids running in rooms/hallway but has no issues during sleep hours. I will be staying here again for my next Disney trip.

Nice new hotel but definitely some let downs. Parking is a deal-breaker. The hotel has required valet service which some may like but we do not. We like the convenience of having access to our car whenever we need it instead of having to wait around and tip every time you need access to your car and sometimes they don’t bring it around on time. Also, if you plan on going to Disneyland the day of check out be ready to pay an extra $40 as a departing gift. If you are checking out, they charge you an additional (even more than if you were staying the night) $40. The parking lot is owned and managed by an outside company so there is nothing that the hotel can do about it. Effectively, having to $70 to park for one night if you go to Disneyland on checkout. Terrible. I choose a hotel near Disney to save on parking. With all the hotels in the area to choose from that don’t charge extra for parking, we will not be returning to this hotel. Room - The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfortable. Service - The staff was friendly but did not communicate the parking situation or food and beverage situation effectively. They also did not ask about our room preferences when choosing our room.

Very very bare bones. Hilton Garden Inn and Home 2 Suites are basically the same location and Garden Inn is super bare bones. If you need a clean bed and room, that's all you'll get. They were transitioning the rooms from little bottles of shampoo and soap to big containers attached to the wall, which they hadn't installed yet, so there was nothing in our room at all. We had to call multiple times to get them to send anything up which as annoying - when you walk into your hotel room and go to the bathroom, you want there to at least be soap so you can wash your hands! There's no free breakfast at the Garden Inn. And housekeeping only every few days unless you specifically ask for something. It's the furthest hotel around the corner from Disney. Still walkable, but Marriott, HoJo, BW and all the others are closer. This one only overlooks the freeway. And they only offer valet - no self park. I chose Hilton because I'm a Hilton Honors member but I'm also a Marriott and Hyatt member and would probably stay elsewhere next time. The Marriott next door looked nicer and a few years ago we stayed at the Hyatt which was nicer - and all similar price points.

My family & I stayed 4 nights. Staff was beyond friendly & helpful the moment we arrived. Valet parking was a plus! Disneyland was only 10-12 min walk which was also a plus! We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar, bartenders were really friendly and made delicious drinks! Kids enjoyed the pool & splash pad area. We had a great stay overall & we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Short walk to Disney. Very clean. Everyone that worked there greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. Pool had plenty of deck seating with umbrellas. Disneyland does do fireworks at 930 every night and you can definitely hear them in your room so beware if you or someone traveling with you is sensitive to sound.

    1) It is by the freeway - so if your room is on the freeway side it will be loud. 2) Valet parking only - so "hidden" extra $30 per night fee. AND if you have an oversize vehicle (we were in our Sprinter Van) - there is no accommodation - you have to drive to a sister location - which has two entrances - you have to go the one off Disneyland Drive - and then. you have to go find the parking attendants inside to figure out where to park - then to be told they don't have space. Took me 45 minutes to get it sorted, so not a great experience at all. The management did make it up with some credit. 3) They share a space with the hotel next door - that hotel has a FREE buffet on our hotel the Garden Inn - BUT our hotel didn't have access - instead you had a $14 horrible "hot bar" buffet downstairs. 4) Also the bathroom doors were sliding doors and they had this small lip that pressed against the door and made an annoying sound when you closed. Not the end of the world but just annoying. On the plus side - pretty close to Disneyland - but not great overall.

This hotel is extremely close to the parks. You can probably walk to the gate within 7 minutes from the hotel. It’s very clean and modern and style. They have a cafe and a restaurant in the lobby for any water or food you might need between trips to Disney. My only feedback would be that bathrooms have barn style doors. So if you are pooping and sharing a room you will hear eachother . Beside that great stay!

Great hotel, has large room and everything was very clean. Has a nice pool, kids playing area and Jacuzzi. This hotel is walking distance from Disney parks. The bathroom door issue that everyone is talking about here has been corrected. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great location if you’d like to go to Disneyland! The park is about a 10 minute walk but it’s not bad at all. The staff here is so nice and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and this is a newer hotel so everything looks great. Loved staying here!

Great modern hotel for visiting the Disney parks. Positive + Short walk to the gate. If that is you main priority then this is a good option. + Beds are comfortable + modern and bright hotel + parking is reasonable and you can park all day on the day you leave if you are visiting a Disney park Negative - Breakfast is underwhelming but convenient. If you need a bite before heading to the Disney parks it can be a good option but the breakfast choice is limited. There are other breakfast spots nearby but if you plan to hit Disney early that might mean a very early start

Had a great stay here with my wife. It’s in easy walking distance to Disneyland. Rooms were clean and spacious. Joseph at the bar downstairs is magnificent. We had the best cocktails of our trip here. Valet and front desk are top notch as well.
