Served plastic ware dining in. Wings were not even hot and over sauced with too much sauce and ranch dressing was room temp and not cold. The carrots were baby carrots and full of water at bottom of container! Fried also barely warm. Horrible slow service with horrible back of house.

Fried pickles usually good this time they showed no effort to put out good product can't even taste the pickles. Beers where flat lemonade is watered down. Not even using there own tray anymore. It just seems like they gave up in Moval. Wings where under done and tender had to be sent back because they were under cooked

Do not waste your time. Wing Stop is way better and cheaper. Waited over 30 min for our wings which came out like tiny small little nuggets for $11??? Waited another 30 minutes for our server to bring us the check. Being under staffed is Not an excuse. Not coming here again.

Eh the place had a funny smell of urine. Not very clean. The seats and walls were covered with dirty hand prints onion rings were old refried like more then once. It just smell bad in there. I can't seem to post pictures. 😕 but would not eat there again.

The wait was long. There were numerous open tables so I didn't understand why the wait. We opted to sit at the bar area and put two tables together and were told we couldn't do that. The bar area was pretty empty so I didn't understand the harm in having 5 people sitting together in an empty bar area. We asked to be seated in the restaurant area when a table became available. The server working the bar area said we couldn't move once she put our order in. The server in the restaurant area told us it would be okay. What happened to the cilche make the customer happy? When we were finally seated and ordered our food I couldn't help noticing how dirty the floors were, it looks like when they bused the tables they didn't bother to sweep the floor. Finally our food arrived most of our items were undercooked, how hard is to fry a mozzarella stick until it is golden brown? And last but not least, the service. Well this was the first time I only tipped 10 percent in my life. I have always respected how hard restaurant workers have to work so I have always been a generous tipper . I will be sure to drive the extra 15 miles to get to another BWW , were they actually care about the customer

Order some wings and the sauce suck, no flavor when I ordered garlic wings and they gave us burnt potatoes wedges because they ran out of fries for the meal. My nephew, wouldn't eat because they had burnt his wedges. The server tried to have us pay for something that we didn't get until I had to ask for the manager which took him 20 minutes to get. We spent over a $100 in food and drinks to celebrate my sister birthday and for my dad retirement.

I absolutely love coming here on buy one get one free Tuesdays. Also love coming here for sporting events like the Super Bowl, even though it can get REALLY packed here on game days. Best wings of any restaurant chain and the service is AWESOME!

They have a great deal of buy one get one free of the boneless Buffalo wings, just hate that every time I go the wings are not even fully covered in the sauce and they’re not the best temperature either so definitely not satisfied. Also, having dead cockroaches before entering, the front door is not always the best look.

I'll start with saying the waitress we had wasn't TOO bad but the fried pickles were like 11.99 and we got like 10 slices maybe, my 5 yr old got chicken tenders with mandarin oranges for her side which came in a tiny sauce cup, had to ask for our sauce twice for 2 chicken tender meals. The Pepsi was all carbonation, the fries were stale and cold. The waitress that brought us our meals tried handing my 7 yr old his plate over my head. I asked for a knife and all they could do was say sorry there are none clean. I made a comment to my husband about how this was one of the worse places we've been to in front of the manager and he turned a blind eye. I work in customer service so if that would've been my restaurant I managed I would've immediately stopped and tried to assess the situation and try to make things right. We definitely will never go back to this BWW.

Food was horrible.. $106 for mediocre, feather infested, xxtra dry(dry rub) xxtra soggy(sauced) wings. Besides the portion of the fries!!! For 9.99! The Fries were delicious! Ordered the house sampler also and it’s was the edible but unappetizing. Would’ve exchanged but our server went on break mid service and didn’t want to give the lady who finished waiting our table the hassle. *Warning! Don’t let your child try the blazin’ wings sauce! They will get sick, their stomachs CANNOT handle it.

Like every other BWW, they will have something wrong or do something wrong with your order. For our most recent visit, it was that the menu was outdated and they no longer served certain items like the Mountain Dew Legend and the wings weren't well done as requested. But the service was friendly and food was out quick and freshly cooked thanks to the timing of our visit. The app rewards definitely help soften the costs and add amusement while waiting.

It was a good experience. I haven't drank a few beers out in years. But the atmosphere and conversation was humorous and interesting that I had to join. The food was good also. They had so many TV screens. No matter the direction you are facing. There it is, a flat screen.

Definitely think the waiters and people in the front need to get on the same page, sat at a table and asked to be moved . I was told that we can move to the table we wanted when the server got back from her break as told what we could do we then proceeded to do so when she came back, then the waiter said we couldn’t sit there and then we were approached by another girl telling us the same thing. So we got up and went to the front then she came back and said go ahead and sit there just a misunderstanding. Total waste of our time and definitely unprofessional won’t be coming back!

Love the wings and variety of sauces. Place was very quiet that afternoon. Had to wait a little to get a seat. A little bit pricey, including for the sauces that are 7.25$ a bottle compared to 5.49$ at most BWW stores in LA.

Great. But you can tell they didn't want to do dishes. Even though I was dining in they gave me a plastic fork in order to save on dishes. Bar tender was quiet and didnt seem like she enjoyed her job.

Food was good, wings were fire. Service was great, our waiter was very attentive (sorry I don't have his name). Definitely will come back.

I've been sitting here for the past 30 min. after 10 min, still no drinks. We had to remind server if our drinks were ready and her excuse was "I thought they were going to bring them for me." We ordered food and appetizers. No food, no appetizers yet. And no one has updated us or checked on us whatsoever. Very disappointing. I'd understand if it was busy, but it isn't.

My experience there was horrible. They give me and my boyfriend, paper bowls and the fries were cold and stale. They had the date still on food,bowls,plates, . We had to send the fries back because they were cold and stale. I have been to different locations, and they actually give you real dish to use and real forks. instead of paper bowls and plates. I well not go back to that location how bad the food was and what me and my boyfriend had to eat of.

One of the worst restaurant experiences at this Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated and drinks brought to our table. 35 minutes later, the waitress comes to tell us that they have all orders ready, but they were out of brisket so they could not serve the brisket burger we ordered. She asked if we wanted the "All American" instead and we agreed. So we thought we'd get our food shortly. Wrong! It took about another 15 minutes. It was so long that the ice in our drinks had melted. The boneless wings were extremely salty, and the fries were cold and stiff. Not once did the waitress come to check on us to see if we needed anything else or more drinks. We had to flag the waitress down to get more drinks. It took her about 15 minutes to be back at our table just to say that they were out of Pepsi and if we wanted water instead, not a different type of soft drink, she only offered us water. At that point I told her to get me the check. Just when I thought my bad experience was over, the check is brought billing me for the brisket burger that we didn't get, and is significantly higher than a regular burger. So, we had to flag her again to get the check corrected so we could pay. I was very tempted to not leave a tip because we received a terrible service in every aspect, but I couldn't do that since I don't know if maybe they were understaffed, or there was lack of training. What I will do is not take my business to this location anymore. I paid too much money for the quality of service and food that I received.

Bought the nachos and they were so good and it was a lot of food. The waiter was amazing. She was attentive and personable

Came in to order, yes you guess it, wings! Been to a lot of BWW before. Exactly as you expect regarding food and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Checked on our table frequently. Ate at the high top bar area. Only knock here is I ordered a wing meal that came with fries and slaw. I asked to substitute a salad in place of the slaw and they told me they don't serve the slaw, just more fries. Weird.. I understand if you are out for the day, but you just don't give what is on the menu. It was fine for me because I didn't want it, just thought it was strange.

We were attempting to have a Birthday gathering sat on the patio. Approx 14 guest. No servers were available for patio area. We placed our order inside it was delivered in to go boxes to the patio. Had to request containers, napkins, sauce and dressing for our salad in order to eat the food. It was ok but not a place that I would do again anytime soon.

We had a party of 12 people, and this is our first and probable the last time that we will be here. Love the servers, the servers are neutral I would like to say so myself. However, it needs more works. Foods was acceptable, however, wait time needs more considered. Generally, it takes five minutes to look at the menu for drink and ten minutes after initial sitting for food. We have been waiting for 45 minutes for foods and drinks. Servers needs to require more training for interactions with customers and services. I do not think server is bad in any mean, but it does need more training and works. I wrote this review not to criticize, but to emphasize the weaknesses and improvement on it. Education and training are required for any staffs. Work on it, it will create more positive in the future.

I'm really happy with my experience here today. I went for my 21st birthday with my dad. The woman who took our order made me a really good drink, she brought our food out super quick and even told a couple employees it was my birthday so when they walked by they wished me a happy birthday. It was also nice because she gave me a little cup of ice cream to celebrate. I'm not a big fan of when restaurants sing for u in front of everyone so I was very happy when she just casually walked by and handed it to me. I got the hottest wings I could get, and at one point when she heard how hot I thought they were she offered to get me something else if they were so hot that I wasn't enjoying them. Overall it was really fun and relaxing experience. I'm happy I got to spend my 21st birthday there with my dad. 10/10 would 100% consider going back
