One
of
the
worst
restaurant
experiences
at
this
Buffalo
Wild
Wings.
We
were
seated
and
drinks
brought
to
our
table.
35
minutes
later,
the
waitress
comes
to
tell
us
that
they
have
all
orders
ready,
but
they
were
out
of
brisket
so
they
could
not
serve
the
brisket
burger
we
ordered.
She
asked
if
we
wanted
the
"All
American"
instead
and
we
agreed.
So
we
thought
we'd
get
our
food
shortly.
Wrong!
It
took
about
another
15
minutes.
It
was
so
long
that
the
ice
in
our
drinks
had
melted.
The
boneless
wings
were
extremely
salty,
and
the
fries
were
cold
and
stiff.
Not
once
did
the
waitress
come
to
check
on
us
to
see
if
we
needed
anything
else
or
more
drinks.
We
had
to
flag
the
waitress
down
to
get
more
drinks.
It
took
her
about
15
minutes
to
be
back
at
our
table
just
to
say
that
they
were
out
of
Pepsi
and
if
we
wanted
water
instead,
not
a
different
type
of
soft
drink,
she
only
offered
us
water.
At
that
point
I
told
her
to
get
me
the
check.
Just
when
I
thought
my
bad
experience
was
over,
the
check
is
brought
billing
me
for
the
brisket
burger
that
we
didn't
get,
and
is
significantly
higher
than
a
regular
burger.
So,
we
had
to
flag
her
again
to
get
the
check
corrected
so
we
could
pay.
I
was
very
tempted
to
not
leave
a
tip
because
we
received
a
terrible
service
in
every
aspect,
but
I
couldn't
do
that
since
I
don't
know
if
maybe
they
were
understaffed,
or
there
was
lack
of
training.
What
I
will
do
is
not
take
my
business
to
this
location
anymore.
I
paid
too
much
money
for
the
quality
of
service
and
food
that
I
received.
