Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Temple Is very popular in the surroundings of Anakapalli. This Temple is located over the hill. So all the devotees and visitors need to climb all the steps. Steps very quite steep and very tiresome. Temple is very Sacred & Famous, so that many marriages takes place inside the Temple. Ofocurse as the Temple is very remote and many were finding difficult to climb over the temple. so the visitors on regular days were very less. But on Sundays the visitors will be nominal in the range of 40-50 members. A Priest will do the offerings to Swamy on Every Sundays. This Place Gives a Amazing Views of in all the sides, of the Big Hills near by, of Anakapalli town, AMAL colleges, and gives access to visit other surroundings. Best part is to watch the Trains moving like a Kids Toys. Extraordinary moments. Many students comes to it to do their preparations, as the Place is very quite and gives lot of fresh air, and makes it a perfect place for studying for job aspirants. The Place became obscure, or less recognized as its far from the Anakapalli Town, and remote and Hard to climb (as People became weak, Day by Day). Because the place less visited, its used by Drunkards, and teenagers/ couples for illicit activities.

Road way is under construction. Saw that Purohit there is little aged and walking with help of a stick. Only Satyanarayana Swami knows how he is coming daily. Step way is also broken. Road condition is too worse to drive even a two wheeler as of now. Finally, you must be in a athletic condition to visit this Temple as little trek is required. But the views are awesome from top. I really appreciate the Purohit for helping the devotees to convey their prayers.

Good and peaceful temple upon the top of hill The temple is dedicated to lord Satyanarayana. It's considered as the branch of annavaram sri sri Satyanarayan Swami temple. A devotee can experience Complete and beautiful view of Anakapalle town which is visible from here from all around the hill top (360° view), there are two ways to reach this temple one is in the form of steps which are little steap and in recent times road way is going on (under construction 🚧) For motor vehicles. The one who seeks to relax can come here. In general the temple is opened for only for few hours in a day. The priest comes around 8:00 am and the temple is opened upto 12:00 noon In the evening it get opened around 15:00 pm and remain upto 17:00 pm or upto 16:00 pm only.

It's a nice Hill-top Temple with 300 steps approximately. Very old temple. Hill Top view is very scenic. You should not miss to visit Sri Kanaka Durga Temple located on the opposite Hill to this Satyanarayana Swamy Hill. It's hardly a kilometre distant from this Hill. You will certainly love visiting these two hills. You can spend half a day for these two temples in a relaxed way.
