B D estate is a quite place. There are mostly families here with a few student quarters as well. Roads are clean and other amenities are good as well. There are shops around so getting household goods will not be a problem for sure. In fact, you can shop for goods till 11-12 in the night.

Very well located with most of the important locations in accessible distance , greenery of North Campus and defence area makes it relatively better place to breath in Delhi , thought can not negate the fact that it’s still polluted

Nice colony Near Delhi University on Mall road. Few streets are narrow but houses and builder flats are specious.

This is an upscale residential place with big houses, quite neighbourhood, 5 min walk from Delhi University north campus

Very elegant, decent posh residential colony.

Posh colony, alot of new and old houses. A good place to stay. Filled with alot of small parks for the kids. Vishvavidhalaya Metro Station is walking distance and Kamla Nagar Market is close too.

Posh colony of Delhi built long ago. Spacious plots & houses resided by elite class. Well maintained roads and parks. Rain water drainage is a problem at some places during heavy rains.

Places nice and home beautiful

@ this place all people are aware about social distancing related to COVID 19 pandemic. Most of Sellers are now switched to Digital Payment banking which is really an appreciable step.
