Rooms r good. Food service is good. Wifi is good too Pure vegetarian hotel it is. Walkable distance to imagica

Very average hotel. Reception is just a table with PC. Rooms and spacious and decent bedding comfort. AC and hotwater facility working. Cheap/pocket friendly option but do not opt if you are wanting luxurious or the regular 3 star types. Complimentary Breakfast was ok. Location though is very convenient for Imagica visit.

Location of place is good the but in rooms neither AC nor TV nor Fans works ! And There no room service and If u try to call the management team oh sorry there is no team ....No management! The management staff replies u back after 2hrs like its just very irritating! There is no place for attaching video else I would have shown u that in restaurant there is no waiter for ur service after all u need stand up and get ur own glass for drinking water there is no one the give u a glass tooo!!!Very Bad service I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! And one more thing I switched onn the ac in morning but it couldn't cool my room till night!!!

Room allocated to us were neat and decently spacious. Corridor and stairs were a bit Dusty, probably due to construction work. Location is excellent. Hardly 10min walk to Imagica entrance. Room service was let down. Nobody picked phone at reception or restaurant. Had to go and find somebody. Overall good if you are planning to stay overnight for price you pay. All Hotel restaurant food that we ordered was of very good taste.

They charge differently to every customer, their online rate as per trip advisor was Rs 1800 but when we went there they denied us that rate and were charging us Rs 7000 per room. The room quality is okayish.. also there are just two local boys at reception they hardly know anything. Do not recommend

The hotel is still in growing face. But have good rooms but poor service as they have lack of manpower. Hotel restaurant is having good food. I like the buffet breakfast they offer.

the food is awesome the toilets are clean its of of the best hotels on NH 92 southbound right after imagica just had pretty decent dinner and the service was fast and staff is well trained the seat are small but u can addup tables and staff wont hesitate to help u with that😌

This hotel is exactly opp to Imagicaa. It's a ideal choice for people who wish to do 2 days of imagicaa parks. It's walking distance (300 mtrs) from Imagicaa so you can park your car at hotel and save ₹100 of parking fee in Imagicaa. Booking should be done directly at the time of check in or call them. Booking via mmt is costly. Breakfast is good & sumptuous.

Rooms are well maintained, gets the view of imagica park even parking space is emple so no worries the cars are safe the hotel is at walkable distance from imagica gate, no need to take the car along, the staff are helpful and we got a sudden booking even, overall a good place!

Book Sai Keshar residency opposite Imagicaa instead. It felt like we were staying in an under construction building. The photos on the internet are a hog wash. They didn't have a decent reception for their own staff. All they had was a single metal table with a few books. You then walk through a dirty banquet hall and then take stairs to the room, yes, not even a lift. Nothing worth noting in the room. Dirty. We also had a few fresh tea stains when we arrived at 10 pm. Cob webs everywhere. Even when we said, they dint bother cleaning. You would get better pillows in Indian railways than what we were given here. We had to go down to ground floor to put up a fight and get some other pillow covers which were also dirty. Despite calling them 4 hours earlier for our late checkin, we had to spend an hour getting our room cleaned and our extra beds kept. Don't go by pictures on the internet. It doesn't feel like 1 star hotel also. Lodges would be better. Breakfast was decent in taste. Idli, upma, poha, bread butter, tea. We even had dinner in this restaurant which is good. Pure veg restaurant makes it a haven for people like us. I would go back to eat at their restaurant but would stay away from staying at the hotel.

Worst hotel. No service. Rooms condition very bad. No value for money. As per the condition of the hotel it's below 1000 hotel. Really pathetic. Nonsense resturant and food. Unhygienic.......useless. never stay

This warm and welcoming hotel was dream 💐. large comfortable room with all of the amenities. nice hygienic place for lunch🥗 n dinner as well 👌

Very bad experience..Linens,pillow covers were very unhygienic..Not replaced after use.. with stains all over..Towels were found torn..Found to far below standard...not suitable for people having time and options..Charges are exhorbitent for this sub standard class.After asking them to change the linens they took 2 hrs to replace them finally..Need not mention about the room service...You can guess very well!!!..Restaurent is okie...with decent food quality..

Excellent hotel with brilliant room service, rooms are awesome . Best for friends and family stay. At a reasonable price.

Very poor service. Think twice before booking. No refund at all, If it's an emergency cancellation.waste of money And time.
