Very rude behaviour, he thinks that patient has no respect talks very rude no respect for senior citizens (tu tu karke to bt krte ) has no manners Alway comes late in OPD He should fix one time for OPD .

I am availing the services of Balaji Hospital for last 10 months. My father undergoes Hemodialysis at Dialysis Facility at this hospital. Few Points which can assist: 1. Cost: The cost of dialysis is Normal/Average cost compared to other hospitals. They charge close to INR 1300 per setting. The cost goes up to 2500-3000 depending upon dialyzer change, injections etc. 2. Facility: The dialysis center is in the basement and can be improved. The network issues are there if we want to connect to someone. 3. Staff: This is best part. Mr. Rakesh who is person In Charge for Dialysis is very approachable and always help with the tests and doubts. The Manager is also very cooperative and always respond to my calls and arrange for appointments with Dr. Baldev, the Nephrologist in the hospital 4. Doctor's Availability: This is the worst part I don't like. Doctor is only available in the second half. My father goes in morning shift (8-12) and incase we need to meet doctor, we have to wait for 1:30-2 hours which makes no sense specially after dialysis. Hopefully this shall help!!!

Worst hospital. Poor management. They don't have any definite OPD timings. They keep patients waiting even if doctor is available and doing his personal work. Very unprofessional behavior.

I wish I could give zero reviews. Today is my worst experience of my life entering this place. 1) Staff Behaviour are not Good 2) Hospital staff are not available in Reception 3) Being a Doctor I waited one hours 4) This is a place for not even a poor of the City 5) May every doctor and staff be sueued for play. 6) Peoples are treat the doctors as God and those doctors would do such these things really shameful 👍👍 Regard - Dr.Lakshay Malhotra

Dr.is very good in nature but he simply not giving you too much time to explain about illness......Thereafter if you want to return some unused medicines ....This is not possible there.... They kept me sitting there for 2 and half hrs...Still not return my medicines. The girl who was on duty in doctor room ....Just ignore my problem ... Didn't listen me properly She just made fun of this.

Highly Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff and Dr. Baldev Raj is a very good doctor having in depth knowledge and often gives discount to all needy people.

Poor service, doctor take around 4-5 to ready for clinic, staff is null, one more big fat guy sitting in doctors clinic ,call self a doctor but i think i also have many problems due to high fat. Doing unnecessary tests, like having pain in lower abdoman and he send for chest pain x-ray,,, Overall poor doctor , staff and facility

Bala ji Hospital is not a good hospital. Behaviour of the only Dr and staff in the hospital is very rude and business centric.

I’ve been visiting Balaji Hospital since 1995, so I preferred this hospital only for my elder brother’s gall bladder removal surgery. They have the most wonderful staff. May god bless them for their dedication towards saving lives.

Completely rubbish,having the worst experience ever. Operated my dad twice without knowing the actual problem and main thing they just did it without giving anesthesia. Completely wastage of money and they do not co-operate as well..
