We are homeless and almost getting into an apartment. We were suggested to come here with the impression that it was newly renovated. The manager made it very overpriced and was nonnegotiable. We stayed in a lower room to be wheelchair accessible, but it was awful. There were rat traps and it was cold and dirty. We asked to switch to a better room but there were blood stains on our microwave and bugs andit wasn't much of an improvement as far as cleanliness and warmth. We are having APD come and will try to get our money back, I don't want to spend on ne night especially after reading that theres bed bugs. I'm pregnant and do not feel safe. We even tried to clean it with bleach ourselves.

This place needs to be shut down and then tore down. It is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever seen. The guy showed us around and kept saying "its not bad right" but there were roaches crawling around, beds were slept in and never fixed or cleaned the room smelled horrible like a dumpster. The one room had boards put up across where the window use to be. Then he shows us a different room that was just as nasty and said we could stay there for just $950 a month. We got the hell out of there and I will never go back. Absolutely disgusting place. If I could rate this place negative 1,000 I would it deserves every bit of it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Showed a room and I knew right away I would have to check for bedbugs and yup there was bedbugs so we were offered another room. My friend paid for her and I for a week and I have kept the receipt and the owner would not let me back in after being gone for a few days. We were talking to him with the payee right there and the receipt with my name in it right in my hands and he grabs the receipt from my hands tore it up and threw it in the dumpster. Plus they do not offer key cards to most rooms you will have to ask an employee to unlock the door for you. AC/heater not working. No hot water. Shower head broken. No working room light. Fake fire sprinkler. No smoke alarm detector. This place needs to be shut down.

Owner didn't provide any keys to let us in at all. There's bed bugs. Gross people around. Nasty bed. Old dinosaur TV. No soap or microwave. It's ancient. Tubs are nasty. Lamp is broken. One towel only. No housekeeping service. They demand too much money for a nasty room

Cockroaches (2 different kinds) and mice. That's what you're paying to stay with, it's not your room, it's thiers. When asked to change rooms I was denied, when I said I wanted a refund. (The next morning of the first night). I was told I would only get half my money back. No one should EVER! Rent out a infested room.

I stayed there about 10 days ago and it is the worst hotel in Anchorage and probably all of Alaska. A dry cabin would have been better. I got a room that was supposedly had just been remodeled and I was the first one in there since the remodel. There was NO door on the restroom, NO table, NO sheet on the bed. The bed was NOTHING more than a roll-away. They have to put a high type of cyclone gate do to all of the homeless and vagrant people around the hotel. There is graffiti all over the outside walls along the street. There was a gentleman yelling half the night in the inside courtyard. There was also someone sitting outside a room down by the office that was coughing half the night like they could not get their breath.

Worst motel in Anchorage. The room didn't even have a key to go with it. Stopped off a friend there the other day. Visitors are charged $40 just to visit!!! She paid $110 for the worst room in Anchorage. What's the justification? G r e e d !!!

Please, please, please donโ€™t book here. Itโ€™s a terrible area. We took one look and kept on driving. It was worth our health and safety to forfeit the money and go elsewhere. We donโ€™t mind staying in a place that is โ€œdatedโ€ but the outside is 10 times worse than the photos, and the characters hanging around made it look and feel unsafe as well as nasty.

Rooms were pretty trashy, but service was much worse. Felt like we were being forced out of the lobby everytime we entered. Pulled into this hotel for one night and will never come back.

The gentleman working on night ship was amazing. He was very helpful and seemed like he enjoyed his job. The room had basic amenities, a surprisingly comfy bed, no trash can and sheets that could use an extra wash(could have been forgot to change or something) but the man took care of all our concerns and needs immediately. Fairly safe. He did NOT allow people hanging around outside which is always a big plus. Thanks my brother!

The staff was wonderful. 5 stars for the man who helped us to our room and checked us in late at night. Everything else however... We paid $130 a night in advance, as it was the most affordable in the area for the night. Upon arrival, they were offering vacancies for $90 a night. We asked why the price was so much lower and he claimed it was because we were in a newly renovated, upgraded room. This got our hopes up about the quality, but we were very wrong. The room ended up being on the very end of the hotel, overlooking the road. The last room at the end - far away from the main U-shaped block of rooms. This meant that the room was very loud at night from the busy road traffic, and the wifi did not reach. There was no elevator and the stairs were very slippery in the rain (which, given how often it rains here is a big issue). I was in a walking cast and had issues getting up and down safely. We also had trouble getting hot water - I'm assuming we were quite far from the water heaters as well. Once we got it going it seemed fine, but we had to run the water for quite some time. The pillows didn't smell very clean, so we had to cover them with our own personal belongings. They also had decorative throw pillows that didn't appear to have ever been washed. The furniture was weird - like cheap outdoor patio furniture instead of indoor furniture, and a folding guest bed instead of a proper frame and mattress. All this *might* be passable for a very cheap motel, but definitely not worth $130/night. Huge props to the staff for being awesome despite it all. I can't imagine they get very many good reviews.

If I could rate 0 I would. I helped a friend move in with her SO, there is No tv, light bulbs, theres 5 different paint colors, obvious cover ups. No bedding. She then had to use the facilities in a bag or elsewhere due to not having her toilet fixed for weeks. Then if you keep asking he throws you out.
