6 months ago on January 11th 2022 THE OWNERS/MANAGERS STOLE MY $3,600 !!! THIRTY- SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. And that was from the US Department of Treasury covid-19 rental relief funds. You stole three months prepaid rent after verifying with the agent accepting the money. Your prosecution is inevitable you will be arrested for felony Grand Theft. Also you cost me 12 months rent after I was reported you as a bad landlord. So you cost me $14,400 for rent. You failed to return the prepaid rent security deposit after failing to provide possession of the unit on January 11th and because you did it intentionally violating our agreement and then not returning my $ So You OWE ME $21,600 Without attorney fees,my cc oosts, or punitive damages. So I WILL SEE YOU SOON!!!!

Extremely filthy. Would not recommend if you have elderly, children, or a weak immune system. Mold and mildew is clearly growing on the stairwells along with other various food stains and bacteria. Stairs creak and shake every step you take and sound like they will collapse any day. The management is rude beyond belief and will start to harass you every time you walk threw the lobby for more money even when up to date. The kitchen looks like it hasnt been properly cleaned in months with burnt food and sauces rotting on the stove, pans, and counter tops. Risk of cross contamination and food poisoning is extremely high. Kitchen stove is located right next to laundry and dryer used for entire motel along with chemicals/ bleach used to clean clothing. Over priced wasger and dryer for clean laundry. Water pipes are exposed and management will yell at you if you leave your window, door open for to long. Outside is absolutely disgusting. Walkway has obviously never been cleaned. There is no way to get back inside motel once out of the side door aside threw the lobby. Management will yell at you if you crack door open when its 5° outside. The rooms are the worst part with exposed electrical items covered in packing tape as a "quick fix". The walls are so dirty they are more gray then white at this point. Toilet was NOT cleaned before check in!!! Window is broken and can not close properly as winter is about to set in. The out dated box tv from the '90s doesn't work with the remote provided and turns off when we turn the volume down. Three bulbs were burned out when we arrived in the room. A light socket has not been properly mounted and is drooping the side. HEATER DOES NOT WORK. Microwave was not cleaned out and had food stains rotting on the inside of the screen. The sheets are itchy and the blanket is thin and tacky. DO NOT COME HERE. GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY AND THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND WILL HARASS YOU AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR MONEY.

Probably the worst lodge/hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was filthy. Old furniture. Air condition did not work. Old televisions. The hallways smelled like sewer. The linens were over 10 years old. I literally slept in my clothes to avoid skin contact with blanket and sheets. Sink cold water did not work. Outside my window was the homeless and street people. The lobby was in dis repair and smelled horrible. This place really just needs to be torn down. The family that ran the building were as sweet as can be but they really need massive repairs to the property. Here is the towels they were selling if wanted to purchase.

I'm not even kidding.. There are bed bugs and roaches living in all the vents , as well as lack of hot water , AND hospitality. It looks cleaner in here now then it did when we got here , ( pretty positive we aren't getting that deposit back ). OH AND ALMOST FORGOT ,, $20.00 *per VISITOR* .

Supposed clean room has trash in it,including cigarette butts. Soon as I walked in the bathroom it's filthy and a huge cockroach is running around. High price for a trap house style motel. Very seedy part of town.

2 dollars for a roll of tissue even if I just checked in for a month. Not even a fresh roll when I checked in. Also they charge 20 dollars just to have a visitor. What hotel does that? Guys reason, "we're a business". Never stay here again. Any other hotel I've stayed in NEVER charged to have a visitor.. dumb

This is a nasty roach motel ran by slum lords, who went into my room when i wasn't there and stole my food and personal belongings. I called APD & the thieves (owners) told the police to tell me to sue them In court. Not to mention, I paid $1000 for the month plus a $500 security deposit, & my room was NASTY DIRTY & obviously hadn't been cleaned. When i mentioned it to the lady, she told me to clean the room myself and if i didn't like it, I could move and NO ReFund! So after my 30 days was up, i cleaned the hell out that room just to make sure i got my full $500 deposit back & they refused to give me the full amount. I got $300 back saying that they were charging me for electric and also, for a "Master Clean"? ! Are u kidding me? ! DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE! ! !

Nothing that everyone else hasn’t said. Bed bugs. I got eaten pretty bad and I’m worried theyll travel with me. Don’t stay here.

I enjoyed my stay. Could have changed a couple of things. I understand the location is something you can't change but how they confronted the homeless people was, in my opinion, unprofessional. The room was clean. It would be my fourth or fifth pick of all the hotels in Anchorage.

This hotel has bedbugs and cocktail roaches can't even sleep at night cause bedbugs bite you...

Clean and affordable managememt cares about you an your comfort

Suspicious owners who take advantage of people who have no other choice; only accept cash, no written agreements, no notices and take deposits with no reasoning. Would be interesting to see if this place gets investigated soon

Did not speak English very well and checked us in when we didn't want to yet then stole 600 for having to cancel

People that work there and owner is very rude they try to charge you just to go in to visit even before curfew which would be about 8:00

It's a great place, service is great & location is prime.
