along the road and about ten kilometers stretch magnificent rice terraces ... you also have to take small paths on the right and hard on the left to have different points of view! less spectacular than that of Banaue and sagada but really very very interesting at the end there is a very very beautiful waterfalls where UNFORTUNATELY the rain, that day was starting to fall we could see most of the waterfalls of Bohol with some superb natural pools and nice blue waters!

What a beauty of nature and rice fields! The fun part is walking through a very narrow path before reaching a small hill where you can see the amazing view of the rice fields and the small town. The short walking journey is not that easy if you're not used to balancing but can be rewarding when you reach the top of the hill. Enjoy the walk and the sun :)

This place is so beautiful! We had to hire a private driver from panglao as there are no tours organized to rice terraces, which I find a big mistake as this place is much more beautiful than chocolate hills and loboc river combined. I definitely recommend! For 100php you get a guide who walk you through the rice terraces for around one hour. Best day we had in bohol ❤❤

First time here, and I am in awe of God’s wonderful creation. We spent P200 for two guides only, number of guides will differ depending on how many pax you are. We were 12, so we needed two.

Beautiful rice terraces to visit, perhaps one of the most beautiful spots of the island!

Such a beautiful place to connect with nature! As a Filipino living in Manila, I realized how blessed I am when I met the people living around the terraces! I really felt emotional upon leaving the place. They are all so welcoming and humble… wish I could help them someday so elevate the tourism there. there’s a 100 peso tour guide fee! That’s nothing compared to what they have to go through to tour us around. Give more if you are able. They are one of the nicest people you’ll meet in all of the Philippines! This place is not advisable with kids and with senior citizens. But i brought my 2 year old with me. Took us almost an hour to reach the summit! If you are coming here with friends and family and dont feel like trekking, you can come to Eleuterio Restaurant and you’ll get a panoramic view of the terraces. There’s a nearby waterfalls. You have to visit there also! The stairs going to the falls from Eleuterio is around 400 steps. The view is breath-taking! And the falls have at least 7 pools where you can dip and swim.

30 pesoa maksoi alueelle saapuminen. Näkymä ei ihan vastannut kuvia mitä netistä näkee. Alueelta on kävelyreitti alas missä on vesiputous.

Plain ricefield, 2 hrs drive from panglao but worth it to just chill and enjoy the scenery. Entrance fee is just P30
