We visited Cazulas to view as a potential wedding venue and it seemed lovely. The condition of us being able to provisionally book the venue was for us to send flight confirmation across for our intial viewing. This was confirmed and we were requested to ensure that if there were any delays that we informed the owner as she had to travel up from the coast (even though we were travelling from the U.K!). Having arrived early with our young son on the date and time scheduled, we were left waiting. After 30 minutes we rang the owner to find that she had completely forgotten our appointment and would not be able to meet with us whilst we were there. We were left extremely upset and dishearted having travelled all that way. We gave her the benefit of doubt thinking that there would be an apology of some sort to follow....but absolutely nothing. Please be warned about the terrible communication and lack of customer service if you are thinking of booking this venue as we would hate for it to happen to someone else.

Made a deposit in 2020 which was obviously canceled, was told that I would be able to rebook for a different date, however they just don't respond to my emails so be careful they're very happy to steal thousands if dollars and then never respond. I've written so many emails, no respond. The heartbreaking thing is we wanted to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, we got married there in 2010 and now and now they won't even give us a common courtesy of responding.

As a wedding photograher - Palacete de Cazulas is one of my favourite venues in Spain. Such a beautiful and unique place!

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate the marriage of my nephew and his beautiful bride. What a magnificent setting for such a romantic occasion. The Palacete is in the most stunning setting and the gardens are full of fruit trees. The place is lovely and ideal for a family celebration. The rooms are quite dated and communal areas are like a museum but believe me when I say it adds to the charm of the place. There is so much to explore and the view from the top of the bell tower is fabulous. The accommodation was clean and there was an abundance of towels provided for use at the pool. The place is self catering and the kitchen is well equipped. Getting to the palacete is interesting as the roads are steep, narrow in places and quite windy. I am not a fan of mountain roads but coped ok with the journey. Don't expect 5* luxury but love it for what it is.

I had probably my best holiday ever here and I can't wait to go back. The scenery is amazing, I was out for a run every morning and straight in the pool afterwards. The villa itself is fantastic, I was delighted to find a pool table. Add to that the tennis court and amazing gardens and this made a dream holiday. I'd highly recommend this for a small wedding or extended family.

👍👍 What an amazing place, I would highly recommend anyone who is capable to visit. Visited in September 2021. You follow a road of of Otivar for about 3km before turning left here you pay to access. From here is a 15-20 drive to the car parks depending on how confident and good your car is. Once parked...
