Very poor customer service at kitchen department! I signed and deposited my kitchen in February 2023 and still haven't got it, after three months have passed already. They even refuse to provide a delivery date! On my complaint that I cannot sit home and wait all summer, they say it is all my fault because I signed what they suggested! Not helpful, not friendly, not customer orientated service at all, cannot be recommended to anyone.

We were looking for basketball shoes for my son. The lady at the sport department was very helpful and service oriented. This was the best expirence I have ever had in a sport shop.

I used to love this chain but lately something wrong happened. In the English Court nobody actually speaks English, I must communicate via a translator app. Last week I was supposed to get 10% reward card if my purchase but they failed to put the money on the card. What a horrible, time consuming experience.

Nice and spacious Mall as per Corte Ingles Mall standart. Good location ,Cafeteria on the outside premises with nice seaside Port view. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly staff.

This el corte ingles has everything imaginable, however it is a bit expensive. The supermarket has many interesting items, or "hypermarket" as they call it. The parking is free and it is in the center of the city. There is a lovely view of the port from the top floors. I went there a couple years ago and the guy told me not to sleep on the mattress. For that reason I am giving a low rating. There is also no food court available like at other el corte ingles locations.

The cafeteria upstairs is really good, would gladly recommend it. Corty sandwich and the Caesar salad was very tasty.

on previous buys have had good service, but this time i bought a 65 in television, it was brought to my house and practically dumped there i cannot get it changed to english audio and a chinese voice is talking constantly i have returne three times made numerous calls to no avail,this is not what i expect a service is from a store like cortes inglis,,

Very big shop. No such good restaurant like in Sevilla though. Anyway coffee shop looked decent one.

Service is always less than anywhere else in Spain. We need another department store option desperately! Great selection if only pleasant, willing to help staff other than at a cash register existed and even at the register they are surly. Must be bad management.
