This is the second time we have used this clinic-first for my eldest daughter when she had an ear infection and today with my youngest daughter who had abdominal pain. Both times the staff were fantastic, went above and beyond! A huge thank you!

We can highly recommend Clinica Santa Cecilia. My son was treated at the clinic, after he became ill on holiday. The medical care was excellent, the staff were very kind and professional. My son's medical issues were resolved so he could travel home.

We feel so fortunate that the Clinica Santa Cecilia was recommended to us by the local pharmacist two years ago. Dr. Anthony is a gifted physician, extremely knowledgeable in all areas, reassuring and passionate. Her waiting room, with the lovely classical music and extremely interesting reading material, provides a calm oasis when you first arrive. Nurses Mariole and Christina are lovely and add so much to the practice. My partner also dealt with the urologist, Dr. Daniel Garcia Flores, and was very impressed. Thank you Clinica Cecilia 💜💜 my sister completely ripped up her leg walking in a construction area & we rushed here. the doctor and nurse treated her soooo correctly, and even spoke to our home doctor over the phone to organise her follow up treatment once we got back. there were loads of stitches. actually, I think the head Cecilia doctor may be a surgeon??? the scar should be tiny & our home doctor was super impressed by the work. anyways it was all super convenient and the also clinic inside was so pretty !!!

Visiting from Seattle, a week after having minor face surgery to remove a patch of skin cancer. Went to this clinic to follow-up and remove the stitches and was pleased beyond expectations. Mariola (not sure I spelled her name right) was caring and wonderful. BTW, loved the music and feel of the clinic. Highly recommend.

Over the last few years my spouse and I have travelled from Canada to visit Nerja quite a few times. Both of us have had need for the care of a doctor from time to time, for reasons from pretty minor health issues to a quite serious medical event. We discovered Clinica Santa Cecilia and Doctor Anthony about ten years ago. Whenever we have needed medical care while staying in Nerja, we have found that Dr. Anthony and all of the staff of the clinic have provided care that is professional, courteous and efficient, with a perfect touch of caring and humanity. Knowing that Clinica Santa Cecilia is there to serve has made it possible for us to continue to visit Nerja as we age without fear for our well being during our visit. My husband and I were so happy to have found a wonderful practice, the staff are excellent and Dr. Anthony is the best! Unlike other Doctors she takes the time to take care of her patients, you will never feel rushed as she spends quality time making her diagnosis. The list of services they provide from Wellness, Health and Beauty are endless!

Dr. Anthony is amazing and if you need medical attention at all she is the person you want to see. don’t be put off by her truly incompetent receptionist. she made no effort to help or try to understand and could not answer simple questions plus was incredibly rude and hostile. The doctor had to come out on several occasions to help the receptionist with basic things. yikes. once you get past the front desk the experience is exceptional. thank you doctor!

Thanks to the lovely staff at Clinica Nerja. Thank you so much for your understanding of our needs regarding COVID testing for our daughter who has Downs Syndrome, Autism and Epilepsy. We were extremely concerned that she may find the test traumatic and stressful however you handled the situation beautifully, putting her mind at rest, allowing her to see myself and her dad get our tests first and being incredibly gentle when carrying out her test. This was all much appreciated. We will ensure that as many people as possible who are travelling with others with additional needs know about your practice. We are also grateful that despite asking for a LAMP test, you advised that an Antigen test would suffice thereby saving us £50 per person. Thanks again.

Great experience at this small, welcoming clinic today getting a covid test for travel. Staff were friendly and efficient and sanitizing was constant and thorough throughout the time of my surprisingly pleasant visit. Classical music playing and homely touches really settled my nerves! Clear and fast communication via the website and by email. I 100% recommend :-)

Dr Anthony & her team responded very swiftly & ran diagnostics on site. She explained my condition in great detail; something that hadn’t been done previously in the UK. I was given appropriate medication & am awaiting results of tests from Spain now I’m back home. I would not have been able to board the flight home had it not been for their prompt intervention.

My wife as well myself were treated in this clinic in 2022 en 2023, both for severe illness. After registration we were able to come the same day and received a very adequate treatment. Doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and most helpful. We recommend this clinic to everyone.

I can't recommend this clinic highly enough. Dr. Anthony is a world-class physician. My partner and I were lucky to find her, and she became our regular doctor during the years we spent as expats in Spain. We came all the way from Granada for appointments. We found the clinic because we wanted an English-speaking doctor, after struggling to find care in the Spanish system, but that was really just the start. Dr. Anthony took care of me through a shattered kneecap, three slipped discs, and a bout of pneumonia among other things. I truly don't know what would have happened if we hadn't found her. Arranging tests and MRIs and getting personalized care can be nearly impossible in Spain, and we were so fortunate to have her there for us at every step of the way. She's very straightforward, down-to-earth and caring, will push for safe and natural remedies where possible, and takes a holistic approach, not just dealing with the immediate problem. For instance, during my recovery for my back, she gave me a set of exercises that I had never heard of anywhere else, that have helped me strengthen my back and prevent a recurrence several years on. 5 stars!

What a joy to have Dr. Anthony close by during my extended Covid stay in Spain. Excellent medical services and covid testing for my visitors and me from a skilled and cheerful medic. I can't recommend her and her clinic enough!

Dr Anthony and the team at Santa Cecilia are first rate. They speak English, have direct access to many specialists and their rates are reasonable (important if you are paying directly). Knowing that we have this medical team at our disposal during our stays in Nerja means a lot to us and gives us huge peace of mind.

I can not recommend Dr Anthony highly enough. I had a series of complex and unpleasant infections that she has treated effectively, giving me generous amounts time, care and understanding throughout.

As a recent transplant from the USA, it has been difficult finding a primary care physician in Andalucía, especially due to my limited ability in Spanish. It was truly a blessing finding Clinica Sta. Cecilia. As a practitioner of evidence-based medicine, Dr. Paula Anthony listens carefully to understand the patient’s problems, and recommends the appropriate path for treatment. She has already helped me through a surgery (done at a Malaga hospital) as well as the care of ongoing medical issues. I continue to see Dr. Anthony as my primary care doctor, even though we live in Salobreña about 30 minutes away. Christina and Mariola are excellent nurses, who are very caring and helpful. I highly recommend Clinica Sta. Cecilia for their professionalism and caring service with a human touch, a rare combination to find.

I have been to clinica Cecilia various times usually when my children were sick and sometimes for myself and with my mother. Everytime we received really friendly, professional and well informed treatment. I have complete faith in all the staff there. I have never felt rushed and they are all very attentive. What was really lovely was that it is such a homely and unclinical setting, with lots of fresh flowers and you will even sometime be lucky enough to find delicious cakes on offer! Now I have just moved away from Nerja, I am sadly sure I will never find a doctor's clinic quite like it :-(

I approached Clinica Santa Cecilia in Nerja after receiving very poor assistance from the Spanish Health Service as well as some private urology surgery. Doctor Anthony is very experienced and caring and her nurses are very capable. After several consultations with her urologist, Doctor Daniel Garcia Flores, and a second surgical procedure, I am now more optimistic about my health. I will now use the clinic for all my primary health needs in future.

Brought our 3 year son to this clinic after calling them - they sent out doctor to house within the hour and then had us visit the clinic where Dr Antony and Dr Caspi treated my son . Amazing Service and wonderful, kind manner with our son. Cannot speak highly enough of this clinic.

I wanted to thank you for the covid-19 testing service. It was stress-free, and the clinic felt very calm. Absolutely carefree experience. I would wish more places would be like this one. Also, it hit the right spot to find Dr. Greger's books - the same ones as we have at our home.
