    Hi, I'm an italian tourist in Seville, this morning with my family we had a problem with one of our glasses. We went to this General Optical, in front of the Parasol, and we couldn't make a better choice. We have found a really professional and kind optician, Jose David, who solved our barline problem within minutes. I want to publicly thank you because you actually saved our journey! Nevertheless, the shop is very large, well lit and with many glasses neatly displayed. Surely you are spoiled for choice when buying one!

Cuando he ido a la óptica para decirles que no veo bien y que era porque mi graduación ha aumentado bastante (en pocos meses) y por saber si podían cambiarme las lentillas que me sobran por otras con mi graduación real, me han dicho que no, que no se puede hacer nada y que lo único sería comprarme unas nuevas. Entiendo que cada empresa tienen sus políticas y si se tratara de algo relacionado con el ocio, una ropa o algo menos importante lo entendería pero estamos hablando de la visión de las personas, de que no veo y les da igual. Me he gastado 140 euros en unas lentillas que no me sirven y como han pasado 3 meses no me las cambian…ahora me toca invertir en otras lentillas, evidentemente en otro sitio. Hoy me pueden borrar de la base de datos de clientes, porque después de que se equivocaran con mi graduación lo único que pedia era descambiar las lentillas para no sentirme estafada como me siento ahora. Una pena. Seguramente de esto solo reciba una respuesta automática.
