Visited the store at the end of May 2022 and was welcomed warmly though stocks were very scarce (almost NIL). The lovely Maria attended to all my questions and we tried on a couple of models and exchanged contacts. The owner very kindly said let me know what you want and we can try sourcing it. A few weeks later I ordered my fluted datejust with the bright blue dial and (to my surprise and delight) after 4-5 days was told it was at the store and ready for collection … when I was back in Spain (mid July) I went to collect and was taken into the ‘presentation suite’ (don’t know what else to call it) at the back of the store where we tried on the piece and had the links adjusted …. Extremely good service and attention to detail. Very happy with my purchase and with the amazing service I received. Highly recommended …

Amazing customer service! I visited the jewelry at the beginning of October looking for a watch for my wife birthday. As expected, there was no availability, but Mrs Maria was very kind, and my wife could see the watch she would like and we were told to come back again . We went beginning of November, Mrs Kati had the same warm attitude, and after a nice talk and looking again the watches, I had the opportunity to leave the phone number. With my great surprise, one week after I received a message that the watch was available. When we went there the day after, since it was the week of our wedding anniversary, Mrs Kati gave us a present as well, we really appreciated! Definitely a 5 star jewelry. Being a regular at the Costa del Sol it is always nice to come to this beautiful shop. The company invested in a beautiful new Rolex “only” store just next to their (also) beautiful main building. Once you come in you are greeted by the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who knows all the details about the watches that they have for sale. The staff really took the time to tell in details about how the watches work and could answer every question that i had. Once you’re ready for your purchase you are moved to a very discrete but beautiful room where you can do i final fitting and do the payment without any prying eyes. I love coming to this store and i would like to thank the staff for a memorable experience and hope to come back soon.

My recent experience at Ideal Marbella was fantastic. I was very kindly taken care of by a great team, and in particular Maria Luisa. From start to finish, it was an experience I will never forget. Needless to say, I will definitely shop there again!

We newly visited the store and were genuinely amazed by the friendliness and competence the staff provided. I have been on the lookout for a particular watch for a while, and it turned out that they had the exact model and color I was looking for in-store. In no time, the watchmaker had it professionally sized, and it was on my wrist. As we live abroad, they also took care of all the Tax-papers. We will come back!

The store tried to steal a gold piece of my Rolex bracelet. I had asked them to fix the bracelet and the manager only gave me my piece of gold back after after arguing with me. I said I wouldn’t leave the shop without it. The manager reluctantly fetched the piece and tossed it into the tray infront of me trying to humiliate me and then strode off. It was extremely ugly of him. I will never go back. Keeping bits of gold is theft!!! In other countries Rolex representatives are very professional and friendly. I don’t understand how they can represent a brand like Rolex. If the shop now answers ” write us an email,” I will go in and write in their ” libro de reclamaciones!”

Worst boutique I went in my whole life, the seller I don’t know his name because he was scared to tell me (he looks like tanned with black glasses) insulted me and disrespected me a lot. I am shocked and I don’t recommend anyone to go there. I go all around the world In all the luxury shops and it’s the first time this happen. They have a big lack of professionalism.

I visited this store in August 2023 with my son. I was warmly greeted by Sanjay. I informed him I wanted a watch that was durable but not fussy. It was a big purchase for me so I was nervous. Sanjay was not at all pushy and was very helpful in assisting me to reach a decision. The watch was adjusted immediately once I purchased and I was given a flute of Champagne to celebrate. The sebcie was excellent and I feelt Sanjay would understand what I wanted and why I was making this generous purchase for myself. My son was delighted witnessing the whole thing. I received a very professional and pleasant treatment from Kati in December 2022 when buying my first Rolex. From the moment I stepped into the store for the first time (completely unaware that I would spontaneously buy a watch) until the deal was completed a few days later. Kati took her time introducing me to my new watch and patiently answered all my questions. Buying my first Rolex was an unforgettable experience, many thanks to Kati! The store manager and other staff were also nice and helpful!

Terrible authorized rolex dealer, all of the employees are mean, rude, and arrogant. I don’t even know how they got to be an authorized dealer for any of their brands as they treat clients like they are dirt. The blonde lady with short hair, behaves as if she is the one paying for the watch and not you.

My wife and I visited Shashi today. We were both delighted to be personally invited into the comfortable and relaxing Rolex Boutique. Shashi was able to show us a number of different models. The approach of everyone in the store was totally professional and Shashi’s knowledge, and the advice that he was able to give us, not only about the Rolex watches but other jewellery was more than helpful. Further to this, Shashi was also able to give us helpful advice regarding the possibilities or not of reclaiming EU VAT when we return to the UK. We will have no hesitation in visiting this beautiful shop with all of the helpful staff next time we are visiting Spain or alternatively recommending anyone else to visit the store.

I bought my first special watch in 2006 from one of their boutiques . Over the years I have been lucky to purchase from 3 of their boutiques. Recently I visited their new boutique in Puerto Banus and as always Shashi gave an excellent friendly professional service. I really appreciate him getting me the watch for a special birthday. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to visit again soon. I Highly recommend a visit to one of their boutiques. They have a excellent selection of watches and jewellery.

I visited the store in June and attempted to purchase a ring, it was sent away to be sized and then I was told it wouldn't be ready in time before I returned home to the UK. I explained that I would be returning in August and would pay for the ring on my last visit and collect it in August. I was told I could pay on collection. I arrived and sent a message saying I would collect it this week. They responded to arrange a time for me to come in to the shop. Today I went into the shop to be told the ring was lost by the courier. It was very clear that this was simply untrue and the ring had been sold to someone else. Rather than telling me over the phone they got me back into the shop to try to get me to purchase something else having offered no apology! I would not recommend this shop.

Sayed was fantastic. I called the store to ask if they had a watch i was interested in. At the time they did not but he took my details and messaged me a few days later to state he has received a few watches that may be of interest. I went down and purchased a watch straight away. The experience was great, service professional and would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
