I took my MacBook Pro here on 21Oct2015 to have my battery replaced. This is the closest store in the area that can work on Apple products. I was told that the battery had to ordered from Madrid and that it would take about 5 days to get the part and repair it. I returned to the store on 30Oct2015 to pick up my MacBook figuring that 9 days would be plenty of time to repair a battery. When the technician pulled up my info, I was told that the battery hadn't even been ordered from Madrid yet, and it would take another five days to repair the item. It should not take 14 days to replace a battery. This is totally unsatisfactory and I will not be returning here, instead I will personally order the part from Madrid and repair myself. I can't believe the store doesn't even carry batteries in stock.

If I could leave no star I would. Every time we go here they find every excuse not to fix our apple phones. Plus we dropped off a phone and they never called us to let us know they couldn’t fix it or even would pick up a phone when we tried to call for an update. Avoid this store. It will be a waste of your time.

If you need a part, call to see if their repair technician is there. They have the part I need but won't let me buy it/pay then have it shipped without this so important person. Seems like they have no ability to sell items. If only you can buy parts on the Apple website...

Friendly and helpful, but unfortunately said they do no repair iPad screens there because of the cost (i have a mini and an air less than a year old but I guess couldn’t fix these under the normal apple care discount). The employee I worked with didn’t speak much English and my Spanish is pretty limited but were able to get by with google translate

Experienced incredible service by Cristian and Noelia. I dropped my phone in the toilet and iPhone was disabled. Both Noelia and Cristian helped me restart my phone and on another occasion download my contacts. Both of them could speak enough English to assist me which was a huge relief. Grateful I was not forced to buy a new device and they helped me restore my iPhone. Highly recommend this store and these two customer service representatives.

We recently bought an iPhone 7 plus here as a replacement for my wife's iphone 7, which was unfortunately stolen from her purse recently in Barcelona. After a couple of other difficult days in Spain, we were very pleasantly surprised at the level of service and effort that went into her purchase. José Aragón, who was the salesman, did an excellent job explaining to my wife the various options that were available, making sure she knew that while it was the right model with the right memory, it didn't have the colors she wanted. He was also very kind to allow us to send in my passport number later to avoid paying the VAT tax, and explained the customs process. They were also quite patient with out 2 year old boy who can be quite a handful (in this case, running back and forth through the auto-open doors a dozen times or more). All in all a good experience (although it still seems pricey to me - but that's on Apple), and I would recommend them to anyone shopping for Apple products near Cadiz. As for my wife, she really loves the features on the 7 plus - and has grown to even like the color scheme.

Official Mac stuff, savvy Mac advice, good selection, good prices. Not cheap, though. These are genuine Apple products. They also have Apple-compatible accessories of course, which will be less expensive. If you’re here for business or doing the digital nomad thing, you can get a proper Mac plug for Spanish outlets here— just buy the Spanish iPhone wall plug for 23euros and you can slip the actual wall attachment off that plug and swap it onto your MacBook charger block, no matter what kind of plug your current block has. The sales person can demonstrate this for you. It’s super easy and offers a much more secure and stable connection than using yet another adapter between your plug and the wall socket. (Just one example of how helpful these folks are!)
