Rather disappointed in this store. Checked online for a samsung galaxy 5 Pro watch, it was supposed in stock. Once in the store they could not find it and I had to order it. They could not ship to home address so we had to drive back to the store 2 days later. They had a promotion for a free wristband. Of course, they were out of stock despite still having the promotion in the store. Impossible to order the wristband even I wanted to pay for it. I had to do it online. In conclusion, the Website does not reflect the reality of stores and staff are not aware of promotions. They look like working is a chore for them.

Managed to buy something so not all bad. Service was a bit chaotic but the prices were competitive and they did have what we wanted.

The store is really well organized. Very Welcoming experience. Neat and Clean and tidy. Price is also very competitive. But unfortunately I couldn't find latest models of Iphone Ipad on display.

The sale process was nice and the person really helpful but once the sale was completed the experience changed completely. I was told the appliance would be delivered the day after but unfortunately it didn't. I decided to wait one more day but since i didn't hear from them I called. They informed me that they have too many deliveries and the first slot was 3 days later. I imagine that if i didn't call they would have never delivered the appliance. Really bad after sale's customer experience.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite online, I used it only once. Than I changed my mind and brought it back within 30 days but they refused to give me a refund. I showed them their "Verkoopsvoorwarden" which also declares my right for the refund and I've still got No as an answer by the district manager. Don't buy anything, because they don't respect their own rules...

Love how clean and organized the shop looks like, and they have a great offer of products. Most of the staff speaks English which is very helpful for the expat community. Delivery service is also very reliable 👍
