Reservation for two nights. I asked for a Change of dates but wasn’t possible (watch out). I accepted that and paid in advance and rearranged my schedule accordingly. When i entered the flat though it was Incredibly dirty. Certain places should be closed by the police and get the licence revoked. There is Mold in the shower and bathroom as can be seen in the pics. Even worse The Mattress was dirty and with insects. Dust everywhere and a broken fridge. In the end i had to leave one day earlier due to the conditions of the flat and pay on top one additional night elsewhere. I personally find unacceptable that flats are rent out in those conditions. The host was not present.

We booked this room for several days and the studio smelled of cat urine and feline in general. Damp moldy smells were throughout the studio. I have severe asthma allergies and after being there about 15-20 minutes I had to go to the 24 hour emergency care clinic. I offered to show proof of medical visits and the owner said the property was non refundable even though we did not stay. And he was able to rent the place or again. Prior to arriving the owner was notified that I had tested positive for covid upon arriving to Europe and was in the hospital for several days. I tried cancelling in advance due to this and was told that I would lose my money. The booking was still over a week out when I first contacted him. Two days after being released we went to the studio. I did say I would convalesce there since we were paying anyway. It was terribly dirty and dusty and the smell was putrid! Unfortunately I didn't do my due diligence in reviewing his reviews. For that I am to blame. I have realized if you have anything negative to say about this studio, the owners immediate response to me and to others is that we are trying to get revenge. I'm not sure what type of revenge we would be getting his pocket is staying full from people arriving and leaving. I'm a seasoned traveler and this was the worse experience that I have encountered in 35 years of travel. Very very poor customer service and attitude.

The studio felt like a home away from home in a great location. We were on the first floor and had a nice view into the street below. Very close to Grand Place, the Metro and many many restaurants. There were a few things wrong in the studio but I still highly recommend.

We stayed at the top floor studio. Two rooms, an "office" area, kitchen, an open terrace (we did not use because it is February, quite cold). The linen was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pillow was good (particularly because was not very thick). Good kitchen, well equipped, it has everything you need in case you want to eat at home. Such a great experience. The owner and his assistant are very friendly. I read the reviews of people that stayed at the bottom floor and did not have a good experience, I am so sorry for them. We were happy.

Very authentic apartments in the building from the 17th century. We booked the ground floor and was afraid about the apartments without windows. But the ventilation system is made in a very good way, so it was OK to stay here during hot summer. The apartments have a bit of mold, but it's not crucial. It has kitchen with everything you need , even some tea/coffee and microwave. Shower is small, but also has everything, including hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, towels. The bedroom has big bed, the mattress is a bit old as you can smell vinegar, and it is quite soft. Hope they will change it soon. Also we found iron and dryer for clothes. The staff is very nice, they allowed to leave baggage before checkin time. The location is perfect, you can reach the city center and lots of restaurants on foot. Considering lower price than average prices in Brussels, I would recommend this apartments.

This is a hidden gem in Brussels. Very nice room, bathroom and amazing location, only 10 minutes walking from Grand Place. A few pubs and restaurants are located just beside the studio. Tram and buses less than 10 min walking. Great spot! The staff is friendly and polite. The lady who was waiting for our arrival is such a nice person. The room is unbelievable, comfortable and I loved the decor. Tidy and clean, fresh, with a fan and large window. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. I recommend and I’d come back for sure.
