Not even one star for being so rude. Service oriented zero. The guy is so bored that he does not even want to get out of his chair. Not to mentioned that he asked me if I put back the article that I initially took! And there are young people out there , looking for jobs!

Wanted to change product. They told me it's not possible in their Brico-shop, only in the original Brico-shop. Although I mentioned that this particular shop is closed on Sundays (was the reason in the first place I went there), they insisted that I should go this shop. All to arrive at a closed shop, without being able to swap product. Poor service of a chain like this.

This store deserves "0" stars which is unfortunately not possible. The owner is quite possibly the rudest and most arrogant person, and the only reason he is in business is because people in the area have no choice but to go to this brico as the next closest store is 20 minutes away. Zero customer service and despite coming frequently to make purchases for upkeep of our home which is on the same street and spending hundreds of €'s here, the owner is a jerk every time I'm in the store. Every questions is too taxing on his time, and too stupid and ignorant to merit an answer. I just bought a new fan here since it's 33 degrees outside and upon opening the package - one of the pieces is already broken. I go to return it and he immediately accuses me of having dropped or broken it and when I asked if I could at least buy a replacement piece he snidely remarks that they are not a replacement parts service and that I can call the Brico central phone number to request a refund or help.... Avoid at all costs unless your life depends on it...

This is a very helpful home and garden store. My French is very weak still, but the staff helped me in both French and English. I really appreciated that they didn't immediately switch to English when I was practicing, but switched for parts where it was necessary. I wouldn't have been able to find what I needed without their help. Thanks!

Great team friendly helpful mostly English speaking. A little small so you won't find every thing but you can get all the important stuff !

Brico was good. Everything you might need from this kind of bricolage store in the middle of the city. A bit pricey, but that's the spirit of the game I guess. The personnel was helpful.

This place used to be so nice I always felt comfortable entering there, it was always relaxed and helpful. Now they have new employees that are rude and unprofessional. Plus it’s the only Brico I know that has the lowest selections of any product

staff knows the products, they are nice and helpful. If you have the choice go to this one. much better than brico etterbeek.
