What a beautiful peaceful place to enjoy lunch lakeside and enjoy a wonderful relaxing walk... Went to a car show here and it was perfect!

Such a cool place. This lake has several areas to pull over and fish or walk. It’s home to the rowing center so it’s cool to see the rowers as well.

Melton Lake Park is a wonderful place to walk, bicycle, canoe, kayak or just hangout. It is on the lake and has gorgeous views. There are benches along the lake to sit on. There are walking/cycling trails, bathrooms and kayak rentals.

Nice little park but I spent my time on the greenway which is very nice as it runs alongside the lake/river. It's got a couple of big hills on the way to Halls ridge, but it's a wonderful ride.

Nice clean park. Plenty of parking. Covered eating area. Paddle boat rentals available for reasonable price. Good size play ground area and a nice view too.

Beautiful park. Nice pavilion with picnic tables, fun play structure, great walking path, convenient outhouse.

Beautiful and spacious park with lots of birds and paths to walk and run.

Very beautiful and well kept. Just stopped for a minute to let my dog stretch her legs, and take a few pics. It has a great side road that runs the length of the lake for walking, jogging, bicycling.

It's a great place to go on a run or go biking. They also have boat races all the time that you can watch. There is also a very well kept playground.

Great park for cycling/running/walking along Melton Hill Lake. There is a decent playground and covered eating area. Sad to see so much littler along the shoreline, but this place is beautiful.

Playground is nice and the walking trail is paved and mostly flat. Perfect place to bring kids on bikes with training wheels or enjoy a peaceful walk by the lake. Beautiful.

Very nice Greenway along Melton Hill lake. Great place for family outings!! There is a large pavilion with a playground adjacent to it. There is a boat launch but it is rather steep. There is an outdoor center that you can rent kayaks and other various things from.

What a really nice place to walk, swing, boat, photograph, watch college rowing competitions, rental, lessons...sit on a bench and watch the water and fowl.

Lots of great views as you walk by the river and a nice smaller playground for little kids. We were there right at dusk as the fog started to roll in from the water. It was a really nice place to have a peaceful evening with the family. The only real downside is that area gets very busy during rowing events.

Great place to walk, run or bike. Nice small park area for kids with an adjacent pavillion with picnic tables. Good paved walking paths. Our dogs love to go here. Walking path is several miles long in total. A number of large rowing events are held here as well. Restrooms and portajohns available. Boat docks available. Kayak, pedal boats and other items available to rent.
