Worst customer experience. Cashier will not accept single items in cart and not willing to give a bill to the customer. #Trends please educate your staff that bill is mandatory even if we purchase single piece of item to the customer.

Worst management in Giddalur store They are not allow to take any products before 9 pm also Actually I went to store 8.40 pm and they refused to rise a bill to my selected things because of already the counter has been closed All this happened before 9pm only I won’t suggest to go trends The staff is doing well with their convenient timings only Hope the divisional manager also is supporting them in the time management, that’s why they are doing like this

Staff are not professional. They keep on arguing infront of customers. Need improvement in their behavior.

Worst management, they were in a hurry to close shop,they just rearranged my selected items into seleves without even asking wether i purchese or not.

pathetic management ... i dont understand how the franchise was given to such unprofessionals .... they are always in a hurry to close the shop ...i ve visited at 8:00 pm (closing time mentioned as 9:30 pm in google) ..... wont even let us to look around the shop.....the cashier and the security were the worrrrrst.... the world would be a better place if such peolpe sit in their homes rather than trouble the customers .... hope the concerned takes action, if they can
