The temple is such a beauty, and the the rituals are so beautiful to watch . The special queue was there, which costs around 200 rs pp. ,but is ideal if you are on a short visit. The area is a bit crowded, along the road, and is such a busy place, also the temple pond is under renovation. But otherwise it is a very serene temple.

Padmavati temple is named after Goddess Padmavati, wife of Lord Shree Venkateshwara. Goddess Padmavati is an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi. This temple is beautiful. The peace you get after getting amma's darshan is priceless. They have different queues for darshan, one is free the second is Rs50 and third is Rs 200. Depending on the time you have for waiting you can choose any. Whenever at Tirupati definitely visit this beautiful devasthanam.

Holy temple of Goddess Padmavati who is incarnation of devi Lakshmi🙏 !!! Must visit if you have a few hours after visting holy Tiupati temple 🛕. Free Darshan, 50 rs and 200 rs tickets are available. 200 rs is very fast but 50 rs is also fine if you are ok to spend an hour more. Just entering the temple, there are free luggage 🧳, mobile 📱 and shoe 👞 keeping units. Very good arrangement. Temple is not very huge so be ready for slight congestion in queue. Overall it was a great experience to do the Darshan 😊.

It is believed that the Goddess Lakshmi was born as Alamelu to Akasha Raja, the ruler of this region, and wed Venkateshwara of Tirupati. Goddess Lakshmi gave darshan to Lord Venkateswara on a red Lotus flower (Padma in Sanskrit) at Alamelu mangapuram after his deep penance for twelve years. According to tradition, the Mother Goddess manifested Herself in the holy Pushkarini called Padmasarovaram in a golden lotus. The Venkatachala Mahatyam states that Lord Suryanarayana was instrumental in blossoming of the lotus in full splendour. A temple dedicated to Lord Suryanarayana is situated on the eastern side of the Pushkarini. The Padma Purana gives a vivid description of the advent of the Goddess and subsequent wedding with Lord Srinivasa. The manifestation of Sri Padmavathi Devi occurred in the month of Karthika on Sukla Paksha Panchami when the star Uttarashada in the ascendent. The Brahmotsavam of the Goddess is celebrated with all pomp and glory to commemorate the auspicious occasion of Her avatara.

Padmavati Ammavari Temple exudes tranquility. A spiritual haven near Tirupati, it captivates with its sacred aura. The divine ambiance and scenic surroundings make it a must-visit pilgrimage destination. A complete Venkateswara Darshan is incomplete without seeking the divine presence of Padmavati Talli.

Divine!!! Calm! Peace ! Free of all worries. After Tirupati Darshan must visit place. 12Km after tirupati temple within the city. Darshan of Goddess Padmavathi is the only bliss.. Always too much crowded on Weekend. So try to avoid Plan on weekdays and 100 Rs ticket is of no use. Per couple 700 ticket is the best one that will give quick darshan along with 3 ladoos. #Must visit place.

We went to Padmavati Temple in the night time. Very nice experience. Divine and goddess Padmavati really amazing. The experience was blissful. In the temple premises neat and clean. Phones are not allowed inside the temple should be kept in the lockers and nothing to pay for mobiles. it was little rush when we visited the temple.

Best place. Hindu religious place. Temple is well organised & maintained. There is also arrangement for Sighardarshan for vip and needy people. I went to worship and get blessings of the Goddess Maa padmavati. Received blessings for myself and family. Take hardly an hour for worship and darshan of Mata Padmavati with Sighardarshan ticket. I feel very comfortable and peace in visiting Mata ka darwar. Very good arrangement. Fantastic.

Temple of Goddess Padmavathi Devi. The temple is marvellous and eyeballing. Try to visit early morning 9 Am so if anyone wishes to take darshan via a special pass which costs 50 rs and 200 rs will get pass. Or else in sarva darshan pass it will take 1-2 hours whereas using a pass will take 0.5 hrs. Note: There is a break from 12 PM to 1:30 PM so no passes will be allotted in that time. Individuals with families should take darshan using pass is highly recommended because adminstration is terrible. No decorum, no admin persons to handle mob, regulate queues. Lot of pushing happens in sarwadarshan queue.

Visiting the Padmavathi Temple was a truly mesmerizing experience. The atmosphere was lively and filled with devotion, with colorful flowers and decorations adorning the temple. Despite the scorching weather, families, including kids, were seen offering prayers and seeking blessings from the divine. The intricate carvings and vibrant colors of the temple left me in awe, and I felt a deep sense of peace and spirituality during my visit.

The ambience was good. But not sure why management asks for a print out of the online entry passes. They can send a QR code in mobile or whatsapp. So that the security can scan and allow. Often the same is not mentioned online so those who book online has to run around for printing. Else there could be provision of printing facility on payment next to the temple. Once you enter there are so many barricades and you have only few minutes to have the Darshan.

The Temple located in tiruchanur, tirupati, andhrapradesh. Temple dedicated to goddesses Padmavati, wife of venkateshwara. There is a strong belief among the pilgrims that they should pave visit to Padmavathi and seek Her divine blessings after they visit Lord Venkateswara as Tirumala during their pilgrimage. Local transport available from tirupati and renigunta. Try to reach as early as possible before 6am. Temple is always flooded with pilgrims.

Very good atmosphere there.. there three ques.. free , 50/- and 200/-.... expensive the ticket..lesser the rush...the management could've been better to manage the rush... They have lockers inside the temple to keep the electronics as mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the temple... also outside the temple there are private lockers available... we kept our mobiles in lockers which are outside the temple.... but they are also safe.. we got our phones back.. anyways the atmosphere of the temple is very good and gives positive energy... people always visit this temple when they visit balaji temple....

It is a very good place to spend some time especially on Friday evenings, with a good ambiance, and bathroom facility too.

  • 2/5 Abrahim S. 1 year ago on Google
cleanliness around the temple is a major concern and it gets worse in case of a shower. . . the footwear is left without anyone attending or accountability. if you are carrying wallet or a mobile phone then you will have to arrange for the safe keeping on your own or pay additional. the vendors push you to buy lotus flowers in bunches but apart from one solitary flower everything gets dumped at the very first gate. masks are non existence (despite the board claiming "no mask-no entry") so your health is your own concern & decision.

The experience was blissful. One is not allowed to carry mobiles inside so you have to record the beautiful images in uiur mind. This time also saw vishnu temple inside the padmavathi temple. We bought Rs.700 ticket for ashish vachnam and complete Darshan. Outside the temple there is a small restaurant offering the world's siftest idly which is as soft as cotton. We also had delicious podi dosa.

The infrastructure in this place is really incredible. And all the shops will get closed by 8 or 9pm only. So don't expect that can get all the things after 9pm. And taking about food. The prices bit costly. You can find many foreigner in this place.

Holds too much religious value. Too much crowded though as lots of people come here for darshan. Must visit if you visit tirupati. You will have to wait a lot if you go for sarvadrshana. Better get a special visit ticket with two variants costing Rs 50 and 200.

It's nice devotional place desiccated to Padmavathi Devi. Need to submit electronic gadgets initially on counter. Two kinds of line free darshana if you have time otherwise pay additional money to save lots of time which costs around 100 Rs each. Heavy crowded and taken more time for darshana. But it's good darshan and giving peace to mind and body.

Visited Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple. Good very good darshan of the Goddess. 3 lines are there for the darshan. 1 free darshan, will take maximum time to get the darshan. 2 Special entry ₹50. This darshan took me around 2 hours on Tuesday, week day. Free and ₹50 darshan merge into 1 when we enter the main temple. ₹200 darshan is the quickest and best, that, you are always in your dedicated line till the end of darshan and are also closest to taking the darshan of the devine Goddess. No hushing and pushing in this line.

Great way to relax for a while right outside the Padmavati temple. You can choose to sit in the shade and enjoy the nature and chirping of birds as you wait for the temple to open. Alternatively, you can use an app on your phone to explore vignettes from the story of Srinivasa and Padmavati in augmented reality through posters erected throughout the park.

This Temple is dedicated to Goddess Padmavati or Alamelumanga. The temple is under the administration of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. As such all the staff are from TTD. Do entry is free but who has who wants to visit inside the temple in a short time they can take a ticket for rupees 100 as entry fee. Outside the temple the road is packed with traffic so there is a little space for a parking vehicle.
