Horrible and pathetic service. No humatarian concern. Just long long ques and waiting time will be approximately 2 hours. We came at 7:40 am and simple second suggestion by a doctor at 8:40 am is taking almost three hours. If want to see hell on earth, please visit this place. If you want to see real hell, perhaps, please visit Vellore CMC. Else, be proactive and take care of your health. For your information only and some exceptional doctors and exceptional quick timings MAYBE possible, for which absolutely no guarantee. You can decide. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Goodluck to the one visiting this hospital for check up, you will be wasting your whole day even after paying money.Worst time management by hospital. They never value the patients time. Long queues is a very common site. They will give you appointment for 10AM and then as per CMC its still 2AM, hence they will make you wait till afternoon 3PM to see the doctor. Even Jesus took 3 days for resurrection, but if was admitted to CMC it would have taken forever. Such a pleasent hospital is this. And Boy don't get me started on how much money they charge. It looks they even charge for breathing air at the hospital. Final verdict: Be prepared to spend your whole day at hospital even for a minor checkup and once you have successfully done it you get a entry for bonus round where in you will be spending more than minimal money

I had my mother's breast surgery this year at Chittor CMC. Worst experience of all time. Nurses are very rude and unprofessional. They get irritated so much and scold patient if they are called in any need. One men fellow was there in charge of the nurse. He was worse. He would like to gossip with the nurses rather than take care of the patient. I even filed a formal complaint but I m sure nothing changes. Doctors are pretty good though that is the only reason I think people still go there. But nurses they can kill ur patient during night just by ignorance. Stay far far away from this place better to go any govt village hospital.

Worst Hospital. Doctors dont even give respect to patient. They dont tell in detail what should be done. They are always in hurry. Its their minimum sense to behave well with patients. We went to get treatment in emergency. Doctor asked to get the tests done. After the reports came, she called us. Not even she sat in a room to tell the patient status. She just stood on the floor and told patient status in hurry and left into a room. She recommended medicines and she was in so hurry that she didnt mention any directions on the slip how and when to use them. Pharmacy guys told go and ask doctor again , she didnt mention anything in slip when to use. Then she recommended a test and she didnt mention whether the tests should be done fasting or not needed. Like this doctor was very hurry to leave. If this is how doctors behave, what kind of treatment they are giving and how can we trust them. I never seen such a worst doctor. If she dont have patience , why should she become a doctor. I think cmc should teach some values to their staff how to behave with patients and have patience.

Time management is worst. Gynaecologist is address a patient less then 5 min. For every person it's different concerns they need address uniquely. The worst part you will not even see your blood reports directly they will upload it in online which is visible only to doctor.

Don't ever visit this hospital. Worst management and worst security guards. /-Experience at Emergency Gate-/ Worst security guards, you can't even expect a proper response for your basic questions like - how much time we should wait, if dr is there or not. Jesus should educate them to behave properly, guards should understand that people visiting emergency will have utmost concern about their sudden condition. If they can't handle the patient they should inform attendees / patients so that we can go for some other hospital instead of wasting hours of time.

The worst service… There is no senior staff available..complete commercial thinking hospital , in case of any emergency please don’t take the patient.. we have taken our grandfather but ended up paying more and rushing him to the main branch.. doctors are not even responsible for the patient health, even for ICU patient doctors hardly make a visit once a day. At night times if any emergency all that they give is some medicine not even check the patient. Pls Never recommend this hospital to others.

Had very very bad experience in Chittoor branch, Dr advised to take blood test. Samples collected and told staff that it will take 2hrs. Post 2hrs when we tried to consult Dr, he went to the college which is not acceptable. MRO counter people advised to contact emergency ward Dr Blessy along with another lady Dr and both started arrogantly questioning why did you come, who told you etc... They refuse to help us. When asked who can help, replied, that's not my part and they don't know where is admin block. I can't see professionalism, humanity and helping nature. Highly recommend not to visit CMC Chittoor. Pathetic doctors and management. Worst part is no one talks in Local language including house keeping

In this region CMC is much better. Not the best, but better. Doctors and Support staff are good, but not all the time. They are humans like us, who can breakdown time to time. Can't blame them. Over all service and pricing are good. I wish they speed up the paitent process. Slow. I mean really really slow. From taking appointment till getting out after medication, process and people are slow!!!

Worst hospital ever.. Doesn't look like a christian hospital at all. In the name if rules security persons makes u go crazy when u were already in stress and tired. We have to run to emergency and bill counter for each test and to medicals for getting medicine, injection etc.. Have to wait in billing counter for hrs. Charges are also high similar to any another private hospitals. Inspite of huge bill they charge 30rs to park car in open land .. I would never recommend or prefer this hospital further..

There are two main campuses - one, the main campus at the heart of Vellore City, and the other at Bagayam, which is about 7Β km from the main campus. CMC has over 8,800 staff, including over 1,528 doctors and 2,400 nurses.Β Almost every clinical specialty is catered to,and many departments are subdivided into units of particular expertise in specific areas, as in the division of Surgery which is broken down into eight units specializing .There are a total of 143 specialized departments/units.

One of d worst hospitals I have ever seen. I would rate β€œ0” or β€œ-1” if d option is available. Labour ward staffs r very rude and humiliate d patients by speaking dere personal nd private things when Dey shout for pain. Very unprofessional behaviour by d staffs. Dey won’t allow d attenders also to b inside. Sisters will chitchat and ignore u. Dey will do dere personal work like speaking in fone etc. Dey don’t even monitor ur baby heart beat properly. If u go for normal delivery dey will make it as C section . Please don’t choose dis hospital for delivery. U will end up regretting.

Worst service by the staff..I had visited ENT building for my Eye sight checkup. Doctors were good but the staff doesn't care about the patients. They made us pay for the spectacles about Rs 6100 ( 4000 for lens and 2100 for frame) and told that we can collect the spects in 2days. When we went to hospital for collecting the spects they said some story that lens got chipped off and took 5days to deliver the spects.

Very pathetic experience. Disappointed everytime. Irresponsible doctors and staff. Especially, radiologist are worst. Keeping 40 pregnant ladies waiting, radiologist went for prayers in between and took 2 hrs to come back. Need to wait at least 4-5 hrs to get a small scan. Worst worst..... Please dont go

Its highly organized, to maintain such huge flow of patients the hospital need to be well organised and we'll equiped, and CMC has done an excellent work at it. No doubt it comes from a over a century of experience as an medical organization.

Pathetic ... Test the patience of patients .... Bad administration... Though prior appointment has been taken they made another waiting system for tags ...it's been almost 2 hrs at open shed in summer.Response from security team is that Sufficient doctors are not there.Without arranging necessary infrastructural/resource arrangements why the hell they are playing with patients health. Some government regulations are required to set right these kind of failures which patients are bearing with silence .

Worst behavior of staff, improper management of patients by staff cause you hours and hours waiting at hospital. Appointment time 7:30 AM will allow you to get treated at 12 Noon. Biggest comedy is no appointment time even if you have appointment. Appointment slip shows reporting time but that's not appointment time. So doesn't matter what ur appointment slip says... for general medicine alos you have to spend whole day there in the campus.

Hospital is good, but the process is the worest. To book appointments you have to be in queue, by the time of appointment they won't give the token number, again to get the token number you have be in queue again. I don't understand why they don't give token number with the appointment. To book appointments and for token number people want come early morning and be in lines.
